The Right Man's Dick!

Who knows Dr. Clint(not his real name though)? He must be a very nice man. He's been sending me e-mails. Just that, Dr. seems too particular about the size of my blokos. He actually wants me to enlarge what I've got. He even told me a story. How a woman, on her way home from work, popped in her boyfriend's place, had sex for about an hour, before leaving for her husband's house in Lekki phase 1.On getting home, she told him: "honey am really tired, work was really stressful today." Yeah, Dr. Clint would have me believe the woman cheated on her rich husband because of his small thing and/or by reason of his inability to last up to 30 minutes, like her Ogudu boyfriend. Dr. Clint then Introduced an Enlargement oil, before leaving me with this: "I know you have a good job, but are you satisfying madam in bed?" Lol.

While I would not completely rule out such herbal solutions as Dr. Clint's mixture, I'm yet to fully understand the reason everyone is talking about dick enlargement. Everyone is crazy about adding a little meat. They desire a chock-full, bull and burly cork. The modern girl too, has eyes on a whale of a willy. She seems too wild to be won by anything less than a horse's size schlong, so, the internet is home to many grow- it-big drugs ads. It is 'make your manhood bigger' here, 'increase your joystick size' there. Is it really necessary? Is it all-important? Is a pole size dick needed to keep a woman? Do you need a gigantic manhood to really be a man? Why would a woman cheat on or file divorce because her man has an average prick? Why would a grown man feel less manly because his thing is 5" tall?

Information has it, that an average girl needs an average manhood to be appeased. The female genital has the zenithal band of exciting nerves between the first and third inch inside, and, an average joystick, 5" long, would do the magic. On the side, the female vagina is flexible, and needs not a Jumbo-mundo joystick to be thrilled. Sex itself goes beyond the man's dick, emotions play a significant role. So, why inject drugs to make a joystick fat, without considering, the might-be unfortunate aftermath? Why spend a fortune on drugs that might not have an effect, but leave you with cancer, all in a bid to increase your hunk? Why attempt surgery that might close an eternal door to your sexual performance?

The bigger the prick, the better the sex, is a common buzz among ladies, but, such a guess is true, only in the fancy. In fact, a big manhood was a thing of scorn, disdain and contempt in the prior days of human real world, as revealed in Aristotle's novel, the satyricon. Big manhood used to be a no-no. Anyways, Instead of going about, searching for a big thing, why not dream of the right man's dick? Yes, the right man's dick is just the best for you! Sex is better and more fun with the man your heart really wants. That prince charming you have always dreamt of, who would be handsome, fun to be with, caring and loving, would also have the right hunk. That man, whose personality best suits you, has the best dong too. So, wait for him, grab him, marry him, and he will deliver. If he doesn't, let him exercise his body, work on flexibility and reduce sugar intake.

Who Is This Old Man? ABUAD Multi-System Hospital In Review

In Ekiti, there's a place. In that place, there's a school and in that School, there's a Multi-System Hospital. ABUADH is only a hi-tech, Ultramodern Hospital, first of its kind in the Sub-saharan Africa. It is a World of medical facilities. A layman, I am, in the field of medicine, but an automated device that would make blood, drugs, and other necessaries reach you with a simple press of a button wows me.This up-to-the-minute machine connects the Pharmacy, Laboratories, Modular theatres, and other operating theatres, Radio Frequency Cage and wards. Do you know what that means? No one drills patients around. No one tells you to go get a pint of blood from Venus, or submit samples in Mercury. All that would be taken care of, by simply handling a knob. How can I describe the Hospital services without a slight digress to Hippocrate's slangs? From Fluoroscopy, to Endoscopy, then, Colonoscopy, Gastroscopy, Brochoscopy, Arthroscopy, Bone Densitometer, Pet-Scan, Nuclear Medicine, Echodardiagraphy, ECG, Threadmill Test and all that.
Going by the school's confession, the hospital services include cancer treatment, transplant surgery, joint replacement and dental surgery. The very reasons behind Nigerians' compulsory medical visits to India. The last time I checked, Nigeria loses about 50b naira to medical tourism every year, and, here is a Multi-System Hospital, a product of that same amount.

Who is this Old Man? A man who founded a University at 80. Who is this Lawyer, that watched a University grow to the fastest developing, and, now, the best, in Africa? Afe Babalola is not much of an African. A black man hardly invests that much above 70, he would rather produce a document of wealth neatly shared among his kids. Afe must be selfless too. Instead of buying for himself Luxury, in form of private Jets and Expensive fleet, he has sustainably invested in humans. If his hospital alone would employ 2,000 people, how many workers would be there in his University as a whole? In a Country where Lawmakers spend 1.3b naira on Minimmie and peanuts, we need ,but, Just five Afe to make Ekiti a place of diverse employment opportunities. Now, Nigeria can boast of a first class hospital! Oh death! Spare Afe Babalola. Spare this young, Old Man, like you do to the Ocean quahog that lives up to 500 years. Let him live long like the bowhead whale, that lives up to 200 years. Preserve, in good health, this man of many Doctorates, like the Jelly fish that gets younger and younger. Like Tiresias, seer of Thebes. Like Epimenides of Crete. For, Perhaps, there are many more goodies he has in plan. May Babalola be as rich as the king of Timbuktu, who drank from a golden cup, ate in a golden plate and slept in a golden bed.

