Politics › Re: The Average Igbo Politician Is A Criminal And A Thief! by Adiola(f): 9:41am On Mar 24, 2018 |
SamoaJoe: Yes I said it. The average Igbo politician is a criminal minded element and a hoodlum.
Before IPOB members and unlettered Igbo youths come here and start shouting "Afonja" up and down, be aware that I really don't care. I have a policy of not discussing other regions because am not from there. How they run there things is not really my business. Don't start enumerating to me on how Tinubu owns Lagos or How Saraki owns Kwara. Its not my business. Dont tell me how Atiku and Lamido are higher criminals... Am not interested. I want to focus on my place of birth and origin which is Ignoland.
Now back to what I was saying, the average Igbo politician is a criminal and a hoodlum. They are the people who "underdeveloped" Igboland. By underdevelopment, am not saying Alaigbo is underdeveloped. Nope. Eastern Nigeria is highly developed from rubbles of war. I was only saying before that our politicians didn't play their part in developing our region. 85% of development in Igboland is due to individual prowess and temerity. From the most dangerous sides of Potiskum Yobe state down To the most riverine areas in Port Harcourt, you see Igbos hustling day and night to make a living for themselves and their families. You hardly see Igbo children on a large scale begging with plates like what I see always in the North.
Case In study is Ike Ekwerammadu (Enugu), Ikedi Ohakim (Imo), TA Orji (Abia), Rochas Okorocha (Imo), Orji Uzor Kalu (Abia), Chinwoke Mbadinuju (Anambra), Matthew Omegara (Imo), Annie Okonkwo (Anambra), Andy Ubah (Anambra), Stella Oduah (Anambra) and Ifeanyi Araraume (Imo). These are just few.
Ndigbo currently, the highest Igbo man holding political office from our region is Ike Ekweremmadu. If I should start listing for you what these man has as properties and money, you will marvel. Nobody should come here and lecture me on how he worked hard for his money. I wouldn't want to discuss some certain things. But lets be realistic for once. Are you aware that 15 houses these man owns abroad can buy 15 hummer buses and put our young men on the road to start hustling? Are you aware that those houses if sold can build 5 standard factories in Enugu? Why do you people think our youths keep on migrating to different parts of the world doing condescending jobs to succeed? Funny enough after they finish hustling (suffering) and send the money back home, the federal government will tax that money, give the money to Igbo politicians for development in their region, the Igbo politicians will embezzle that money! Does it mean our youths now go outside to hustle in vain? Because after hustling, you come back from abroad and meet your village road untarred. Who do you think embezzled that money? Igbo Politicians!
90% of politicians from Igboland are criminals, armed robbers, political prostitutes without ideologies, hoodlums who pocket constituency allowances for themselves and their families, brigands, touts with no developmental ideas, drug barons who use politics as fronts.
Ndigbo my question is very simple. WHY DO WE LIKE ELECTING CRIMINALS, RETIRED DRUG BARONS AND TOUTS TO GOVERN AND REPRESENT US?
N.B Call me Afonja if you want. Ekwerem Ekwe. Its nothing new. Use the picture of that man with tiger claws on his face, Am not bothered. ikpu mma gi is a thief and criminal |
Politics › Re: FG Appoints Joseph Nnanna As Chairman NEXIM Bank Board by Adiola(f): 9:37am On Mar 24, 2018 |
kahal29: Dr Joseph Nnanna, a former Deputy Governor (Economic Policies) at Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has been named as the Chairman of Board of Nigeria Export Import Bank (NEXIM) by the Federal Government.
This is contained in a statement signed by Tayo Omidiji, NEXIM Bank Head of Strategy and Communications on Friday in Abuja.
Other Board members include Dr Mudashiru Olaitan, Mrs Olubunmi Siyanbola, Mr Ochapa Ogenyi, Hon Adesina Adegbenro and Hajiya Ramatu Ahmed.
The newly appointed directors will join the executive management team of the bank headed by Abba Bello as the Managing Director/Chief Executive, assisted by Bala Bello, Executive Director, Corporate services and Stella Okotete, Executive Director, Business Development.
The statement said that the Minister of Finance Mrs Kemi Adeosun had inaugurated the board and charged them to ensure effective operations that would help exporters in the country.
It added that the bank was quite excited that the inauguration of the new board would engender necessary synergy and strengthen the corporate governance structures to deliver quickly on its mandate.
“The new Chairman, Dr Nnanna brings to bear his rich experience as an economist and banker over the last three decades during which he has been involved in policy formulation and development of financial markets,’’ it said .
It will be recalled that Nnanna joined the Central Bank of Nigeria in 1994, rose to become the Director, Research and Statistics in 2001 and was appointed Deputy Governor in 2015.
In-between his career at the CBN, he held several positions and was the Director General of West African Monetary Institute (WAMI) from 2006 to 2008.
He also served as a Staff Economist & Desk Officer in the African Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and was a Consultant to the United Nations Conference on Trade & Development (UNCTAD).

