SportsRe: ‘Enyeama's Retirement Is Sad’ – Oliseh Opens Up On Crisis by advocates: 2:58pm On Oct 09, 2015
The same Enyeama that tribal warlords would die has had a running battle with NFF and previous coaches before Oliseh came. Intolerance coaxed him to call it quit. I know it pains to be deposed just like that, but national interest should come first after all, his track records were outstanding. The end of a matter is better than the beginning.
SportsRe: ‘Enyeama's Retirement Is Sad’ – Oliseh Opens Up On Crisis by advocates: 2:38pm On Oct 09, 2015
Oliseh remains the head coach and the least he expected at this point is this needless distraction. The situation may have been mismanaged, but I expect Enyeama to toe the path of tolerance and let the whole differences slide without bringing the coach to disrepute. Enyeama I love, but I'm solidly behind my coach to succeed.

The coach should see this as challenges he needs to overcome to forge ahead. Good things a times attract some measure of opposition that must be conquered.

PoliticsRe: My Opinion Of The Ministerial Screening Rules by advocates: 10:24am On Oct 09, 2015
I hope the senate will not bite more than they can chew. The constitution remain supreme for endorsing or rejecting ministerial nominees and not this schemes Dino and they rest are playing out at.

If a ministerial nominee meets all requirements as contain in the constitution, any other thing by the senate is arrogating an unnecessary power to themselves and an attempt to hit the polity and to scuffle the President's good intentions.

This is a wake up call for Nigerians to show equal passion in the senate election as the presidential election. Because at best, these are men who over the years have shown insatiability for power and money than the very affair of the country.

Your level of reasoning is simply pitiable. The likes of you claim civilization, but everything that ooze out of you smack point to stone age. The moral of the story is crafted for tribal goons like you to realise that the Hausas are not as evil as you would have painted it and also that, an act of kindness/wickedness is not an exclusive reserve of a particular tribe or region.

With such ethnic group couple with the Edos I love so much and of course the Yorubas, and some other tribes from the middle belt, no force hatch from hell can undermine the unity of this great country.

We all know the enemy of the state and their venomous tribal remarks of recent bent to disorganised the stability of our darling country, but God pass them.

We will continue to stand in unity regardless of some hired miscreants unleashed to create chaos. Our resolve should be to continue this gospel of unity until it hypnotise every youth. I go sponsor that hit when you release am.

I stay up north as a Christian from Enugu, and it's a common knowledge that northerners are more considerate to others. Nevertheless, religion seems to be their major short coming, but beside that, they are a simple, down to earth people. I consider myself a Northerner having being given birth here.

Some good igbos can really be good if you are fortunate to find one, but not the idle ones here who from the stable of their caves will invade this forum as termites to create instability. Wonder where these ones come from. These are the greatest hindrance to peace and we must collectively stand to oppose them. Nigeria will be great again.

TonyeBarcanista:
The crowing of Amaechi and other corrupt element ministers of the federal republic of Nigeria is a confirmation that Nigeria under Buhari will continue the tradition of encouraging corruption and sheer hypocrisy. Buhari has proven to be a cancer in the anti-corruption fight and a promoter of coruption. No sane country would take Nigeria under Buhari serious considering his open support for the sustenance of corruption. It is a shame that a more corrupt government has taken over the reins of power.
You are quite a dishonest man for crucifying a man that has not been convicted by a court of competent jurisdiction. Your hypocrisy wouldn't allow you see beyond this government to the endemic of corruption that bedevilled the last government.

I perceived you are sinking slowly to insanity with the level of hate you littered this forum daily. The accusation still lies largely on your Gej for failing to bring this persons to account if indeed they actually stole. You will do well to toe Pa Clark who has been beat to line by the change mantra, otherwise you will remain a lone ranger shooting yourself all the time.

What happen to discipline and tolerance.

Just last week in church, a member was appointed as my departmental head even though I was much more committed and also the oldest serving member in that same place. It didn't take anything from me. Life calls for tolerance, that's all.

Vincent should learn to demonstrate humility, otherwise all his glory days will be replaced with history of arrogance. It hurts I know, but hey, over look it and move on.

Will you shut up this hypocrite!!! Boko haram was bombing and hypocrites like you said we should bring back our "General" who defeated the maistastaine sect in the 1980s to come and defeat them!! Fast forward four months later what do we have? It was never this bad under GEJ a bloody civillian!! Besides on May 29 when Buhari took over, boko haram was almost obliterated.Today they are fully rejunevated and are now carrying out daily attacks!! How long more before Buhari is branded a failure for what he is!!! Instead of the DSS to focus on intelligence gathering, there are busy chasing witnesses at election tribunals!! What irresponsibility!!
Your hypocrisy will not permit you to admit to the sacking of our military from barracks during President Gej, we can confidently say that their demonic activities has been reduced to planting bombs, which God willing, will be curtailed. You such a sadist whose opposition lack substance. Scream it how you like, bokoharam is being defeated, the latest drama is to give chronic haters like you something jeer about since your basket of deceits has ran out lies.