FamilyThe Girl Child And Sex! Mistakes African Mothers Make By Ayeni Faith Damilola by Africlegend(op): 2:46pm On Mar 29, 2018
The Girl Child And Sex! When African Mothers Make Mistakes.

African Mothers are out-and-out disciplinarians. They can flog sense into a Child's brain in a flash. An average African Child knows the whereabouts of a particular rod, specially contrived to romance his/her body at the slightest dare. Beautiful enough, a black skinned child becomes a practical psychoanalyst at a very tender age. He/she makes no mistake in decoding mother's eyes movement. When an African Mother coughs, she's likely passing a message her children understand. A girl reading my blurb would remember how her mum would scratch the ground, with her foot, in a gathering, just to let her know she wasn't sitting the right way, as she was expected to sit in a way that would not alter the dark of her privates. I would necessarily google my mother's eyes to seek approval before passing the hat on anything offered by a stranger. If not, the delicacy of the candy or sweetmeat would not be a match to my Mum's hot slaps. Oh! African Mothers condone no-nonsense, only those children, who practiced peanut stealing can explain. After being beaten like he/she is disgusting, a child caught stealing would be made to go hungry for hours. In my continent, parents teach their children, how to talk in public, how to dress modestly, how not to be gluttonous, how to relate with elders, how to eat without beating the plate, how to greet, how to cook, how to wake up early, how to read for exams, how to be orderly and well behaved, how to run errands, how to pray and so many 'how to(s)', but won't cram them with: how to fall in love without breaking bones, how to deal with sexual urge, how sex feels, how to relate with the opposite sex, and, how to go about birth control and/or safe sex. So, since the failure to plan is a good plan to fail, who teaches African ladies the rudiments of sex and the different styles they explore in bed? Their mothers! How? The next paragrah!

When a sex nine-to-fiver(Olosho) is your guest for business, if you can convince her, she would prepare a very delicious meal that you would not want to exhaust in a giffee. She learnt it from her Mum. Little wonder, a runs girl would still sit with her laps closed. She learnt that, too, from her Mum. Don't be surprised, if a prostitute woke you up in the morning with, "let us pray." Not her fault. Even that, she had learnt from her parents and it's already part of her. Some Ladies were in Ekiti for the most recently conducted Jamb exams, my friends hooked them up and the rest is history. One of them complained of how one of the Ladies almost killed him. He almost died feeding the kitty. The question is: From where did those young ladies learn those bed smarts? Seriously, their mothers caused it in the least!

An average African Mother recites to her daughter(s), "run away from boys". She tells her children how guys could be dangerous, how the only good a boy can offer is: impregnate ladies and dump them. How a handshake with a boy could mean a nine month off. She only teaches her daughters how sex is a Sin. Some even cage their females, while some would threaten fire if they ever saw their daughters with boys. Many grown up African Women would even gossip their neighbours' daughters found gamboling with males, they call such girls names and treat them with disdain and contempt. Unfortunately, the realities of life is not favourable to such disciplines. It happens that a girl programmed to stay away from boys shares space with same in the classroom and is compelled to relate. In the make ready of such ordinary ties-up, a girl finds boys more accommodating and fun to be with. She discovers how her newly found boyfriend is nothing close to the danger zone her mum has made of his likes. She begins to see the lies and/or exaggerations in her mum's rhetorics and takes other steps forward. Haven discovered faults in her mum's voice, the innocent then runs to friends, either male or female, to ask questions meant for a mother. She falls in love with one charming guy in class, but, Not trusting her mum's judgement(her mum must not even hear of her falling in love) she asks her new-found lover questions meant for her Mum. "How does it feel like to have sex?" "Is sex really bad?" She feels some heat between her legs and discovers she's wet. Not trusting what her mum's ruling would be, she would still have to confide in her new-found guy. Believing what the guy has to say, "I'll stay by you forever," "I'll die for you," "I'll make you my wife," and so many other emotional ABCs, the only thing stopping her from allowing the man acces to her pant is, "but my mum said sex was a sin, and that it was bad." Trust the hot demon, he has the answer already," "if sex is that bad and should be avoided, how did they come by you ? Seriously, I love you... and won't do anything to hurt you. If you love me too, allow me this once." What more do an ignorant doll face need to give in? She eats the fruit and knows what it tastes like. She now wants to enjoy it better, and, willing to blow her boy's mind in bed, she researches styles, practices them, gets thumbs up, and becomes addicted.

On the other hand, girls who are fortunate to have less-unsparing mothers, who school them on love, sex, birth control etc, grow up to be stronger, more confident and informed. When they say 'no' they mean it. Some of them make virgins of themselves. What would a guy tell them about sex that their Mums have not told them? They are independent and worship their hymen. They dream of the right Man and have their standard set. Don't mind them. They already know that men are friendly, fun to be with, and caring. Mum had already told them how beautiful it is to fall in love. That men are not dangerous but could do anything to get under one's pant, makes sense to them. When they are getting overwhelmed with sweet talks, romantic, erotic and lovey-dovey voices, they run home to ask questions, and, trust their Mums, they would be schooled most affectionately. Even, when they make mistakes, they cry and tell mum everything and she knows what to do. So, it's easier for them to get back on their feet and move on.

Anyways, when I become a parent, I will tell my daughter(s), how falling in love is pretty. How it is possible to be in a relationship without giving in to sex. How beautiful Hanky panky is, when delayed till the wedding night. How sex is meant only for the married. How risky it is to make love before working down the aisle. How she should feel free to introduce to me, her boyfriend and how I'm always available to answer her questions on Love, sex and relationship.

