These telcom operators don't know that a good customer service care is one of the reason people leave and stay on their network.

MTN just ripped me off and instead of settling the issue the customer care agent ended the call on me. They always do that to me. In addition they take ages to connect. While Etisalat have never done before, it takes under 2 minutes to connect to them, and they are the best i have come across.

Etisalat wins it for me, Glo customer care agents are so angry and insulting, MTN agents are so impatient, can't tell of airtel since its been long i used them.
