guys pls how do i apply for this civil defence job?. Or is the ministry of interior cv submission to be used for shortlisting? I don't want to miss out on this job at all. Pls someone tell me how to go about it.

They request for applications from qualified candidates, stating needed requirements and closing date for submission of applications, but they will never state the exact time the recruitment process will be concluded. Imagine being called for an interview for a job, aptitude test of which you wrote 2 years ago. The process for most good jobs in Nigeria take a year.

Let me try and list some.

Lagos Teachers recruitment, FIRS, NNPC, Dangote Driver, Police ICT pros, SSS, Most Banks( 6 months) etc.

I don't know how long it takes, generally, in advanced economies but I feel this is not right.

Can someone give an explanation?

Teams affect players. Chelsea affected Torres( negatively). ManU affected Rooney (positively), Barcelona affected Ibrahimovic(negatively), etc. I do not think the likes of Messi, Sir Alex Ferguson, Ryan Giggs,etc are worthy of the much praise we shower on them. They are simply fortunate people who found or have the right tools to do their respective jobs in their current locations. Why not prove yourself elsewhere if you think you too gud. Jose Morinho is the best coach ever, in the history of football beacuse he has proven himself around the world. Pep Guardiola is the greatest sports professional because of his understanding of sports. Great professionals want challenges which they don't get in their comfort zones. Because of people's/officials' obsession of Messi, effort of ronaldo and others remain unrewarded. MESSI is a gud player but not the greatest until proven beyond doubt.

One can only discourage the local Tv stations from showing these videos. Nobody can stop the production of P.O.R.N.O.G.R.A.P.H.I.C music videos, not in Lawless naija. Most of our singers,music and nollywood artistes are P.orn stars who have millions of indecent nigerians singing their praises. Not to worry, I'll Bomb em all one day!
