Frankly shocking to see the celebration of flyovers built by FOREIGNERS for a population of largely beggars and illiterates mostly too poor to buy a bicycle. If you want to build "infrastructure", build that most RELEVANT to the circumstances of your citizens - schools and hospitals. Don't just "pay" teachers (subservient wages btw). Recruit more, scale up capacity, upgrade training and tools, and install RELEVANT (STEM) education.

I agreed with you but you can't condemn infrastructures simply because there human underdevelopment and out of school children mind you it is very quickly to get result from infrastructure than to get from human development project in Nigeria simply because of who the citizens and leaders are in nigeria. Human development is a long term investment which needed more than 8yrs continuation before you can get good result and not physical but capital project is physical which can be concluded in 4 to 8 years and it contributing more to the economies of the state .some governors prefers capital project because of who we are (1) citizens are too hurry to get miracle results from politicians.(2) politicians / citizens are so corrupted which make it very difficult to implement human development project to get good result.(3)lack of project continuity bcs of political differences because it is very easy to collapse human development than capital project .Human development is fragile that is why you see people compromise their conscience because of #500 to vote any political party in nigeria but capital project is Rigid!! people will see it and it can not be take away by anybody .It is very easy to implement human development Theoretically but very difficult to bring it to reality with good result because of its fragility and time factors and Nigerians are not ready to be Patience .That is why I said your theories is very difficult to be actualised practically with good result.
