If they can pay 10 million for the five years i.e 2 million for a year, collect the money, give them the place and relocate your family to a rented appartment far away from the electromagnetic radiation. Your land still belongs to you so, after five years, you may decide to renew it with higher pay or sack them. Do research about health hazards this mast has done to people in Europe and elsewhere in developed countries, that's why in most countries outside African, they are banned from putting it close to where people are staying.

Let me be straight forward, I got a call from home (I'm in school), i was told that network providers want to use a part of the compound for erection of their mast. The deal is, 15 years agreement but they are ready to pay 4m-5m for the first 5 years of agreement.

Yeah, the agreement is juicy, but my concern is that, health wise, is it advisable to have a mast near a house?

If the health risk is high, i will tell my dad about the complications before he consider the offer.
