For your information, a school has a better chance of being higher up those times and seasons rankings by "sorting" those bodies out than say, amassing much funding whilst producing better research than your competitors. This is an open secret.

Just recently, a Prof in the state university I attend secured a $52M grant for his research. That is $12M more than Atiku used to erect his AUN in Adamawa. That same school may be ranked less than some UK universities who will not receive that amount of grant as a whole institution let alone department. But one Prof, in a state university, in one department, in the US, got that.

Kudos for writing the dreaded GRE! But these scores don fall your GPA hand oh! My little advice....Forget Fall 2017. Take your time and study for both exams. You need to rewrite both. Target Spring or better still Fall 2018, so that you have more than ample time to prep for the tests. I did the same. I was hoping for Fall 2016 admission but I realized I needed time to prep for GRE, research schools and all. So I forwent that idea just to give ample time to package myself well. No need to rush my dear. America will still be there in 2018. Don't mind Trump. My 2 cents though.

See eh, just click on the link i posted earlier, it will take u to d Kaplan online bookstore for GRE. You should see "register" beside the "GRE Premier 2017" or the "GRE Premier 2016", click on register and it takes u to another page where u will enter the key words provided above for either the 2016 or 2017 version.
Then the selected version (GRE Premier 2017 or GRE Premier 2016) is added to your cart, note that the value in ur shopping cart should be $0 because it's assumed that you have the hard copy of the book since u have provided the last word in a particular chapter as demanded.
From the shopping cart page, click on "proceed and checkout", and u will be prompted to either sign in or set up ur account..... Then go to your profile after signing in and access all the goodies in the Premier version of the Kaplan which include the 5 full online tests.
Please lemme know if u are successful....i just tried these steps and they all worked.