Abducted Dapchi Girls : Do Not Weep For Leah Sheribu*

I was before a Mirror this Morning, checking myself out before my Dad's small radio broke the fishy-flashy too much. "One of the abducted Dapchi girls was not released for refusing to convert to Islam." I quickly ran to the dinning room to inform my parents of the news. What kind of Faith is this? A small girl of that age prefers another minute in the Jungle for the sake of a Nazaren who refused to prevent her abduction in the first place? Does she not have a boyfriend she's missed so much? Couldn't she have spoken from her lips? She could have accepted to wear the hijab and do away with it on getting home. Why didn't she accept Islam in their presence and denounce it on seeing her parents, then ask her Jesus for pardon? Afterall, the Crucified son of Mary, she believes in, forgives easily. So, I was told. Is she too young to know she might not return? She might be killed just like her fore-fathers in the faith and heaven will not fall. She could be crucified like Peter or burnt alive like Polycarp. She could be severely scourged like Agrippina. What a Poor little girl!

I was about to pray the 3pm divine Mercy prayer for Leah, when I remembered the 70 A.D fate of Jerusalem. The architects of the greatest evil, the execution of the Son of God, thought they were wise and powerful. Little did they know that nemesis would catch them up. Jesus Christ warned. He warned them of the doom they were preparing for themselves. He told them there would be an aftermath. Only the discerning knew what he meant, when the Lord told the daughters of Jerusalem, "Do not weep for me, but for yourselves and your Children." Jerusalem later regretted. Her Mothers Cried. Her daughters lamented. Her Sons caused the days of their birth. They told the mountain "please fall on us" and the hills "please cover us. Yes, do not Cry for Leah Sheribu, but for the perpetrators of this evil. Weep for everyone involved in her abduction and detainment. Weep! Weep!! For Buhari if he knows anything about this. Weep! Weep!! For Jonathan if he is part of this in any way.Weep for the Dapchi villagers who encouraged Terrorists with their chants of "Holy Warriors." Weep for CAN if she would not act fast. Weep for the right thinking Muslims, if they wouldn't do nothing. Weep for everyone who has consciously brought Nigeria to this pitiful state. They might ask, "Why weep for us?" Tell them, Pontius Pilate committed Suicide.

Dear heroic Leah Sheribu, now that you are a confessor. How I wish to kiss dusts off your slippers.

*The Right Time To Steal!*

Do not steal, when you are damn too hungry, do not steal food.
Do not steal, when gasping, do not steal water.
Do not steal, when you are feverish and have got no drugs, no one steals health.
Do not steal, when you are very poor, do not steal Money.
Do not steal, when you're completely naked, do not steal clothes.
Do not steal to look gorgeous, do not steal Jewelries.
Do not steal to gambol in luxury, do not steal a car.
Do not steal, to be on social media, do not steal Phones.
Do not steal to make good grades, do not steal books.
Do not steal a Bible too, no one steals Salvation.
But, steal! steal!! Steal the heart of a good girl.
Steal the heart of a decent prettie.
Steal the heart of a different lady.
You may not meet more than one in your lifetime.

EducationEducation In Finland (photo) by Africlegend(op):
Life in Finland: Education

It saddens my heart, to see infants in School Uniform, sweating. In this divide of the sphere, everything is messed up, even education. Babies not only spend over eight hours of the day in the classroom, they spend the few remaining hours on homework. How would I tell a Nigerian parent, her 2yrs old is too young to go to school? Who would listen, if I told a Mother her child needs more play than books at that age? Which Nigerian understands, that even at age five, a child needs more play (creative), more talks, less maths, less English, less reading, and less writing? Why do we send our kids to school so early? Why bore them with calculus?

There is life in Europe, more beautiful and productive. There's a place, far away, where children really enjoy their early years. Finland is the happiest Country in the world. In this small country, quality of life comes first. Students do not start school before age seven. School days are also shorter. Most elementary students only attend school for four to five hours per day. High school students, similar to college students, only attend the classes that are required of them. So while one student might have an 8:00 a.m. Swedish class, another might not start school until 10:00 a.m.

At Franzenia, as in all Finnish daycare centres, the emphasis is not on maths, reading or writing (children receive no formal instruction in these until they are seven and in primary school) but creative play. There's nothing like formal examinations (until the age of 18) and streaming by ability. Competition, choice, privatisation, debates, quiz and league tables do not exist. Periodic test is an alien concept. Finns believe in quality-not-quantity approach, which means school hours are shorter and homework duties are light. After-school tutoring is rare. While children in England, Wales and Nigeria are still toiling away in school into the middle of July, the Finns have already been on holiday for six weeks, in a summer break that lasts 10 to 11 weeks.

Every 45 minutes, students have the legal right to 15 minutes of free time. Despite all these bliss, Finnish Students are one of the most brilliant in the world. Not even UK students can stand them. When it comes to the international Pisa tests, Finland is in sixth place and the UK is 23rd in reading; and Finland is 12th and the UK is 26th in maths. Who knows where Nigeria would fall? There's a secret behind Finland's success. There is something so different about their system. As one Finnish principal explained: “When a student struggles, the question is not what’s wrong with the student or what’s wrong with the teacher. The question is, what’s wrong with the system"

The Finnish system recognizes that happy teachers are good teachers, and overworked teachers will not be at the top of their game. Teachers prep from home and only teach to students about 20 hours per week. In Finland, Teaching profession commands a great deal of respect, with applicants needing a master’s degree to teach. The Finnish government trusts their municipalities, the municipalities trust school administrators, administrators trust teachers, teachers trust students, and in return, parents and families trust teachers.

