Good evening all, i wanna ask for a friend if its possible to process study visa and also express entry at the same time

I also didnt reapply but i was sent a mail yesterday from dragnet to continue with my application and when i opened the link, it turned out to be a fresh application i'm filling. I dont know if thats the same for anyone here?

I felt misrepresentation comes in different ways, some ends up with 5yrs while some 2yrs. And some will be allowed to reapply again.

I wanted you to give details of it but I think the moniker you quoted can understand it just the way you put it and he should be able to answer you.

My brother, its visa denial which was a total mistake on my part, though i have enough evidences to prove it was a mistake but i just wanted to know if people escape it even with overwhelming evidence

Bro, its normal to make mistakes even though it may be costly. I also made an error in my last submission which the consequence might even be worse than yours but when i chatted with VFS online representative, he/she said i should send a letter explaining myself to accra.immigration@international.gc.ca and also include my passport number and UCI, which i did. So i would advice you to do the same and most importantly PRAY!!!!!!

Who says?. ... I was told last time to fill a form if i want to submit any original document, i believe they would have returned it if i had filled the form.

I submitted my application last week and while going through my photocopies now i noticed i clicked 'NO' in the area i was asked 'Have you previously been refused visa'. It was a total mistake but in my letter for application visa, i mentioned clearly that i was refused and i also gave details of the refusal. Am so confused and totally down now, i just want to know how I can correct this, a Second refusal or ban will be my fault.

Man, you just need to chill and put your trust in God since you have submitted, nobody here can tell whether you will get your TRV or not and just as tysaxmalomo said, getting BA with your age might not speak well in the embassy but still hope in God.

Hello everyone, i recently joined this group and I have been following the contributions made by everyone in the group quietly.
I got admission for a masters program in mount saint vincent university, for September 2017. I applied for my study permit on the 2nd of May 2017 . I have paid my full tuition and also deposited for my accomodation. My dad is my sponsor with an account statement of 5.1 and some other supporting documents.
My worry is that in 2013 i was denied a UK student visa based on the following reasons (a) that my school is based on affordability not on quality (b) that I said i was going to be staying with my grand pa but I don't know the street he lives on(c) that my course of study has no relationship with my previous course of study (d) that I said at my return I would join the family business but was uncertain on what the because was , in my application I indicated all these , but I am scared that I may be judged based on the following point highlighted above I am so scared.

Well since you have stated all this in your application, you have told the truth and these cant be used against you, so many people have been denied severally in other countries and still gained entry into Canada, so Canada will only base on their own discretion.

No its not applicable. Though its obligatory, its not military or security organization.

Where i'm trying to lay emphasis on is the Section 3 which talks about Proof of Financial Support and then a part that says......

.......If there are foreign-exchange control measures in your country, you must provide proof that the exchange control authorities will allow you to export funds for all of your expenses......

I think we can easily provide proof by including the CBN circular and if possible, get a letter from the Bank on the new CBN (Exchange Control Authority) to the Embassy and that the amount required for tuition and/or living expenses as the case may be, will be allowed for exporting. I think we can also mention this in our SOP/LOE under the financial matters section.

This i guess may reduce the processing time on our application if documents on 'getting funds exported to Canada' are added to our application even from the on set.

The best way is to order your GCMS file, when you get that then you will know exactly what ur case is, insufficient funds has different meanings for different applicants, some com as a result of money lodgment and some as unclear source of fund to d VO etc, wch u don't know wch is urs not until u get d GCMS file.
