Silent follower of this thread and learnt a lot.
Pls house I just discovered something today:went to get items for roofing wood work and had to pay omonile at the 3"communities"or rather 3 major points the truck passed before getting to my site,if not the truck would not be allowed to pass.
I know of foundation levy, roofing and fencing levy, but am experiencing this for the first time.
Also had to pay Carpenters union 5k before they would allow my roofer to work, though he came from outside Lagos.
Pls is this the norm now in Lagos or has it been like that for sometime?

sir, that is what they are doing sir, there some part of Lagos, they collect money like mad. Like ajah badore side they collect more than 5 places from me before getting to site, those are the problems we are facing in this country,

Gud afternoon here house ,happy palm Sunday,

Pls I don't understand swahili, can someone help translate this to German or English

sorry for my language, am try to make my experience on the comments, thanks

Gud evening house, sorry for late respond , l am the one of the aluminum roofer in the house,
(1) firstly l understand all what ogas in the house has fire out. The true is that there is no roof measurement are the same but it must not more than 20 to 30 metres. But in a situation where by we seen almost 100 or more than per Squar metres different, there is something wrong somewhere,
(2) I think my client is listening here, is a naira lander too, he ask me to measure his house last two months, l measures the roof, he have call several roofers to measure for him, but he later call me, and explained to me how l gets my measurement, l explained to him, he ask to sign on his documents before started the roof, which I did , which means my own is almost 80 metres different to others that is why is doing that, but thanks god l signed on his documents and finished the roof, without any shortage at all, is naira lander here
(3)so my advice to the client is that they should be vigilante before on a too measurement, I don't think there is big things on how to know the real measurement on a buildings , thanks

[quote author=seanfer post=77306556]No need to... All what peole need to do is just be careful.... Let 3-4 people measure the roof and compare the measurements and choose the one okay with their budget....[/quot. Mentioned name pls so that he will not destroy others person business, thanks

ijebulion:
please is 120ft by 120ft equals 2 plots of land.
my own thinking was that a 2 plots of land should be 240ft by 120ft but a friend was telling me that 120ft by 120ft equals 2 plot. infact he called it a square land,
so my people in the house please analyse and help out if its wrong or not.
Thanks

ur friends are correct, always known that when divided the 120 into 2, it will give u 60ft, and full plot of land is, 60feet by 120,feet thanks

boldx:
