1. You might be applying late.
2. You might have been sending in pdf where doc was required.
3. Your CV might not be captivating.
4. You might have been applying for posts you ain't qualified for.
5. You might have enabled "Do not Disturb" on your MTN sim.
6. You might not have the required knowledge or certifications.
7. You CV might have been neglected due to poor grade or age/experience criteria.
8. You might have spiritual issues.

One or two from the aforementioned reasons should be the cause. May God help and pick your call.

Sorry this is coming late.

Can we meet you for me, is the most important interview question ever.Its an oppprtunity for you succinctly describe:
1. Who you are.
2. Your work ethics.
3. Your passion and possibilities on the job.

For a new graudate, focus on your personal strength and skills. Sometimes mentioning what you are currently doing in terms of professional courses or ongoing skill development or leadership positions you have taken may help.

So something like this should be fine:

Confidently say

"First of all, I would like to say thank you for the opportunity".

"My name is Femi and I graduated with a second class upper in Accounting from University of Lagos".

"I have always been passionate about numbers and precision, hence my decision to study accounting".

"To further buttress my fascination and plan to build my career in accounting, I have just registered for ICAN and I believe that I will be done with it in 2 years".

"If what you are looking for is someone who is ready to to be the best at his job, then I can assure you that you would not be disappointed".

Trust me, this should be good but the way and manner you pass this message across as well as your gestures will make a whole lot of difference.

Wow! This is great. I believe this will help me in my interview next week. I must confess this topic was created for me.

Hello everyone, I wrote the NFL test and passed, got an interview invite yesterday stating 9:00am today but I had to request for a reschedule and it was granted. Now, the interview is next week.

Please who has attended the interview, how did it go, is it one-on-one interview or panel, what are the likely questions to come across?

They company is not that big and it's into Engineering, Procurement and construction.
It was registered about 10years ago...
They are into:

Building construction (reinforced concrete structures, steel structures and composite structures)
• Road construction (bridges, rigid and flexible pavement and paving stones)
• Procurement and leasing of heavy duty construction equipment
• Consulting (project mangement, structural design and CAD drafting)
• Construction management / Maintenance Services
• Engineering /Logistics support
• Procurement of oil and gas tools and equipment: valves (all types), pumps, wire ropes, hoists, hoses, fasteners, flanges, gaskets etc.
• Procurement of heavy duty equipment and their spare parts
• Outsourcing of manpower and plant equipment
• Fire and Safety Equipment
• Oil and Gas equipment franchising
• Logistics management.

As per payment, it's not up to the normal graduate trainee salary in most companies...