You are an hypocrite who doesn't want to accept the truth because it unraveled your fallacy.
No one should accept violence in the name of religion period I don't know why that's so difficult to conclude why would religious intolerance be added just to spite "all" Muslims which I'm sure include some of the celebrities you admire , some pleasant neighbors , colleagues at work some your superior individuals who have render favour and been kind to you in the past or in your future.
Whatever you do be at peace with your maker, God never added hatred of Muslims as a clause to enter heaven so what's the purpose of your Christian faith if it cause you to sin.

Politics › Re: President Buhari Approves Negotiations For Another 15billion Naira Loan by Adiola(f): 7:25am On Mar 21, 2018 |
EgbechoFaith2: President Muhammadu Buhari has approved that negotiation should be carried out for 15 billion dollars loan for the completion of work on the Port Harcourt – Maiduguri rail project.
The Minister of Transportation, Mr Rotimi Ameachi, made this known when he briefed State House correspondents after a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Tuesday.
According to him, the president has also given the approval for negotiations of funds for the execution of Lagos – Calabar rail project to ensure its speedy completion.
“Don’t forget that the Lagos-Calabar project is yet to start because of funds; the Port Harcourt – Maiduguri is yet to start because of funds, but the President has approved that we negotiate for funds.
“We are almost concluding negotiations for the Port Harcourt – Maiduguri. We are looking at the cost – is in the neighbourhood of between 14 billion and 15 billion dollars.’’
According to the minister, a lot of progress is being made in the area of revamping rail transportation network across the country.
He disclosed that laying of tracks on the Lagos-Ibadan route would commence next month, and expressed the hope that the project would provide a lot of job opportunities to Nigerians.
“If the rain doesn’t start early we will start laying tracks on the Lagos-Ibadan route in April and hopefully we believe we can complete it in December or January and open it up for passengers and business and we expect about 6, 000,000 tons of cargo out of the 30,000,000 tons of cargo that we have between Lagos and Kano.
“In terms of job creation, you can be rest assured that it will be in thousands,” he said.
On Itakpe – Warri rail project, Ameachi said the project was being reconstructed and expressed the hope that it would be inaugurated by August.
He said: “The tracks were already there but they were vandalised so we are rebuilding those tracks and then building new stations.
“We are also reconstructing a yard that was abandoned.

Resurgentxtian: I saw the requests made by Muric {Muslim Rights Concern} if restructuring of Nigeria is to happen. First off, i have been vindicated for all the alarm that i have raised on the plans on our muslim population in Yorubaland. I am not angry with them because i have always known that they want sharia in Yoruba land and i am glad that they are now coming out of their shell. That being said, i put the blame squarely on the doorstep of millions of indolent christians in yorubaland who have been too trusting of our muslim population. I would come back to the issue of we christians in yorubaland shortly.
Now, i want to plead with the SS/SE not to ever backdown on the request for restructuring, this is not the time to soft pedal but time to revv up the throttle. The Muric has brought out these requests in an attempt to scare the better south to abandon the restructuring campaign/agitations., The millions of Christians in the better south must not pity or look back at the suffering about to hit millions of Christians in Yorubaland as they deserve whatever comes out of the plans of Muslims in the North/SW. I am a Yoruba Christian and i have been lampooned on nairaland because i attempted to awaken my christian brethen. I have been called an igbo who is impersonating as a yoruba to sow seeds of dicsord in "peaceful and harmonious" Yorubaland even when the majority of my brothers know that there are visible cracks in Yorubaland being papered over by the media whitewash of tolerance and love in Yorubaland. I am not surprised since majority of us can deny bonafide and notable Yoruba sons like FFK and Fayose in preference for the Fulani folks up north. It only goes to show where the interests of majority of our muslim folks lie. That being said, i urge our southern neighbours {Igbos and S/S ethnic groups} to come together and present a common and cohesive front in order to possesss what is theirs and ensure that we docile yoruba christians face the foreceful islamisation coming our way.
In conclusion, i still cant shrug off the inclination to lay/sprinkle some blame at the doorstep of the RCCG being a church with large followership for Yorubas. The leadership of the church needs to rise up and do what it can to salvage what is left of the secularity of Yorubaland. The church has produced the V.P and we have all seen the futility of that. The V.P is powerless in the grand scheme of things and he is a smoke screen to be used to deceive millions of Christians that their interests are preotected in Nigeria. I keep saying it that i would vote and stand by "supposed erratic" characters like Fayose and FFK anytime, anyday to protect the rights of Christians in Yorubaland. The rest of politically correct yorubas can say what they like but the truth remains unshaken. The Kingdom of God suffereth violence and violence taketh by force.
I urge the igbos not to back down on the calls for restructuring as they dont deserve to be islamised.
You Yorubas online can continue to call me igbo but your conscience would continue taunting you of the truth of my assertions.
The discerning ones on politics section would know who i am
Shalom.
Cc: Coloneldrake IJOBA 2 op tell them I have been called out severally by my Muslim Yoruba brothers for speaking against Islam ......Nigeria is really covering the impotency of the Yoruba nation .if this country divides hmmmm hmmmmmm yawa dey oooo |
