mogacezil:yah any industry! and most important if the government getting nearer to the people! Ward government |
temblor1:In any where you live in Nigeria you were living in a Ward, if N1billion is budgeted and invested in your ward you will certainly benefited. and you may be part of the executive member. |
I will be happy if any one help me torch Senator Dino Melaye about a bill I want to forward to the chamber for deliberation and adoption; If he help me do this, his name will remain in gold at every home in Nigeria. WARD GOVERNMENT (WG) CREATION BILL The executives of the wg government must not inform politicians, they must be universally voted by ward, for a mandate of four years and two terms non renewable. Wg functions is to carry out the constituency projects, borehole, taken care of old age, security, routes, electrification, sanitation etc By this policy Nigeria will have 4 tiers of governments; i. Federal Government ii. 36 State governments iii. 774 Local governments iv. 9,572 Ward governments The development and prosperity of Nigeria will come rapidly and certainly. Nigeria Annual budget of N7.44 trillion is largely enough to develop Nigeria to the Developed nation, if corruption is banished Urgent! |
MayhorE:yah, because we were unable to query our politicians, even your parents may not give, if you didn't ask! talkless of the greedy politicians! The WARD GOVERNMENT that am advocating for, if it come to reality every home in Nigeria will benefit from it, it will be a direct allocation to our pocket! you see no one is interested in it, are we cleaver? let say every one of us adopt it and force our law maker to make a bill upon it adopted and voted it into law every one will feel better and no one will be left out! help me advocated it, it will save Nigeria! 1,572 WARD GOVERNMENT WG for better Nigeria! |
MayhorE:it can't be done like that it will be a violation of their right and we are in democracy we are bind to act according to law Now obj cannot bid for presidency today, obi cannot bid for governor, fayose had finished his right as a governor etc, for the lawmakers it's our right to give them or not the mandate. that how it's done in the civilize world. people that democracy is talking about belong to the WARD and the ward is far away from govern itself that where there no tangible for the development of the ward. and that must be changed. |
Sholaqe:shola, can you explain further? |
MayhorE:how? |
Baawaa:why? |
The totality of money stolen is people's money, the capital projects expenditure; The recurrent expenditure is never available for looting, otherwise it's increase yearly in our national budget, the money needed to run political office, and public civil servants. Budget padding on constituency projects, Abandoned already awarded contracts, ghost workers payment etc were all stolen from capital expenditure. Why it is hard to win anti-corruption war is because, people didn't directly concern or involve in the money recovered from the looted fund. people believe, it was the politicians that looted the money, it's the same politicians, that recovered the money, it is the same politicians that will decided on the looted money recovered and at last the money recovered will be return to the same politicians to re-manage! That is where people lost confident about the war against corruption and not fully support or involved in it's fight. The whistle blower is one of the successful policy of this administration; It's because of 12 to 25% over of the money recovered to those who blow whistle that lead to the recovered money . Now to totally eradicated corruption in Nigeria government must adopted a policy that will return the recovered looted money to the owner(the people) directly for manage, with out any intermediary of the politicians. The only way to do this is to Create WARD GOVERNMENT (WG) and this government executives be voted to the office by the people of each ward in Nigeria and mustn't involved any politician (an independent candidate) to carry out the ward constituency projects. By this policy Nigeria will have 4 tiers of governments; i. Federal Government ii. 36 State governments iii. 774 Local governments iv. 9,572 Ward governments The development and prosperity of Nigeria will come rapidly and certainly. Nigeria Annual budget of N7.44 trillion is largely enough to develop Nigeria to the Developed nation, if corruption is banished |
MEHO:ffk injected you people a bit dose of coca energy to energize you. |
Nathdoug:opposition? right. his opposition status still give him the right over sudan, and jibril of sudan? |
My call to the lawmaker is to make a WARD GOVERNMENT WG BILL. My call to Governors is to nullify the LCDA and Support Ward government. N7.298tn annual budget is sufficient to develop Nigeria if well shared with; FG 36 SG 774 LG 9,572 WG Nigeria will develop at our wishes. |
totorimi:infact your mentally disturbance even worst than ffk.
|
deafeyez:where is afenifere? where is odunmakin? where is criminal right watch?
|
Toks2008:jibril of sudan is popular everybody know him he is still alive. ffk will not go score free on this, enough for the stupid.
|
jibril of Sudan
|
freedom of expression is one thing hate speeches convention is another. it's right time to put ffk behind bar why? Buhari has his own right The sit of the president of Nigeria have it's own right ffk must be brought to court to prove his evidence: ffk must produce the jibril of sudan he is talking about. here is jibril of Sudan, he is still alive. Nni ba were wogbe, aso eni ni ko wogbo lo.

yeyerolling:can I tell you how we can solve this problem? |
Rawani:good! I think if the richest of the world of today think they can no longer share the same country with the poorest, then they can have their own SN(separated Nation) like UN, relocated to Planet MASS and leave the poor with this planet Earth because we can't accept them to turn us to slave. |
yeyerolling:good of you. is like you over your company to a team of manager, they mismanaged the company, then you restructured the company buy new machinery sacked employee, taken loan from bank with out torching the team of managers, can this revamp the company? |
gidgiddy:or to say it's those that had accept greedy that won't accept Nigeria. |
Rawani:OK, let's return to the main topic of the thread, Is it human to have a richest country separated apart from the poorest country as many agitation indicated today? |
yanshDoctor:op, I don't understand, they will support or voting their restructure party for Nigeria. |
bolanto24:I don't agree, there is other way we can checkmate these politicians excess without restructuring. |
yeyerolling:op good remark there; There very many unanswered questions on this undefined restructure it's pure political deceit to restart from the first republic because our politicians had finished the total execution of all the systems of world now they were taken us back to restart from the beginning. Do you no why? Many of this politician didn't enjoyed free ride from 1999 constitution that show the real feature of our natural existence, nil, non one of the 3 largest ethnic groups can win election without the support of one of the other. There are many of them that have been disqualify politically, many have already served two term in office, and those that were turn irrelevant politically due to there characters when in power were behind the restructure. when the polity is recycled they will have new opportunity to return to polity. etc |
Eaa247:they may not bad as we thing, and we must challenge them but not by stoning, if we understand our challenges as a nation and use public platform like this to deliberate on the issues draft it in bill and handed it over to our legislators of every constituency for deliberation and adoption. things will change. ask me further I will explain. |
3html:you make a good point here when you mention the high cost of governance in Nigeria but I disagree with what many people especially politicians beleive on this because it has become a deceit political slogan. since 1999 every government come with their own fashion of reducing the cost of governance to avail, the problem persist . do you know why? even those who were not in ruling class cry marginalization talkless of those in helm of power. And it's show clearly in our annual budget where the recurrent expenditure is 70%; while the Capital expenditure is 30%! means 70% of Nigeria incomes goes to 30% of our population, while only 30% of our income goes to 70% of Nigeria population if you ask me the solution to this I will tell you. |
1bunne4lif:but you have to take it easy, the generation of Nigeria today could hardly make it to another century, but Nigeria will still remain no matter be. |
. Take a look at the SS the militants, elders and governors have looted the whole 13% derivation with nothing to show for it in the creeks and rural areas. Or is it lagos where Tinubu grew the IGR after his problem with OBJ. But Tinubu had to set up alpha beta to collect IGR for LASG when we have Lagos internal revenue board.
