PMB means business. We called it over punctuality. He is setting the right precedence that was long lost with the thieving party. No wonder his straightforwardness is currently hated by those who were used to sharp practices and cutting corners.

Any greatness that fails to receive sharp opposition be it physical, emotional or otherwise is certainly not a sign of greatness.

So, you gamble in choosing a wife as you don't know the success until it is successful as you cannot receive guidance from your god.

It is only the islamic god that could talk to only Muhammad, he is so remote from the rest of you. Since Muhammad had died, he could no more speak. The Christians' God talks to us on regular basis. He talks to us by His Spirit. I have heard Him speak before and so He does to His true children.

Some years ago, I invited a pastor friend to a branch of the church I was presiding over. The Holy Spirit revealed to him about a sister who dreamt she died in the dream. The sister, a member of the church came out and was delivered from the demon of death. We serve a living God. But for muslims allahh had stopped speaking for more than 1400 years now. Is he still alive?
Knock out. In other word, Islam is a gamble since the only assurance is the aftermath of my decision. What a joke!

All through history, evidently even since the inception of naira land, Christians being sure of their faith, have never ran away from any opposition. The many concocted lies here from Atheists and traditionalists with their vast knowledge in science, history and religion had failed repeatedly to twist what we believe because our conviction is not head or mind knowledge but from the spirit and that explain why we operate in the open, not in secrecy or asking for a special protection from the mods or seun himself.

I considered it an act of cowardice to ignore or call on other Muslims to ignore a post that obviously your involvement could shed a little light.

You pray for guidance, right?

Prayer is supposed to be a two-way communication. You ask and wait for answer, right?

Now, when you pray for guidance, then you wait for an answer. The question is: how do you receive an answer on your request for guidance since you cannot hear from allahh? Only Muhammad could hear from allahh through Jubril.

Again, the fact that you still pray for guidance shows quran and hadiths are not sufficient, you still need to communicate with your allahh for guidance, then why did you say islam has nothing left to hear from allahh?
You are a wise man with God's Spirit active in you. My amusement is: if the Quran is complete as they believe, then why bother praying in the first place? And if they said for guidance or for what ever reason as they alluded to, what medium exactly are they expected to get the answer since the known medium(Muhammed) is dead and buried?

Abel202:
Today's South Eastern Region of Nigeria was already inhabited by the Igbos before the word or nation called Nigeria ever came into existence. So the option of leaving behind a territory for someone does not & will never arise. Keep fanning your ego. But I assure you that au moment propice the Sun shall rise again. Am flattered that you term us 'overly gifted'. I couldn't have put it better for it is indeed a fact of life that the Igbos are overly gifted. If Nigeria must realise its great potentials, it MUST give the Igbos its right of place. Since you have hinted that Nigeria can't do without the Igbos, then the Igbos MUST be shown the respect they deserve in all ramifications. That is why people like Itse Sagay who ought to know better but chose to insult the entire Igbo people must pay for his sins.
A single region can not hold an entire nation to ransom. As it stands, Nigeria does not owe Igbos anything. If you feel you are too gifted(I didn't say so, I simply quoted you), you will start by developing your region and stop running everywhere. Isn't this the same ego that made Ojukwu(with due respect) and now Kanu to want to pick up arms against the Nigerian state.

Like i said earlier, south east remains under the constitutional supervision of Nigeria and any infringement by any individual or group will be severely punished.
PoliticsRe: Anti-Igbo Comments, Sagay Alleges Threat To Life, Raises Alarm. by advocates:
What Sagay was alluding to was the wrong approach IPOB used to expressed their grievances if there was any. If IPOB felt marginalised, firstly, they have elders and also representative to table their vexation for onward delivery to the right channel. And if they felt these ones are too political for their liking, the media and electronic and even the internet is good medium to tell the world who and how they've short changed.

But the question is: Who is marginalising the Igbos and how?
You can't wake up one day and distort the social and economic activities of law abiding Nigerians under the guise of some frivolities. Entertaining such hooliganism is setting a bad precedence for the entire nation.

Also, silence played by many Igbo leaders suggested they were directly in support of the protest. Scenario like warrants that well meaning people in Igbo land, both young and old should throng the street and TV and radio to vehemently condemn or disassociate themselves from the madness.

We all know the restiveness was merely a spill over of the lost election and an opportunity to negotiate their lust fullness with FG through the back door via intimidation, and that was what Sagay pointed which you equally collaborated.

Good. Since no other African country is ready to accomodate our 'ego thriving, political naive tribal sentiment' as you put it, then let the Federal government hold a referendum to let the Igbos go form their own Nation. You can't hate someone so much and still want to self-destruct by allowing the same person to live with you. Isn't that another definition of insanity? Nigeria is 'a potentialy great nation' but presently an incredibly disfunctional nation and until this union is renegotiated am afraid that we shall continue vacillating endlessly.
It is not our fault that we are a great people. But it is our misfortune that we found oursleves in such an unholy union concocted by the British for their selfish purposes. The Igbos excel everywhere including in developed countries of the world where merit is respected. But down here, entrenched marginalization wount allow us thrive to propell this nation forward to unleash its great potentials.
That Sagay of a man insulted the great Igbo people. He is a marked man. He must pay for his sins. If you like call me a chest beater or whatever your childish brains comes up with. I have honoured you with a reply my dear.
The entire South East is a territory of The FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA. It remains a Nigerian enclave as long as the government is presided by the Nigerian constitution.

