Any country without a working justice system is as good as dead! There is certainly no hope for such a country. In such a country people would, steal, burn people to death, murder their wives, chop of children for rituals, kidnap, blow themselves up, steal and flaunt ill-gotten wealth, rape, sexually harrass students, collects bribes openly from students, kidnap and demand ransom, steal money allocated for things like electricity, roads etc, or at best deliver a substandard job, inflate contracts by 3 - 4x, etc etc. All because no one fears the laws, because they simply do not work or at best minimally enforceable. Nigeria is doomed with a dead justice system!

PS: In the picture, look at the little child witnessing such a horrific death. Picture how that child would see this as norm in the future. Would there be any consequences for those that burnt the man? Certainly NOT! Would it happen again elsewhere? Definitely! Why? No consequences: I am a dead individual, a dog, beast and an ape!
