It is another boarding on the government to employ new Teachers while the state is over staff financially. It is a person to be a Teacher but we people need to stop going to school only because of certificates .If you go to Nce of educational cause and you don't have person for it !!! All the years of school attended is a wasted time .how you praise a guy who went for an apprentice of hand work (Artesian ) for 3 year with certificate and later tell you he doesn't have person for the job and telling you to use certificate of tailoring for carpentry ?
