NYSC should be scrap joor... Graduate should be given the net payment that is supposed to be paid as a corps member to set up business... Budget for NYSC khaki, crested vest, boot and sneakers is #90,000 per corper (from a friend who is contracted to sew NYSC khaki). The useless meal served in camp is budgeted at #1mil per meal.