Teachers are trusted professionals. Part of the reason why teachers are so trusted in Finland is that becoming a teacher is an extremely rigorous and prestigious process. Only the best of the best are accepted into Education school. In addition to having high test scores, candidates must pass an interview investigating their integrity, passion, and pedagogy. Universities are committed to finding candidates that are the right fit for the teaching profession. Their programs are researched based, and teachers finish with master’s degrees, including a published thesis. Teachers are well paid, well-trained (they must complete a five-year specialist degree), respected by parents and valued and trusted by politicians.

There's another secret of Finnish System as revealed. The focus in education is on learning rather than testing. There are no national tests for pupils in basic education in Finland. Schools believe more test preparation means less time for free thinking and inquiry. Accountability is measured at the classroom level by the experts—teachers. There are no tuition fees at any level of education for Finnish students, with necessities such as books, transport and meals provided for free. And as there are no uniforms, Finnish parents are not forced to shell out on costly branded clothing for their children, an annual expense for their British and Nigerian counterparts. During their educational journey, all pupils receive free resources and materials, transport and support services. One of the most precious secret of the Finnish system is its emphasis on less work, more play. Finns believe that students’ capacity for engagement and learning is most successful when they have a chance to unwind and refocus. In turn, students work productively during class time, with the understanding that their needs to play, talk, or even read quietly will be met shortly. No one keeps students in class forever. No one engages them in mundane afternoon lessons. No one bores them with humdrum holiday coaching.

An additional secret of Finnish System is its no child is left behind approach, which means that all classes contain a mixture of ability level pupils, with most classes containing two or more teachers who focus on those needing additional support. By having professionals working in conjunction, the needs of the pupils can be better met within a happy and familiar environment. Many teachers also stay with a single class for many years, moving with them through the school. This is Contrary to what obtains here in Nigeria, where a not-too-brilliant student is sidelined and psychologically abused by Teachers and Parents alike.

In this Country, I insist, we need more matured parents, less - sleeping Senators and reps. Less-obsolete lawmakers. We need more up-to-the-minute Governors, more living commissioners and a new fashioned President to save us the pains of our behind-the-times, croaky-cracky Systems.

RomanceWhat Kind Of Ladies Do Guys Actually Want? by Africlegend(op): 11:03pm On Feb 14, 2018
What kind of Ladies do Guys actually Want?

Ask my friend, he would tell you the beauty of finding the right girl.He knows the boon of having a comely lady. Harry would tell you, the right girl is the pretty one, who has high intelligence quotient. The one, who has high emotional slice too. My Homie's dream lady is the soft, humble, gentle, caring and decent young woman. He likes her darling and leany. He likes her shy and neat.

Taking a look at online forums too, guys hurl insults at slay queens, like they dislike them. They call them names. They kick when big boobs are on display. They come out with reproach and scolding, when ladies show up nude. About such girls, someone said, "Most girls naturally no just get sense.Thinking it's all about the booty, mumu. What is the job of the butty, na poo full their o.. what is attracted to poo, flies!! make up, and booty, can only catch a man's attention for a short while, no matter how fine or big! It only takes a woman with intelligence to keep a man, and mold that man into greatness..."

"A woman with a beautiful face is only good for a night, but a woman with a beautiful heart is good for a lifetime," some boys would easily lecture. Even, celebrities are quick to reveal how big boobs, catchy boots and sexy figures are just not important. AY, the comedian, recently said to ladies, "wear all the makeup today, you won't find any man, if you are brainless."

This is the confusion. Despite the negative comments from males, Slay queens get rich easily and flaunt their luxuries.Who pays them? guys, right? Most surprising is that they get married in a flash.Who marries them? guys, right? Rich ones for that matter.Whearas, the much dreamt-of good girls are out there, tight, single and waiting. Even, Harry my friend becomes dumb and deaf when he, by chance, sights a big thing. What is the secret? Where lies my ignorance? Do slay queens go extra mile? Are big boobs bags of charm? Do good girls intimidate men with their brilliance? Are men confused, or what actually, do they want?

FamilyThe Sad Story Of A Young School Girl. African Parents Need Learn! by Africlegend(op): 10:46pm On Feb 14, 2018
The Sad Story of a Young School girl. African Parents need Learn!

