Good morning house... Pls my school sent my middle name as my surname to NYSC and my surname as my middle name. All my other details are correct. Can I go ahead with registration and change it later, is there a way it can be changed subsequently? Or how can I change that error now. Thanks |
AWA results came in 4.0/6. Didn't prepare tho so I'm not disappointed. So 158,158,4. Masters in Public Health, full funding or PhD if possible. Thanks everyone. |
Here's my profile tho, maybe you guys can help guide me with the application process. I'm looking towards spring or fall admission next year, something fully funded with possible TA/RA I'm a medical doctor who graduated from the University of Ilorin in 2015. Degree is unclassified. I'm interested in doing a masters or PhD straight if possible in a public health related field in US or Canada. I'm currently doing my NYSC in a research institute. Done IELTS overall band score of 8, with lowest individual band of 7.5 Hoping to do some research work where I serve this year as a research assistant. Been involved in volunteer medical work and blood donation drives if that counts for anything. So pls guys, any advice or help I can get |

I did my GRE today, and I thought i should share. It wasn't a very pleasant experience at the Surulere centre... We started a little late, and while typing my argument essay, the network disconnected causing me to lose part of what I had typed and disrupting my thought process. The first set of verbal and quantitative were fine but I was unusually slow in my quantitative. I couldn't answer the last question. I took a break after that and my network disconnected again. This was also unsettling. I was already developing a headache by this time. I pushed on till my second quantitative where I was so much slower not answering at least four questions properly. I was devastated by this. It was destabilized for my final verbal section and I managed to stay focused. The verbal and quantitative sessions I did after the initial two were so much harder. Final scores VR - 158, QR - 158, awaiting AWA. I want to appreciate everyone on this group cos tho I've never commented, I gained a lot. Now unto the applications |

It's now they would remember their nigerian roots... if they won Olympics or Nobel prize they would be full Canadians |
Enough of medical trips abroad with the country's money when our people are dying. How many are we gonna keep sending abroad... renovate and equip our hospitals and increase the quality of health of the nation. South Africa never flew Mandela abroad throughout the times he was ill... |
Imagine those governors owing salary too would be sitting down there and talking nonsense... the thunder that would fire nigerian governors is still charging in heaven |

The matriarch of the Awolowo dynasty, Hannah Idowu Dideolu Awolowo, is dead, her newspaper, the Nigerian Tribune, is reporting. She was 99. The report said she died some hours ago. Born November 25, 1915, she died a little over two months to her 100th birthday. Mrs. Awolowo, wife of the late premier of the defunct Western Region, passed on more than four years after rumours spread like wildfire around the country indicating she transited. That was on June 22, 2012. The chairperson of the African Newspapers of Nigeria, died 28 years after her husband, Obafemi Awolowo, who fondly described her as his jewel of inestimable value, passed on. Mr. Awolowo, a widely respected politician and Yoruba leader, died in 1987. It's only a matter of time... the long arms of the law and karma would catch up with all our corrupt politicians that are walking free with any repercussions |
I guess it's sometimes an issue of self-esteem... if you have something else to offer asides a fine face, so much time, attention and resources would not be invested into looking the way u think people want u to look. You would just look like u |
We all need to make sacrifices especially men in making some things work... if it's celibacy by some people for a year that would save the world from Ebola, let's encourage them to make the sacrifice.... after all if u die from ebola, no more sex or masturbation |
They should protest very well ooo... our government needs to fight fair in its fight against corruption.... selective witch hunting is not fighting corruption... deal with everyone guilty. |
