The striking workers in Nigerian universities, on Tuesday declared “No pay, No work” policy, saying the warning strike they embarked upon is now indefinite.

The workers, under the auspices of the National Association of Academic Technologists (NAAT), said laboratories, workshops, farms and others would remain shut till the government pays their salaries.

The workers’ declaration was in response to the federal government’s proclamation that they should not be paid.

Speaking on their behalf in Abuja, President of NAAT, Ibeji Nwokoma, urged his members to remain undaunted, and not to allow the government’s “divide and rule” tactics dampen their morale.

“Today our Union and ASUU have been singled out for the implementation of the policy of “No work, No pay”.

“Comrades, I, your President and indeed the National Leadership stand with you in this trying moment. Our strike action is legitimate and follows every due process.

“We, therefore, stand on “No pay, No work”. This divide and rule policy of Government shall not work. Be rest assured that we shall come out better, stronger with every dime paid before or on resumption of work. United we stand for our Union makes us strong,” Nwokoma said.

The union leader also threatened that members of the organized labour would ensure they work against anybody who is antagonistic to workers’ demand in 2023.

He said, “I call on all workers in Nigeria and our dear NAAT members to rise up to the occasion by ensuring that we participate actively in all political processes and take our destiny in our hands.”

You need to confirm if the seller is not in Hong Kong and if possible be sure he will use speedaf
Singapore post is now a gamble, and most like the house winning. I waited for 75 days... If not for luck I wouldn't have gotten back refund, cos the phone is in nipost hand since 11th of January but again I was lucky to get refund. Think twice before committing your money.

my protection period is going to end by 13th of this month, but I applied for refund early and I won, i was giving full refund plus coupon cost

I opened dispute for a parcel that has tracking status "Failed delivery attempt" since December 24th 2021 and AliExpress ruled it invalid. I've gone to post office countless times and they said they don't have it.

I searched through their records and even mail bags but did not find it.

I even got my phone this January and that one was no where to be found.

How can I appeal this?

There HQ should have a database; give them tracking there let them run query and see what there finding will be (and any nipost or nipost connect here can also help)

you need to got to your state post office HQ, and also send a mail to NIPOST. you can't blame aliexpress for there ruling...
The solution is to find-out what happen, find a way (through you or through NIPOST) to send an official mail of "lost item"
I am in Nipost bag too, I hope mine don't end up like this.

I didn't mean too pass wrong information, I can't argue with hard evidence... It rare if it happens or maybe a new development.
I was told before I order (November last year) that AESS as become something else and I still went ahead,, now my money and phone is stuck (God's know where) since then, I had to go buy another small phone to continue living like a normal human been

My one penny for all phone potential buyers...
It is confirmed that all phone ships to Nigeria through AESS are through Singapore post, which ends up with nipost. Singapore post since COVID as not been the same especially for Sending goods to this part of the world (there tracking system and logistics are abnormal), many people fall into the dread phrase of "object routed" this can take at the very best 1 month to 2 month to get to destination country. Then person enter another wahala with nipost. Nipost takes average of 1 month (at the very best) to send your package to Local PO. Unless you don't care of the time or the money spent... Don't buy phone from aliexpress for now, unless you have another alternative to ship your package. Thanks.

I just got my verdict for full refund on a device I ordered during the 11.11 sales.
I used a coupon of $30 and AliExpress added it on my refund.
So I get $30 more.
I guess that's a mini consolation on time wasted

let know when you received alert if the 30usd was actually added... that would be nice though. My own refund na till Feb 13th, na vex, i wan vex collect my money back
