I formated window 8.1 on mine but it actually came with window7 is there anybody dat can help me do all Wat is needed on my laptop including portn a new CD ROM dvdwriter on it I will be at lag anything from next 2 weeks Monday so I just meet at computer village give me his no so I tell him everything about its problem on WhatsApp and I know my bill before hand

Pls i need help urgently as i need to type my exam questions. My mini laptop screen was partially broken so i was managing it till i could afford the repairs; not too long after dat, it started giving a continous beeping sound on start up which stops once d software loads.
It continued this way until last week when i was charging my phone with d laptop and suddenly it went off. At first, i thought it was d battery dat was down, but it have been proven otherwise as all efforts made to charge the system has proved abortive. pls help a brother in need out. hello friends..i just got a dell with windows 8.1 ever since I signed into the microsoft account it always tells to me to update and shut down or update and restart and I don't understand is it a problem and when I click on update and shut down it starts installing and then updates before shutting down..pls how do I stop this and should I be worried?

House please I need a urgent solution right now. I formatted my laptop, in the process of installing window 7, it got to the stage " setup is preparing your computer on first use" and a display window could not complete installation due to unexpected error. Further got a stage where I was asked for username and password , each time I input the username and password, all I get is incorrect password or username.. Good day guys, pls I'm experiencing a number of problems on my system and I don't know what to do.
1. My Bluetooth doesn't work, I've tried driving it all to no avail.
2. My DVD ROM stopped working abruptly, though the system still sees it but I noticed in my device manager that theres a problem with a certain VSO driver, could it be the cause and how do I fix it?
3. How do I repair/recover the recovery partition for a dell inspiron 3521 ( no disc came with it and I've never had to format it.

Problem/ Whala: keyboard typing rubbish
Tried solution :
Updated keyboard drivers
Changed keyboard language on the control panel
Changed the keyboard at C.V ikeja (new keyboard still typing same rubbish)
So i checked keyboard to know the keys messing up, this are keys giving wrong output.
Key = output
Y = yt
A= 'az
S= sx
D= dc
F = x
H = hg
J= 6jm
K= jk,
L= l.
Z='az
X=sx
C= dc
V=5fv
N= nb
M= 6jm
5= x
6= 6jm
7= 47 or sometimes 74
Remain key = correct output.
Expert in the house please safe this laptop.