The story of a Nigerian school girl made me almost shed tears. On a cute monday morning, you would behold African children, sobbing and wailing. You would spot a barely 2yrs old, making do with tears. You would see a soft and crimeless under-age, weeping heavily while holding water bottle and food flask in a small basket. On a good-looking morning, you would see an African mother, holding a cane, flogging and forcing her child into a monstrous school bus. These young ones would rather spend time with their parents. They would rather stay close to their mothers, all day. They would, by choice, cling to their fathers' necks and play with their moustache. They don't want to go to school! They are afraid of some cruel and unnatural teachers, who would always nag. They are afraid of friends, who would make jest of their tummies and big heads. So, they cry and ask questions. Mummy, why? Why can't I stay with you? Why must I go to that school? Some days ago, I fed my very eyes on the black and white story of a young, innocent, school girl. She was dragged to school by her Mum.The pretty baby cried and cried, but, her mum refused to listen. The girl screamed: "My leg!" But, her Mum kept dragging her. She took the little beauty to her class and narrated to the teacher, how her daughter didn't want to go to school, making a lame excuse of some pains in the leg. The mother left, but her daughter did not stop crying. She cried and cried again. After hours of persistent tears from the little girl, who had been persuaded by her colleagues to no avail, the teacher decided to investigate what the cause was. She moved closer to the teary pupil and asked: "What is wrong with you?" The small girl would not talk but point to one of her legs. The teacher then removed the girls' shoe to dispossess it of some small stones kinda, that could be causing such a crie. It was a black scorpion that fell off. It had deposited enough stings and venom on the young child's leg, to make it stiff. Not only was the leg unnatural anylonger, but, the colour had started turning green from the effect of uninterrupted stinging. Then, my question. Why couldn't the mother spare a single minute to investigate her daughter's shoes, when she first cried: "My leg"? Most likely, she didn't want to waste a minute. She didn't want her daughter to get to SCHOOL late.

African mothers are not inhumane, you know? They are not heartless. In all conscience, they are not callous. They only think, that the lone way to success is school. They only want their children to make a fortune on the dot, so, they don't mind taking them to school, too early. They don't mind letting them go through psychical torture, when they are, yet, very vulnerable. They don't want to know how badly a teacher hurts their children, as long as he teaches them good mathematics. They don't mind if a school would kill their children in the heart, as long as it promises academic excellence. African parents hate it, when a child comes home with average grades. They want him to have all distinctions without considering his strength and intelligence. They would personally aflict and mistreat, with words, canes and/or food, a child who comes home with poor grades, even, when he had put in his best. They would treat him with objection, a child who refuses to top the class. Do you know how teachers abuse children in some schools, just to make them have good grades(that their parents blindly demanded)? Have you not heard of a high school, where in the middle of the term, students would be assembled, and the best three students of each class, would be given prices, while the last ten, would be mercilessly beaten and humiliated? Some even put their children in boarding schools, when they are, yet, very soft and tender. When they need parental warmth more. All these, to make the child get the best of school.

Thomas edison was an American child in the 18s.Like other children of his time, he was enrolled in a school, where he spent just 12weeks before his teacher grew fed up. He noted, that little Tom's forehead was unusually broad, and, that he had a bigger head than normal. He summed up, that the child's brains were either mixed up, unglued or scrambled, the reason he would ask too much questions. When Tom's mother heard of the teacher's dislike for her son, she withdrew him from school and decided to keep his son to herself. That was the end of formal education for Tom. His mother taught him at home, believing that her little son's unusual behaviour, and slightly odd physical appearance were merely outward signs of his remarkable intelligence. Could you believe, that Tom grew up to be famous Thomas Alva Edison, the greatest inventor of his time, with 1,093 American patents? The whole world owe to Tom, the light bulb, among his many works. This is the tittle, School is appropriate, but it's not worth sacrificing your child for. Her judgement shouldn't settle your picture of that little child. Poor grades doesn't suggest, that your son's future is bleary. That a child is not academically alive and kicking, shouldn't make you conclude he/she is substandard. School is fine, but, you shouldn't exchange the parental warmth and closeness your daughter deserves for the best of it. School is hygienic, but, it's not worth letting go of your Son's whole length happiness and emotional health for. Why must you look away when a teacher maltreats your child? Is class work a genuine proof that your daughter's morrow is bright? Stop treating, with contempt, that kid, who would not perform too well in class, not everyone would be a Doctor, not all would be lawyers. Stop making life a bit much for that child, who could not leave school with accolades. Do not humiliate your child because he/she is not as brilliant as others, you never can tell, what the future holds. Can't African Mothers, treat, with love and compassion, that not bookish child, who might just be another Thomas Edison in the making? When the School concludes he's low-grade, tell him he's tall and uncommon.Tell him he's a whiz kid. Must you expose your Tom to school, when he's just a year old? Let him enjoy your warmth and love a little. Why not take your time to fit him out for the tribulations ahead? Why not fortify him pretty much for the trials of learning? Believe in your child, when others underestimate him. Welcome him with love, when teachers and friends chase him out with ridicule. Do not call him, good for nothing, when his report sheet is bloody. Do not sacrifice his happiness on the altar of mathematics. Encourage him, when the school concludes he's just a dullard. Let him lean on you, and, you would help him prove the school wrong.

Would We ever see Nnamdi Kanu again?

In the latest Nigeria, where young and old need be choosy of what to say, I'm afraid, I can't but ask the omnivorous Lion of Biafra where he is.Kanu, where are you? Are you buried, erased or expired like some people are mongering? Are you somewhere in your Aba Father's house unseen? Are you in Israel or in the United Kingdom, of which you are a citizen? Where on earth are you? I wish you are not already crossing river Jordan to the world beyond.I wish you are not already dining with spirits.I wish you are not dead, if otherwise, another heroe has fallen and Nigeria is already saying adieu to sportsmanship and activism.Has the python defeated the Lion? If the king of the Jungle is still alive, other animals expect at least a light roar!

