See its better you get the brand new Chinese smartphone from dem Infinix, Tecno, Innjoo, et al than a fairly used Samsung, HTC, LG or Sony coz if your luck bad on that UK used smartphone my brother na one chance be that...
So u mean the UK used phones is all about gambling?

Good morning nairalanders, I intend to get a smartphone/ tablets soonest but due to finance, am confused whether to get a UK used reliable products like Samsung or HTC, or to go for a new chinese phone from infinix, injoo, tecno or d rest. Am confused due to various negative feedback on these chinese phones lately.
So i want people who have used the two to enlighten me.

FoodSolution To Salty Food by adeememman(op): 1:53pm On Aug 30, 2015
This article is aimed at guiding individual
cooks especially ladies and mothers on the
things they can do when foods becomes
more salty than required.
We’ve all experienced it, you are rushing
to serve the dinner so you quickly added
salt to your food without much precaution
and as you tried to have a taste of the
delicious meal; Alas, salty is an
understatement to qualify the food. I can’t
imagine the emotion on your face right
now but let me guess; disturbed, confused,
angry or even panic.
All good meals are about balance of the
five tastes namely sweet, salty, sour, bitter
and umami (savory). All these tastes should
complement each other else there will be a
problem if one of them becomes too strong.
What I’m trying to say in essence is that
you should always try to balance out each
of the flavors to as to have a perfect meal. I
hope this helps someday.
Here are some solutions depending on
the one that best suit your delicacy and
urgency;
Rinse: The salt can be rinsed off in case of
foods like rice, spaghetti, steamed meat or
vegetables.
Dilutions: This is applicable to soups. Add
water, coconut milk or cream to dilute the
excess seasoning. Increasing the volume of
the soup will help spread out the salt and
dissipate the saltiness.
Raw potatoes: Do you know that potatoes
absorb salt as they cook? Therefore you
can peel some potatoes and slice them into
your salty food, the raw potatoes will
absorb the salt as they cook briefly(until
they look translucent) then you can
remove them using slotted spoon and this
will surely reduce the salt content.
Another seasoning: Adding other
seasonings that are not salt based but
rather herbs and spices can help dissipate
the saltiness in your food.
Sugar: I said earlier that a good meal is
about balance of the five tastes, depending
on your delicacy, adding sugar to foods like
beans will reduce its saltiness.
Freezing: You can resuscitate your meal
on the edge of death by freezing it. This
method is only applicable when you do not
intend to serve the food immediately.

ComputersRe: Help:i Need Help To Buy A New Laptop by adeememman(m): 10:20am On Aug 30, 2015
THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN
BUYING A LAPTOP
When you intend to buy a new laptop for
the first time or change the old one, there
is no unique/perfect answer to your all
demands because there are different types
with unique specifications. Therefore it is
necessary that you first determine the
purpose of buying the laptop so as to get
the one that best suit the desired purpose.
Here is a list of the necessary things to
consider.
Size: If portability is your priority then
notebook is the perfect choice as they are
designed to be slim and light. You can as
well get a laptop with a screen size of
12.5-13.3 inches with weight of about
1-1.5kg.
Screen quality: You need to get a laptop
with a good and quality screen. You can’t
work without the screen so you definitely
need something you will be comfortable
with. It is advisable you get a full HD
screen (resolution of 1920x1080) if you
want to have plenty space to display many
things at a time. Also make sure the screen
touts IPS (in-plane switching) which
provides the widest viewing angles for
your comfort.
Keyboard quality: if your work demands
a long typing session then you must get a
laptop with a comfortable keyboard. The
keys should have adequate travel on the
down stroke and snappy responsiveness
when you let them go. Also check that the
keyboard is backlit so that you can type in
dimly lit environment.
CPU: It’s hard to go past any of the
Intel’s core-based CPUs. Talk of Corei3,
Corei5a and Corei7. These CPUs offers the
best performance when it comes to
multitasking and multimedia tasks. Also
make sure the processor include one
graphic card.

FoodOver 50 Amazing Uses Of Coca-cola by adeememman(op): 12:09pm On Aug 29, 2015
OVER 50 AMAZING USES OF COCACOLA In a more refined search of ways to remove stains, I came across sites that made reference to a can of Coca-Cola as a way to remove the oil/grease spot. I tried it, cynical but hopeful, and it worked. Not 100%, but it was way better than before. It did leave me wondering, are there other uses for Coca-Cola? It turns out there are a lot more. These whole list have not been tested, but the ones I have listed here are the uses I found turning up time and again; not just on the web, but in books and magazines. If you have any more, feel free to share. And by the way, I’m no Coca-Cola advocate, I’m sure Pepsi would work just as well (unless there is a secret Coke ingredient behind all of this…but I doubt it). Here is the list; Remove grease stains from clothing and fabric. Remove blood stains from clothing and fabric. Add Coke to your laundry to remove bad smells, especially fish. (Mama Nkechi must hear this) Remove rust; methods include using fabric dipped in Coke, a sponge or even aluminum foil. Clean oil stains from a garage floor; let the stain soak, hose off. Prevent an asthma attack! Apparently, the caffeine in two 12oz cans can prevent the onset of an attack. Read more here: www.madesimpleonline.xyz/2015/08/over-50-amazing-uses-of-cocacola.html?m=1
