I don't know what you mean by national influence. Tinubu climbed to national scene in 2015 with the advent of buhari. An OBJ has been on that scene since 1999 so if you're talking about influence, tinubu will be far behind. Even saraki was chairman of NGF before becoming a senator and then senate president which is a cumulative 12 yrs. David Mark spent eight years as senate president while GEJ spent a cumulative of eight years as president and VP so if you mean national visibility as influence all these people are ahead of tinubu so far.