In my numero uno ABCs to you, before the python started dancing,I opened up on how Nigeria was better as one.I told you how we could reform the country from within. How you were a man whose good looks and confidence I venerated, how you should save Igbos the stress of losing and/or forfeiting their investments to Nigeria and how you should please save me the pains of losing my Igbo friends, neigbours and celebrities to some Biafra. You were either too conditioned to heaps of and several intimates, buddies, fans and converts, who would spend a lifetime singing your mentions and congnomen.I can remember telling you how Biafra(if achieved eventually) would still be governed by wicked Igbo leaders, who like their Yoruba and Hausa colleagues brought Nigeria to her knees. You shouldn't have forgotten that there was hardly any black nation that could be ranked developed. I would rather say, that Africans have the kind of leaders they deserve(more to say about this). If there's any solution to our problems, it is: using our power of votes to unseat a generation that has failed, and, then actively look inwards for youths; who know what governance is about. Africans, and Nigerians especially, hardly take with a straight face pre-election debates. We would rather vote based on well advertised propaganda and unrealistic convictions. We hardly would punch contestants to know what they are capable of doing. We would not consider the intellectual capacities and ingenuity of aspirants, but, vote based on they-said personalities and popularity of political parties. I saw the pre-election debate between American Trump and Clinton and could not but put on ice, how long a way Nigeria had to go.

Mazi, please where are you? Those who lost their sons to protests for your release might now have hysteria. Those who lost their pretty wives to Biafra-Inspired freedom calls are on the lookout. Those who were maimed and crippled in the process of Biafra agitation want to see you. The Children who lost their parents to stray bullets during campaigns for Biafra want to hear how there's still hope. There was an election in Anambra, Kanu please talk! Are you really a terrorist? Have you committed treason? We who are not in support of secession, but admire your selflessness and audacity wants to know if the Lion is already defeated.Oh! it seems the python has taken over. But, what will the future of activism look like in Nigeria? Is the freedom of speech assurance abated? Can we still say things as they are and go scot free? Since the python dances in my country, can we still gambol without awe, scare, phobia and/or suspicion? Hmmm, Life goes on in the east, Igbos are still eating chicken and senegalese rice, cars are still moving and the clock tickles on.In Igboland, people are still getting married in flamboyance and birthdays are still being celebrated with Osadebe's Osondi owendi, even, when Mazi is in not-many-knows-where. Where is the Lion? Where is the prince? Nnamdi Kanu, would we see you again?

PoliticsCoalition For Nigeria: I'm Afraid Of OBJ by Africlegend(op): 4:45pm On Feb 14, 2018
Coalition for Nigeria: I'm Afraid of OBJ

Chief Olusegun Obasanjo's letter is in the nick of time, and, the makeup of a new movement, third force, is rescuing. He, indeed, is an artsy-crafty Yoruba man. Baba, has done two things for Nigeria at a time. He has actually cheapened president Buhari to the creatural eminence, expected of an up-to-the-minute head of state, who can be dared and nit-picked without palpitation. Obasanjo has given hope to ordinary Nigerians who had found it difficult to determine the right tree to pitch their tents on. You would bring to mind, that Nigerians chased out the 16yrs old PDP caucus from Aso-rock, then ushered in the agenda of change. But, as a result of APC's impotence, it was becoming a taper-tapered decision to choose between two devils as the 2019 general election approached. Some even lost hope completely in Nigeria, while others nursed the decision of not nearing the ballots. Not because there were no parties aside the APC and the PDP, but it was difficult to believe such parties could pose a threat to the two frontline ones(trust our behind the times politics). As a matter of fact, many new parties emerged, with convincing mantra, but the populace bluntly refused to look their ways, or see them as a sort of messianic organisations. Not before Obasanjo's letter did the 2019 presidential struggle look interesting. OBJ's statement brought confidence, then, his Coalition for Nigeria strengthened democracy.

At first, I felt good. Reading Obasanjo's statement almost made me shed tears of joy. He spoke in plain terms. He dressed down APC, and PDP, he chewed out. The former president, suggested an all inclusive movement, that would bring to the helms of transactions, smart brains-Youths- like the case is in France and Austria. I thought OBJ was genuinely interested in Nigeria. I thought the good-looking resolve, was a result of his near-the-grave age and his new knowing, as a repentant Doctor of theology. I believed, that he wanted to leave behind a better Nigeria, even, at the price of his blood, haven regretted his own mistakes. I thought he was sorry for the sins of the elders. But, I'm afraid, Coalition for Nigeria seems a mere political gamesmanship(I pray to be proved wrong), a ploy-plot, a maneuver. OBJ seems more interested in showing the world his ingenuity, when it comes to political manipulations. He seems more interested in establishing his role as maker and removal of kings, than creating a new Nigeria. Can somebody tell me, Obasanjo's drive is not: to remove Buhari and install a new king? If it is that alone, we are definitely in a greater trouble.

We are in trouble, not just because the Party (kinda) will skyjack government and leave Nigeria in a more messy state. But, because, all hope will be lost in Nigeria afterwards. We are in trouble because Coalition for Nigeria will do two things. It will silent many other Movements, Organisations, Parties and individuals genuinely seeking the come-to-play of a better Nigeria. Then, after failing us like the PDP and APC, leave Nigerians behind, who would hate politics and everything that has to do with it. It will leave behind a country, where a few would hold on to power forever, as another four years of hunger, killings and impunity will dampen the burning hearts of comrades. It will leave behind a populace that minds her own business and ignores politics in its entirety. The good people, who are coming out of their rooms already, to participate in a revolutionary politics, would run back home. That will likely be the end of Nigeria! The things my ears were recently fed on, concerning the third force were really disheartening. A good night starts with a bright morning afrerall. A movement that allows an unchecked influx of Big names from the two frontline parties is not to be trusted! How can thesame people who imposed our present woes on us be allowed into a movement designed to save us? I thought the third force would be a uniting body for problem solvers. I expected Coalition for Nigeria to be a ground for technocrats from across the country. I thought the movement would provide a softlanding for genuine lovers of Nigeria. In fact, the movement should be dominated by individuals with reliable credentials of financial and technological heights.