I know you will masturbate over news like this. Shame on you. Even when it involves something as precious as lives, you never hide your tribal remarks. For those behind Pa chukwudi to disregard the president's effort, it is evident that the fight is a breakaway from what used to be obtainable in the past when the insurgents would confront and sack our military even from their own barracks.

The tactics of planting bombs is a ploy all over the world that will take more intelligence to curtail. The Americans in Iraq suffered more casualties mainly from road side bombs amidst their military capabilities. Not using that as an excuse, we are hopeful their cowardice activities will be checked.

The fact of the matter is that Buhari or the APC is not ready to really fight corruption in its entirety. The so called fight is gradually being confirmed to be selective and this is being done in connivance with the already biased media. They are currently dying to sweep the Halliburton, Siemens, Fashola and Amaechi corruption cases under the carpets because they are political allies of the ruling APC. Shame on the president for deceiving Nigerians on the so called fight against corruption.
You mean to say shame on Gej for ineptitude to convict the aforementioned names in your post.
If Gej had anything against these governors, for their strong stance against his government, they would have been roped by now. But being myopic and clannish, you made it a career to insult the present President ignoring the negligence of your bros Gej.

The petition is driven by hate and fraustration, they were planning how to laugh him but buhari disappointed them. Amaechi is not corrupt because those who are corrupt don't take the kind of risk he took during the electioneering by challenging the incumbent president, you can ask lamido and babangida aliyu.
You made lot of sense. Amaichi took a leap no minding what lies ahead. No corrupt personnel will risk fighting the incumbent when he wasn't sure of what the future hold.

I have no doubt on my mind that he will surpass expectation judging from the way he disregard the former head of state due to corruption and incompetence.

Those calling for Amaichi's head are hypocrites waving aside the misappropriation that hamper development in their respective states. I don't expect any dick from Abia, Anambra, Delta or Imo to raise eye brow over what happen in Rivers taking into consideration that Amaichi's performance override the collective effort of these Governors put together.

Those throwing jabs at Oshiomole have not realised the magnitude of the nation economic challenges largely due to how it was mismanaged and publicly raped by the last government. It's easy to sit in the comfort of your home and post trash as an opposition, but that's lame.

The obvious fact is the recklessness of Jonathan's government which has plunged this country and it's economy in this mess, and it cannot be wished away just like that, at least not by responsible men like the Edo governor. Somebody must be responsible and must be made to pay for it.

Sometimes it worries me how we respond to serious national discourse with lack of understanding. Anyone would have expect a worthy rebuttal worth reading, but here all you add to your vocabulary are series of unprinted names without substance. It's really a shame.

Buhari visits isn't yielding any result... Coz one of his shameful visits where he was purportedly absent at the discourse over the displaced citizens and tactical issues to handle Boko haram ... Is not yielding any good thing.

Asking me to list what GEJ did...is like asking me to tell you GEJ's full name... You're a not politically sound.....

Suddenly, everyone has created a plat form to cast aspersion on the popularity of the President. If these long speeches were meant to slow PMB on his intensity to fight corruption, sorry Mr. Kukah, you have come too late.
Same hysteria that greeted Jonathan who left no legacy but entrenched corruption, is the same excitement that greeted PMB with the hope that his antecedent known to fight corruption will prevail.

No what anyone says, corruption remains endemic that must be do away with to have a nation of our dream. The Chinese Kukah quoted, didn't arrive at this economic greatness without fighting coruption, so while would anyone begin to attack Mr. President just a few months of his election? I smell something sinister, a ploy by those in the regalia of reverence to discredit the President's stance on corruption. Indeed, corruption will definitely fight back.

We have 4 years to judge his governance, until the expiration of this term, any other thing is insignificant.
PoliticsRe: What Is Your Take On President Buhari's Independence Day Speech by advocates:
What a speech! This is the first time I will avail myself to listen to a President's speech on independence day and I wasn't disappointed. Very precise, brief and straight to the point. We now have a nation. With the foundation of good governance the President is laying, subsequent government after him will have no choice but to follow suit. As a nation, it's apparent that we are heading somewhere greater. The signs are there for any unbigoted and detribalized mind to see.

May i humbly used this opportunity to thank all those including myself who defiled the scorching sun and make it possible to elect this gentleman as our President. Surely, we made the right decision. The era of unfilled promises, looting and brazing ineptitude that freely and commonly grace our political scape is over.

Those fighting the present government, are who were direct or indirect beneficiaries of the failed previous government and would want to maintain the status quo, but we must resist them and ensure we make them eat there garbages whenever they spew their garbages. This is the duty we owe the good conscience Nigeria who may be too naive and simple and could be sway easily.

The army of wolves and dragons are out here in their numbers from a particular region to discredit our very own out of shear hate of tribal disparity which count less for good governance, and we must be watchful to counter them blow to blow, jaw to jaw, and leave no room to allow them carry on with this gospel of falsehood.

Nigeria is destined to be great and as a nation, we can proudly say, for the first time after years of backwardness due to poor decisions and imposition born out tribalism and ethnicity, we have made the right choice in electing PMB, a foundation of good governance that will set the stone for the realisation of our destined greatness. Therefore, effort to sabotage this destiny by the few 'jews' must be shattered.

God bless Nigeria.
