this is my situation..i've aregistered company since 2005 and i've been away from the country since then
have not done any bussiness with the company.
i plan doing some projects in the country and i would need apply for a tax clearance certificate.
which year do i pay tax to cover for?
what other issues might crop up if i want to get the tax clearance for my registered company

this is a great idea,i have something similar in mind also but the difference is i want it to be a free publication for my audiences
and get money of adverts placed in each publications.its going to be run at a loss initially but when its well known more advert
flows in and profit starts flowing in..any one with supporting idea about this concept? drop some suggetions

however to mention a few
1.go to an islamic bank hint,they don't discriminate and its interest free
their website: www.jaizbankplc.com or add em on fb and chat them up to ask questions
2.join e-thrift of FCMB this automatically qualify you for a loan @single digit interest
3.visit stanbic ibtc to discuss with them
