MikoB: There is no open stystem like the one in nigeria here, it's either in the banks or a regulated closed offices. You know nothing bro, even in Dubai and most Arab countries. Bureau d change is open. All over CFA countries, it's open and people exchange money on the border for travelers. I doubt where you've been to. One of the first needs of a traveler is money and they Don't need to go to the bank to change money |
Politics › Re: FOREX Crisis: Raid On BDCs Ill-Advised, Wrongly-Directed - Peter Obi by Af0nja: 9:58am On Feb 25, 2024 |
MikoB: No one regulates? I can see you know nothing, I am living in a city of over 400thousand inhabitants, believe me the day I wanted to change euro to dollars, it took me over one week in the bank, so many questions and forms to fill, eventually they were the one that decided the limit of how much I can change. You went to the bank to change currency, and you compare that to the open system of exchange ?? |
Politics › Re: FOREX Crisis: Raid On BDCs Ill-Advised, Wrongly-Directed - Peter Obi by Af0nja: 9:57am On Feb 25, 2024 |
johnjose68: This one just finished consuming obi poo. So bdc lining up the streets of Abuja and Lagos transacting billions of dollars for obi and politicians without kyc is referred to by you as: "change money across borders" From your comment it's obvious you think with the head of your small prick which is obviously bigger than your brain. |
Politics › Re: FOREX Crisis: Raid On BDCs Ill-Advised, Wrongly-Directed - Peter Obi by Af0nja: 8:41am On Feb 25, 2024 |
MikoB: You can answer that by yourself after going through my previous pages. Then you should know that every country has an open exchange system and no one regulates such things. People change money across borders and it's one of the easiest things you can do in any country. Even easier than buying a sim |

MikoB: There is no place in any developed country, that you will find trading of foreign currencies carelessly on the streets like in nigeria, both registered and unregistered, illiterates etc, that do not not even know the basic knowledge of economy are allowed to free-trade the currencies in nigeria. I am in support of clamping down on the street trade and I am suggesting apart from the airports, every other currency trade should be down in the banking hall, every bank should create a space for a registered bdc transaction for a better monitoring. Which country have you been to?? |

Business › Re: How Binance P2P Contributes To The Plummeting Naira Value by Af0nja: 11:39pm On Feb 21, 2024 |
Nbote: Now this is an analysis of someone who genuinely wants to have a conversation. Yes your analysis just broke down how many of these fake ads hike prices on Binance but then attributing it to the freefall of the naira is am overkill. Where do BDC operators get their USD from if not the banks? Where do banks get their USDs from if not CBN. The CBN sells dollars to banks who inturn sell at a profit. The CBN allowed itself to be used as the wallet of the political elites and that's what we are suffering from. The manipulation isn't in Binance, the Manipulation is by the same political elites who have amassed so much monies to influence whatever they like. That is not how binance rate works. Can you people stop acting as if this is the first time naira is plummeting I remember buying coca cola for 25 naira in the early 90s. Was it binance traders that caused it to increase to what it is now? Blame games |
