once worked with a microfinance institute in
IB CITY. with its headquarters at Ilorin. The place is a hell on earth to work. The owner is a tyrant, force staff to buy share from the company which equals to deduction with no return on. whatever share bought, workers are forced to prayer meetings for like 10 days in a month at the head office after the close of work, lateness to prayer meetings attracts curses and fine, there was a time some staff were t[b][/b]old to go and pay #50 in another state because they came late, staff are coerced to pay for defaulting client.

There was a time he was having a meeting with the staff and he said the staffs are smelling.
His list of attrocities are endless.

SEAP MICROFINANCE IS A TOXIC PLACE TO WORK, THE OGA PATAPATA IS SO TOXIC TO THE EXTENT THAT HE JUST TREATS AND THREATENS THE STAFF AS IF THEY ARE GOAT.
I CAN TELL YOU CATEGORICALLY THAT THOSE IN IBADAN JUST RECIEVED THERE LAST MOMTH SALARY ON 13/6/2023.
THE DICKHEAD DEDUCTS SALARY ANYHOW IN THE NAME OF DEFAULT. THERE WAS A. TIME THE OGA WILL MANDATE STAFF WHO DID NOT ATTEND MEETINGS TO GO AND PAY A FINE IN ANOTHER STATE. FORCEFUL PRAYER MEETINGS AFTER WORK. ALMOST 10 TIMES IN A DAY.
DEFAULT ARE CALCULATED YEARLY AND TO BE PAID BY STAFF.
THIS IS THE ONLY ORGANIZATION THAT SELLS BRANDED SHIRT AND CLOTHS TO THERE STAFF.

A LOT OF ATTROCITIES IS BEING COMMITTED BY THE MAN THINKING HE OWNS THE WORLD.

Let me give you an advice based on personal experience. Working with a microfinance bank.
Is a pure waste of time, energy and destiny. The owners are profit oriented without the love of the staff in there heart. The challenges you may likely face is not explainable to someone who is not in the system. Many people you meet there are solely tied down down to one debt or the other. You are still fresh RUNNNNNNNN from mfi or mfb.

I worked for a pastor for 7years running an mfi.
The pastor is a cursing machine. During a meeting I remembered him telling all members of staff that we are all smelling.
The seizes workers salary as a punishment for an offence which an ordinary querry could sort.
Unnecessary deduction from staff salary in the name of ask ebi for his own personal or family occasion.
Some members of staff were told to go pay #20 naira in another state for a simple mistake
You are forced to buy shares and support his church project.
This is just few of many attrocities he has committed
