What a truly sad & gruesome end.... But you can be sure she was not hypnotized in any way. She was just a girl in love, enjoying the boyfriend's cucumber. Girls of these days are just too wayward & overexposed from an early age, think they are inependent & know everything. Somewhere in Benue last year, after spending holidays at her home town, an undergraduate girl was taken to motorpark by her parents to travel back to her school In a diferent town, over 200km away. After they paid her TP fare, they left her in the park & went home. She later called them that she arrived safely In her school town. About 5 days later a public vehicle leaving her same home town, was involved in a ghastly accident in which every soul ( perished..... She was one of the dead. Alas, it happened that, when her parents left her at the park, she disembarked from the vehicle & went to camp for 5 days in a boyfriends house, in another part of her hometown. All the time her parents thought she was settling in school, she was still in town !!! After 5 days of satisfactory banging & trying out all the latest styles & positions, she was fully satiated & now returning to school and entered the illfated vehicle. You can imagine the shock, heartbreak disappointment of the poor parents when the news finally reached them. Girls of these days....? ? ? Na only God. May her soul RIP.. . |

I disagree.
Mexico 1986 was the best, most colourful, exciting & memorable.
The "Mexican waves" by spectators was invented.
Argentina won & the legend of Maradonna was established & still lives.
What we shall remember from Russia is 'how were the mighty fallen' !

No American caucasian or citizen will work for $10 an hour, such jobs are only for Mexicans & other immigrants from poor countries. Buying a brand new car in the US is very easy so long as you have a steady job. All you need is to pay about 10% of the cost & you can Carry go & be paying small on a monthly basis. No be like 9ja where you must pay 110% cost before you go fit carry your purchase.. Amercans no even value peugeot sef, coupled with it having a low second-hand value. CANDYDADDY:

A country where racism is on rampant, black Americans over there are even trying hard to get reasonable, better job, not to talk about black African.
An average native Caucasian earns 15$ per 2 hours, now who black African that hasn't be granted a citizenship will buy this type of whip.
Thus, she is either a yahoo yahoo girl, a drug baron, a smuggled/illlegal immigrant love peddler. |

Pre oyibo coming, the gwari people were an "unorganized" people who were vassals of the Zazzau (zaria) kingdom.
Its mean they paid yearly tribute to Zaria.
Even today, the kingship of the area, which only recently became known as Suleja (formerly Abuja kingdom) have their origin in zaria.
The name Abuja is a nickname of one of the princes of zaria. His name was Abu but he was of very fair complection as was thus called Abu ja, that is Abu red, just as today, if you have a friend called sunny, who is very fair, you may call him Sunny 'yellow' or in hausa, Sunny ja.
So, though the gwari inhabited the place, they really had no much say in the political decisions that created the federal capital. |

nextstep: Sigh... anybody knows the materials you mentioned are not imported, but let me link you to an article that mentions what other inputs that go into making cement:
"A wide range of chemicals are added to cement to act as plasticizers, superplasticizers, accelerators, dispersants, and water-reducing agents. Called admixtures, these additives can be used to increase the workability of a cement mixture still in the nonset state, the strength of cement after application, and the material's water tightness. Further, they can decrease the amount of water necessary to obtain workability and the amount of cement needed to create strong concrete. Accelerators, which reduce setting time, include calcium chloride or aluminum sulfate and other acidic materials. Plasticizing or superplasticizing agents increase the fluidity of the fresh cement mix with the same water/cement ratio, thereby improving the workability of the mix as well as its ease of placement. Typical plasticizers include polycarboxylic acid materials; superplasticizers are sulphanated melamine formaldehyde or sulphanated naphthalene formaldehyde condensates. Setretarders, another type of admixture, are used to delay the setting of concrete. These include soluble zinc salts, soluble borates, and carbohydrate-based materials. Gas forming admixtures, powdered zinc or aluminum in combination with calcium hydroxide or hydrogen peroxide, are used to form aerated concrete by generating hydrogen or oxygen bubbles that become entrapped in the cement mix."

Or you really think cement is just a mixture of clay, limestone, gypsum, and sand? There is an increasing number of these chemical additives being made in Nigeria (which would not have the case if people were just importing cement). Also, if left in the hands of foreign companies, they would not see any reason to make these chemicals locally, preferring to import from established companies abroad. Per kilogram, the chemicals are far more expensive than limestone or sand, and so have a disproportionate share of cost in the total cost of cement.
My main point was that Dangote is domesticating production and also driving import substitution, and that profits can remain in Naira (as opposed to being taken abroad as was the case before Dangote started production). These have made cement cheaper in inflation-adjusted Naira over the last decade. I'm happy you did your research; You, me, Nairaland & indeed all the lazy youth following this thread are better for it.... Kudos!!! |

Only a dead Political party will accept him so that they can relieve him of some of the "bailout funds" This man may be cooling off hiS hard arse in prison by the end of 2019.