"Of course, nothing should stop such a Movement from satisfying conditions for fielding candidates for elections" Baba said. "You can count me with such a Movement " he affirmed, then this: "if at any stage the Movement wishes to metamorphose into candidate -sponsoring Movement for elections, I will bow out of the Movement because I will continue to maintain my non-partisan position". How do these words add up? For an organisation to satisfy conditions for fielding candidates for elections, mustn't it be a party in the first place? I just hope OBJ is not playing us. If Baba's intention is to sell Nigerians out the umpteenth time, he should please have a rethink. He should be tired of playing tricks on us by now. He should stop double dealing Nigerians. Enough of bilk and con. He should be tired of selling us out to sustain his relevance. What are ex-governors and senators doing in the third force? Obasanjo should pity Nigerians this once. We have suffered enough under the second force he co-ploted. Nigerians need be very careful not to make a ridiculous mistake this time. It'll be too costly for us to be fooled again. It is in fact better for Buhari to retain his position or Jonathan re-elected while genuine movements gather strength to strike in the nearest future, than for us to dash our hope on rocks again.I wish Coalition for Nigeria saves our soul, but, this doesn't seem the route.

*PROF ITSE SAGAY - A DILEMMA OF CONFUSION AND BEWITCHMENT*
By: Olanrewaju Ojuoluwa

*EPILOGUE:*
_Itse Sagay, Chairman of the of the Presidential Advisory Committee against Corruption (PACAC), has said Nigerians may regret having a youth as president because they would be embarking on a dangerous journey if elected._

*His Unreasonable Reason?:*
According to Sagay, those thinking that youths would perform better in positions of authority in Nigeria are being ~shallow-minded~. He said, *_“It is very shallow thinking because, as I see it, it is the youths of Nigeria today who believe in overnight wealth, who want billions overnight, who don’t want to work for their living and gradually build up their assets and business. That psychology of overnight wealth is almost exclusively a youth attribute."_*

https://steemit.com/nigeria/@sharpminds/prof-itse-sagay-a-dilemma-of-confusion-and-bewitchment-olanrewaju-ojuoluwa

*MY REACTION:*
It is interesting to note that the ongoing sociopolitical revolution led by Nigerian Youths has so much given the established politicians incurable headaches to the point that a supposed revered professor would cheaply shoot himself (and others who share the school of thought that we Youths are mere misfits) at the foot simply because he felt like opening his mouth to make a statement. No apologies!

*What A Tragedy!*
So dumb an utterance he made that he practically highlighted his generation's failures as parents, leaders and role models who do not deserve to lead the human folks save the zoo. Professors that I know are always careful with their words because they are considered weighty. Sagay's claim that the agitation for fresh and new breed of leadership being championed by Nigerian Youths is 'irrational' and shallow-thinking leaves his professorship questionable. For the record, let his friends and associates advise him to start using his brain rather than thinking through the anus!

*MY RESPONSE:*
In answering him proper however, I will start with an adage in Yoruba that says "it is shamelessness that makes a bed-wetter to probe the laundry, asking why soap is expensive." The question is why he urinated in bed in the first place. He has no moral right whatsoever to complain, should soap cost a fortune!

Same applies here, Sagay has no moral pedigree to: (1) judge Nigerian Youths (2) discredit our generation by behaviours of lesser than 5% of our population (3) blame the said few for taking after him and his cohorts (4) ridicule the patriots' quest and struggle for a better Nigeria (5) ridicule Nigerian youths who are die-hard hustlers, who against all odds and what is obtainable (the mess Nigeria's leadership has caused them) still strive to make it in life (6) Blame the youths for being visionary. The list can go on and on. I would have said he needs to tender a sincere apology for his words, but, no worries about that, he will be sorry when I'm done with him!

He got it all wrong when he said, "...youths don't want to work for their living and gradually build up their assets and business." It's a pointer that they all have failed and are too far to see our plights hence the need to have a paradigm shift to the youths. That we've always look up to the recycled losers in governance to help fix our problems for us has never worked. That is understandable as they tend not to know what our problems are or are too selfish to admit them. Then, why can't the youths take charge and fix our problems ourselves. That, is the summary of the sociopolitical revolution for those having a misconception.

In case they do not know it yet, venturing into politics at this point in time is taking steps backward for some of us. Should they have managed the country well, we wouldn't have bothered ourselves by virtue of the potentials embedded in us. In fact, we would have been too busy impacting the world. But, in a situation where we strive and strive, hope against hope and, dream against dream yet to no avail, because the environment is unfriendly due to their shortcomings, we have no other options than resolve to first fix the fundamental problem of leadership.

I have always emphasized that youths are victims of circumstances. We have our legs chopped off, yet, blamed for being cripple. It is quite interesting that in this part of the world, the youths have given to the society virtually all that the society demand of us. We were asked to get educated, we did and as a matter of fact, many of us have upgraded to Masters and PhD yet, there's nothing to show for it.

