If you know you did the exam independently yet you scored below 200, this is one thing you must know that might be the reason.

The first question in each of the four subjects is always about the subject.
For example, if you offer English, Maths, Econs and Govt.
The first question in your English will be WHICH QUESTION PAPER TYPE OF USE OF ENGLISH IS GIVEN TO YOU?
If the paper type at the top right corner of the English question paper is Question paper type:B and the options given are;

A. TYPE D
B. TYPE I
C. TYPE B
D. TYPE U

If you unfortunately choose option B which is TYPE I, that means you have chosen the wrong answer and it will negatively affect every other answer you choose even though they are correct because you have ignorantly change your paper type.
The correct answer is option C.

Also if in Mathematics, If the paper type at the top right corner of the Mathematics question paper is Question paper type D and the options given are;

A. TYPE D
B. TYPE I
C. TYPE B
D. TYPE U

This kind of errors are minor errors one can easily avoid but if you fail to notice them, they can make you fail woefully.
I made the same errors because the tension in the exam hall could make you even forget your name, thank God I noticed the errors before the papers were submitted.

Infact I think JAMB is doomed.
My friend's cousin scored 305 with runs (don't know if he changed his type though) . While I scored 223 after burning those mid-night candles.
The destiny of those candles will judge DIBU and his crew.

Hesjay's idea, maybe every1 who got 200 above should write d postume, irrespective of d course applied to. But i feel sad for those who didn't meet 200. obago: My learned colleague in the making ur jamb score is so low. 201 divide by 8=25. Uniben postume is usually 80 questions. 80 divide by 2=40. Therefore 25+40=65% aggregate. U nid to score above 70 in ur post ume in order for u to have a chance to study law. Gudluck

I thought the post -ume consist of 80 questions and its equal to 100% . Then the 100% is further divided by 2 to get 50marks. # I stand to be corrected #

obago: I have no idea about the price. Go to any Jamb office closer to you in Lagos. You can check the first few pages in your Jamb bronchure for the nearest location.

Emmy35: Unilag is not undermining Jamb cos it's 50:50 i.e if u score 296 in jamb, 296/8= 37 and 80 in pume, 80/2=40. Add it together and u'll get 77 agg. It's fair

now check this too.. Score of 250 = 31...telme wats the difference between 31 and 37 compared to 296 and 250? Though its still 50:50 buh their post-ume carries more power. uniben use thesame system too.
Anyway, I don't care about the formula U.I wanna apply this year . Ma prayer is for it to favour us all

zanjorrg: Do not change any tin. Many pple wi give u ill advice, but it u shud nt heed to it. Last yr i got 223 and i put in for ecostat. Authough an idea came to my mind to change my course to a lower one but i summoned my courage. I read for my putme as if i wanted to read to get to heaven. Wen d result came out i got 69. That was hw i got admission last yr. Try to knw urself, if u can read and get above 60% in d putme u dont hav any reason changin ur course. Gud luck.
