Good day house, please guru in d house I order for poco f3 on the 24th of December 2021 and it was Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to NG/LOS) on 2/01/2022 of dis month and now my status is showing Arrival at Destination Post (Country: NG) 21/01/2022. those dis status mean that my parcel has arrived at my local post office.

Nipost are so useless, can you imagine me and my sister have been waiting our my parcel for more than weeks which indicate it is in Nigeria. I asked my sister to go today she went there most of them tell her they can't find it, one of the officer called another one which handle speedaf items and gave my sister our package. This is so stressful

How can I get past the bot to chat with a customer care agent

I did all that, though I didn't threat. I even shot a video of the unboxing right there on the counter. Took pictures too.

AliExpress has refunded me the money but still I miss that tablet and I wish the person that stole this is caught arrested and removed from the logistics line.

Because this experience is like one step forward 2 backwards.

Is there no way to mass complain to Aliexpress to make all "Aliexpress Standard Shipping" Speedaf

Open dispute and submit your evidences and hope for a good judgement

I went to NIPOST on 4Th January,2022 to pick up my package only to notice it was very light, cut open and sealed back with cellotape. On opening it right there in front of their staff ,lo and behold all the contents was stolen.

It was meant to contain a tablet and it's accessories.

I have been in shock since. Why are we so wicked in the country?

It got stuck in Lagos for almost 2months before I complained to AliExpress customer service which alerted the seller to force it's delivery. Only for them to deliver empty package.

I normally receive my orders through Speedaf. I don't know why AliExpress sent this one through NIPOST, which I know is very unreliable, inefficient and too slow.

I was charged NGN500 Handling fees by NIPOST of which I got a receipt.
The package clearly had "Android Phone" written on it. Though I had clearly instructed the seller to declare it as gift and devalue it. He marked it as Android Phone and the value $40. Which kain Android phone dem dey sell $40 abeg

The Nipost workers though were trying so hard to get money from me shaa, saying we should celebrate because my phone has landed, asking for new year gift and stuff. I sha gave them NGN300 make dem hold body

All in all I gave them NGN800 (500 compulsory and official, then 300 because they begged)
