MizMyColi: Ehn ehn, hating ke? I'm not a hater o. Like seriously, I hate hating. I may not like him...but I don't hate him Interestingly, a couple of years ago, a journalist asked him if the public perception of him as being arrogant was accurate. This was his response, 'How can you judge someone you don't know? Truth is, his personality as a fighter predisposes him to a lot of tantrums and pointless public displays. Hence the general notion of him as being pompous. Messi too isn't a complete saint. He once told publicly one of Barcelona's directors that he was clueless about football and should probably resign just because the latter felt Messi's contract wasn't in dire need of an extensive improvement.... All in all, Messi and Cristiano are probably the two greatest footballers of this generation, and maybe of all time. No disrespect to the oldies amongst us... Lol And, Whenever the need arises for conflict, regardless of how unavoidable it is, we should just..... IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE..... |

Just listened to the album. Oh, by the way, I don't particularly belong to any of the camps of the two gladiators. I just feel we are blessed to have great artistes like Wizzy and Davido, making us proud everywhere they go.
To the album proper. It was always going to be a risky attempt no matter the outcome. Going international was never going to be easy, either to the fans, who are used to a particular tune or to the artiste who has to step up in his bid for global acceptance while not forgetting his roots.....
This album was a risk worth taking. When it is not classically spectacular, it makes up for it by being masterfully delightful. A reminder that Wizkid has all it takes to blend the local and international materials to form a fully formed recipe.....
This might not be his album to date but it is certainly his most daring. This is Wizkid at his boldest. This guy is blessed with amazing vocals..... It was a job well done but there is room for improvement. He can, and he will surely do better..
Must listen to in the album : picture perfect, nobody, one for me, come closer, sexy, gbese |

To be honest, oga protein0, I'm Disappointed in your decision to refund the guy. We have begged you to let it go. These things happen. Mr scarr, it's all good. I hope you get the phone from other sources soon enough.
To all of us here, we are all one family. Minor issues like these shouldn't divide us. It's not about who is right or wrong. It's about the ending, about patience, and more importantly, as it is in life and business, about Tolerance.
Unfortunately, there is no winner in this. This is one ending I don't like..... Hopefully we will all learn from this and move on to a better level of understanding...... |

Hello everyone. I finally got my xiaomi redmi note 4x on Wednesday courtesy of emaminaj. Fantastic guy. I was using the LG g3 before it developed the screen flickering issue. I have also used the Samsung note 3 in the past. So, I know a thing or two about phones.
I won't bore you guys with unboxing and the likes. I will just go straight to the point. Rarely has a phone incited so much emotions in me. Even though it's still early days but Pound for pound, Dollar for dollar, naira for naira, this has been the best phone I have ever used.
The design, display, connectivity, multitasking abilities, sound quality, fingerprint accuracy and promptness and all the multiple MUI features have completely wowed me.
As for the camera, It's not as bad as some people here have made it. Pictures taken in daylight with the back camera could compete with some flagships out there but the lowlight pictures are a little bit noisy probably due to the lack of Optical image stabilisation. This is one area I feel xiaomi would have to work on. Also, the front camera is more than satisfactory for casual users like me. In fact I find it more detailed with better color reproduction than my previous phones. For me, the front camera is a win win. My friends took some amazing pictures with it. Only thing I feel lacking is the lack of wide-angle for group selfies and the likes which isn't a big deal at all.
Now, on the battery. There is nothing to say that haven't been said. There is nothing more satisfying than having not to be worried about charging your phone every now and then.
On the overall, this is a phone that punches its weight way above its price. When I told my colleagues at work the price (I actually inflated the exact price by a few thousands), they were all astonished...
This is a phone with very few flaws. As a matter of fact, as far as am concerned, considering it's price, it's a phone with almost no flaws. |