As the Jews you claimed you are, and 'overly gifted', you may begin to consider the option of exodus to another uninhabited space to perfect your ingenuity. Or better still, pick up arms and wrestle with the Nigerian govt as you dare in the 70s and let see if you succeed.

You don't owe any territory. Every area belongs to the govt, and its either you behave yourself or force to behave yourself.

However this thing called Sagay had the effrontery to insult the whole Igbo race. A great & mighty people that are only unfortunate, very unfortunate to find ourselves in an incredibly disfunctional country called Nigeria that is stifling the mighty potentials of a great people.
For his effrontery, he should be ready for what is coming to him.
He can never hide. He will pay for his sins.
Someone should tell the coward that there is no need crying that he is receiving threats.
He might have expressed his so called freedom of speech. But it shall dawn on him that there is no guarantee of freedom after speech.
Who else would accommodate your ego thriving, political naive tribal sentiment? Tell me? If not Nigeria, which African country would stand the stench of arrogance and hatred that oozed out of that region? Hardly you make comments without the inclusion of threat or insult Mr. "lnclinded". Maybe you have not realised how fed up by the second Nigerians are over your egocentric remarks. The worst is that, you lots contribute nothing to the economy.

Take a look at economic index on states with the most contributed GDP to the govt, and you will shock that the South east doesn't rank among the first three. Thought provoking if you ask me. The op succinctly captured the over all political shallowness that besieged the entire igbo people. On the contrary, the youths rather than their leaders should be blamed for the inability to properly dissect, analyse and assimilate the day to day Nigeria politics.

Anything that suits their emotions and fantasy at the moment is always a welcome idea. And one begins to wonder why they never learn from history. Political history of the past always plays prank on the Igbo nation who from every indication lack political calculation on where to pitch their tent.

Hope they will learn, and I am concern if they can recover after the role of a misguided partisan mixed with tribal clannishness against the ruling party. This is food for thought.

The problem with we in the MiddleBelt is that we have adopted Hausa language as our common language.
How do we give it up now?
Some of us have stopped speaking Hausa in our villages right now n we don't allow them enter our villages again.
We have made sure our children communicate in either our local language, pidgin or English.
We hope it spreads.
The reason y the Hausa-Fulani find it easy to permeate our regions and cause havoc is because we have a common language.
If we stopped speaking Hausa, they will be forced to abandon their language, learn English(and thru that make them come in contact with Western Concepts packed in the English language thus becoming deradicalized) or go back home from whence they come from.

Unfortunately many of our MB youths r not even on nairaland.
They can't even browse not to talk of logging into nairaland for them to see this my proposition.
Many of them thru blood ties r in one way or another connected to Borno empire but if Niger delta can seperate themselves from Igbo whom they r closely related to, likewise we can separate ourselves from Hausa-Fulani-Kanuri.

I strongly believe things will get better.
Who made you a spoke person for MB? You even claim most of them can't surf the net, like what? When you described middle belt, which state are you referring to? To the best of my knowledge, folks in Benue don't understand Hausa language and also large percentage of Igalas and Kabas from Kogi state. When it comes to education, I am yet to see anyone from Southern Kaduna, to Benue, to Kogi who is not a graduate. Very few among the young people are not into school.

With the various signatures here, how could you draw a conclusion to insult a whole region that they are not into the internet. The MB I know are not as egocentric and clannish as the igbos to reveal their tribal identities.

Next time you make certain assertion, please speak for yourself and the state you come from.

I am Idoma from Enugu state. I neither consider myself a northerner or from the middle belt. Nigeria is all on my mind and nothing more.

We should never give in to the antics of this Igbo sadist who will invade every thread on regional basis to cast aspersion between brothers.
I live in the north, and I so much love northerners ( Hausa and Fulanis alike), good people to live with. Take religion rascality away from the Hausa man, and you have simple, down to earth people. Little wonder why Igbos, despite the undefined hatred for the north, can't find a place as harmonious and business friendly as the north.

How could you hate a people so much, yet you have almost 1/3 of easterners scavenging there for their daily livelihood? Nobody sent you to pick arms against a sovereign state, better still an intolerant Nigerian military. The consequences are always unimaginable.

I understand that the Fulani's carnage in the middle belt is a cause for concern and maybe reason why the Middle belt frontiers are making this frantic statement, but we shouldn't give occasion for Igbo haters to make ridicule of this noble call, since they have proved over the years, their desperation to tear the very fabric bonding this nation.

If for anything, I considered myself a northerner.

Scam! This story is nothing but hoax. Dickson is setting his thugs against each other to paint Silva in a bad light. All attempt to discredit Silva is well known and documented. His comments over the past days leading to the Southern Ijaw supplementary election is nothing short of a desperate man truing to bully his way to remain Governor.

A man who cannot point to one single developmental project in southern ijaw deserve no reason to expect any vote there. He thinks he can ride on the back of late Alam and Goodluck to victory. Only a sour loser will go about saying, the number of accredited voters are not up to 70 for Silva to triumph.

When the election is over, he should be probe for rearming and bringing back militants to the creek.
