A lot of us have chosen to just see the worst in these people that we ignore that good part that they all have. Even if that good stares us in the face we would find a black spot. These people are humans and human beings like it or not have terrible characters that show themselves in different situations.

If I was Bisola I would have left the whole thing like that and not swap anyone cos she didn't even try to use that option.

It's a loophole, they let us know in a way that you shouldn't vote till you are sure of your fave hm not being up. But they also know some people would jump to start voting immediately, it's like they are on default.
They gave the notice so they can't be held responsible if people decide to ignore it generally
