The only consequence is you’d get 0 on ‘spouse factor’.
But with more than enough CRS points for French category, it’s inconsequential.

Good day! Am New on this Canada PR forum, pis i have a question to ask, must my partner writes the English language exams even though my CRS score can cover the both of us? I studied French as a course in uni, so l will be writing the TEF, I'm in my 20s. Secondly my partners bachelor degree is kind of difficult to evaluate cause he finished from a university in Benin republic.Do I have to evaluate his qualifications as well?
Pls I want to know, if all this is mandatory? Thanks for your response in advance.

Yes all my documents was approved, but I don’t know maybe it because I submitted a week before the deadline thou.

You go back to your application and sign in to your U.K visa application. Click on the provide documents and biometric then it will direct you to another page click on continue. Then you see track my application.

Biometrics done: 10th August 2021
Application forwarded to UKVI August 10, 2021
Email enquiries in September. Couple of telephone calls in October. Escalation in Oct 26 and I was told to wait 15 working days
Application transferred to VAC and received by VAC: 12th November 2021
Passport collected with visa 15th November 2021
Total days 69 working days

1.Appendix2 is not compulsory. i did not submit it.
2. No not necessary. just print out for your copy or download and save for future applications.
3. copy pictures of you and your partner, wedding pictures, pictures with both family. copy it, paste on word and write details of all pictures. i.e picture taking in Nigeria with my partner in 2003. etc. after that save it and convert it to pdf. just make sure it is 5mb, because if it is more, the application will not upload it. you can also reduce it by using ilovepdf.

Thank you so much for explaining better, but having a retroverted uterus doesn’t stop one from conceiving.