scotweezy: Sincerely the camera is not itz best selling point. It performs poorly in low light (both front and back). The best you can do is move to a better lit environment especially during daytime or use the editing tool to tweak the pic a bit. What about under artificial lighting? |
Politics › Re: "Igbos And Yorubas Are Embarrasing Nigeria" - Verified Fulani Twitter User Says by adegoks1234(m): 10:02am On Apr 02, 2017 |
UnitedSouthZone: The Onus is on us from Southern region , we come here to insult each other meanwhile these core northern(NW&NE) fellows don't care about anyone, they see us as second class citizens, yet they use us to maintain their domination. Let our eyes open. Yorubas, Igbos, Niger Delta, let us Unite. YIN
#Who_Cursed_Southerners?
In this Nigeria, an average Southerner is a weakling. A born coward with serious complex issues. A fool and an idiot. A slave. A typical example of a butterfly who thinks himself a bird. But this is not even the problem. The biggest problem is, he doesn't even realise he is any of those things.
The only thing an average Southerner is good at is blowing high sounding grammar and acquiring degrees upon degrees but when it comes to things that matter most, he goes to slumber.
An average Southerner has this twisted mindset that the best way to be seen as a patriotic and detribalised Nigerian is by degrading, shaming and disparaging his own tribe for no just cause.
Abacha stole this country blind, such that 20 years after, his loot is still being returned to the country. But in spite of this, people like Buhari publicly swore that he (Abacha) stole nothing. But to an average Southern idiot, Jonathan's 5 year rule is the reason we have no fuel, no light, no good educational system, no nothing! Jonathan is the worst thief in Nigeria's history. IBB, Abdulsalam and even Buhari who was accused of stealing billions of dollars as PTF boss were all saints. Why? Because they are Northerners.
Was it not a southern he-goat named Obasanjo who publicly accused Jonathan of training snipers in Pyongyang (North Korea) ahead of last year's election?? He made the unfounded allegation just to please his masters upnorth. Now that we have the highest figure of senseless deaths of civilians in the hands of both state and non state actors under a Northern president Buhari, have you read any letter from OBJ??
When Shiites were massacred in Zaria, it took less than 48 hours for Chidi Odinkalu of the National Human Right Commission to establish a commission of inquiry and summon the army chief but when unarmed IPOB members praying in a school field in Aba were murdered by the security agents, did you hear even a loosely worded condemnation from Chidi Odinkalu??
Check out the list of those asking that Fayose to be tried for treason for writing to the Chinese govt over Buhari's $2 loan, they are 80% southerners. And most of them have not even read the said Fayose letter at least to know the reasons Fayose adduced in the said letter. These are the same fools who kept mum when Sango Abdullahi, Sani Kaita and some so called Northern elders publicly threatened to make the country ungovernable if power wasn't returned to the North. When Buhari made his 'dogs and baboon' speech and directly caused the death of southern youth corpers, these morons kept mum.
With all the numberless killing of civilians under this regime and its open support for the genocide the world fourth deadliest terror group (the Fulani militant) has continue to visit on Nigerians, have these highly educated southerners bothered to write a strongly worded petition to the ICC just like Nyako, El-rufai and other northerners did to Jonathan??
These southern fools will gleefully yell 'Kanu should rot in jail, he was preaching hate on radio Biafra!' But these clowns maintained sealed lips over the hateful and inciting broadcast by 'Radio Chanji' and Arewa Radio upNorth. Such is the degree of the soulless hypocrisy of these southern senseless hypocrites.
These nitwits were on rooftops telling us how incompetent and corrupt Jonathan was and how his removal was a patriotic duty. Today, things have all gone worse under Buhari and you would think that these southern imbeciles would be at the forefront calling for Buhari's resignation but no! They are the ones defending the Daura born ex-soldier even against the worse things for which they crucified Jonathan then.
Now I know why Jonathan appeared weak as president and spent his 5 year term trying to please the North.
He knew he had nobody behind him. He knew that we Southerners are weaklings only good at blowing high sounding but empty grammar.
These 'efulefu' southerners will never question why Buhari has never condemned the murderous activities of his fulani kinsmen but these same 'anumpamas' will read this post and quickly tag me a bigot.
Slaves who think themselves masters!!
In order news see Mynd44 though Rarely has the truth been so plainly expressed. I don't think I have read anything as mentally stimulating as this in a long time. |

brosiye99: As for deceased staff, whether pensioner or disengaged, Pension payment stops at death. So under the old scheme(defined benefits scheme) which Nitel pension is based, once you die, your pension stops. It is only under the reformed pension Act that your dependants can draw from the pension when you die. So, what payment arrangements would be made for them considering none of them have been paid pensions. Would the arrears be calculated from date of disengagement till death? |

These two Masters have redefined the game. They belong in the forefront of all histories and accolades. Their names will be mentioned in the immortal high points of the 'genre'. |
