smallvile: Bros, that one na piece of cake naa, you can receive the money on payoneer, it is called private load, all you have to do is sign up above for a free payoneer master card and wait for it to arrive, it takes approximately 60 days to arrive (if you need it urgently you can pay 60 dollars to have it delivered by dhl within 7 days) So with your payoneer master card you can have anyone send you money and withdraw your money from any atm that accepts master card.