The society also asked us to acquire vocational skills, telling us certificate alone is not enough. Even though we felt like asking why the hell we went through the traumatic experiences just to acquire such 'useless' certificates, we still got vocational skills, though, with lingering unanswered questions. But, rather than support us, and finance our enterprising ideas, we are left stranded, strapped and frustrated.

And, who gets the blame? The youths of course! Whereas, the society has given us nothing in return, not even hope! We're tagged failures, misfits, thugs, touts, jobless, lazy and miscreants even when they (the leaders) are found wanting in doing their own parts.

Dear professor, what were you thinking when you opened your mouth and tagged us as misfits? Let me help you rephrase your statement: *_"it is very shallow-thinking because, as I see it, just like we their progenitors, some Nigerian youths believe in overnight wealth, who don't want to work for their living and gradually build up assets and business. That psychology of overnight wealth is almost exclusively a Youth attribute (kudos to their upbringing by us)"_*

Apologies to the great men and women of Sagay's generation who have distinguished themselves to be good role models in various walks of life. However, if their generation will keep seeing our shortcomings, and, keep using the misconducts of a microscopic few to judge us at will, then I have this to say, that: every Yahoo-Boy you see among the youths has an old 419er among you to match him. So, do not be quick to lay emphasis on us when the subject is brought forward, as it is also a pointer that you have failed woefully as parents. And, so also does it applies to any prostitute/asawo from among us who is matched by a Baba Alaye; a Sugar Daughter matched by a Sugar Daddy; Sugar Son matched by a Sugar Mummy and so on... REJOICE NOT! Everything you complain about concerning us is a pointer that you have failed, WOEFULLY!

I understand that Sagay's intentions were to gain cheap points by that statement but, it has also highlighted that he and his colleagues are feeling the heat already. If nothing else, it has dawned on them that our quest for a better Nigeria is not mere fantasy? No! We were not created here to suffer like this. Yes, we slept for just too long but, now we're awake. They all had better enjoy this last moments of their tenures characterized by poverty and sufferings. Let them live every moment of it with utmost consciousness because what they are experiencing now, is just the beginning of their end. It's over.

However, when we talk about the youths taking over, we are not referring to those spoilt brats you raised. Rather, a generation of passionate young adults who want nothing but the betterment of Nigeria. What we have invested into this project is unquantifiable. Some of us have virtually shutdown our lives for this sole agenda of building the Nigeria of our dream.

I rest my case for now...

*I am Olanrewaju Ojuoluwa, Youth Advocate, Social Reformer and an arrowhead in the ongoing YOUTH sociopolitical Revolution in Nigeria*

OMG! How Will I Manage a Valentine that Falls on Ash Wednesday?

Chocolate and Ashes this year? Sex and Fast this year? This year's val might turn out green. For young girls, who have fixed the very first necking. Everyone should be crazy on Valentine's Day afterall. Even broke niggas are working themselves out, to afford a hotel room, where boobs would fly and innocent looking girls burst out in cries. You wanna buy your babe Chocolate and ice cream, right? Some ladies would even eat Shawarma for the first time. Those, who are used to protected sex would damn the condoms, no risk is too much for love on Valentine. So many first lips click, first hugs, first romance and all that. You just mentioned Valentine Pregnancies and babies? Don't be a naught! So many gifts on Valentine's Day. Roses, candies, frames and cards would hie around. It has been just like that for a long time!

Ash Wednesday, on the other hand, is one of the holiest days for christians. A day faithfuls are expected to fast and mull over the sacrifice of Christ on the Cross. Christians (catholics especially) would wear ashes on their foreheads, a reminder of our nothingness, to demonstrate, that we are all mortals and we shall return to dust some day. On Wednesday of the ash, we are expected to hold off meat. We are to slip those things we do for bliss and buzzz, those things that do the trick. But, now that the two shifts fall on thesame day, what happens? How best will I manage a single day of feasts and mourning? How can we eat chocolate while we think of our own death? Should we go to Church in the morning and end up in the club? How would you wear ash and still satisfy your boo in bed? Would you party all day and ignore the darkness? Would you fast, pray all day and not make merry? All those sex twists we've got the knack of, all those Val parties in town. Should we divide the day in two? Would you do only the kissing and not sex? Would you do only the pre-intimacy and not chew the Willey?

The last time I checked, Valentine was not even meant for all the things we do.All those make her cry anal rampage. All those partying and dancing, drinking and flirting. It was meant for the come to play of genuine love. A tie-in between the Rich and the poor, the mammoth and the small, the powerful and the vulnerable, the governors and the governed. It is a day to celebrate the love between parents and children, Husbands and wives, the sick and the healthy. Anyways, I've got plans for the day. I'll visit the Church very early to wear ashes, I'll download a Bible app on my phone and read some verses. I'll play the guitar too, fast in my own way and pray.

The fact that he brought in expatriates physician to conduct free surgery exercise too plus his reasonable scholarship to post graduate student home and abroad.....and many others things I can't recollect offhand...... He was reported to have even left behind the security votes when he was shown the door.....not common with our politicians
He has a good heart. Better still, he's a good man. He, like Jonathan, is a democrat, and, like Buhari, less corrupt. So, Fayemi Was Right!!!

When Kayode was governor in Ekiti, I was only half grown. I can call up, how as a young school boy, I wanted him at the driver's seat of transactions.Oh! How I loved the polished man. He was promising afterall. His almost foreign assent was attractive. His curtsy was catchy. His exposure and conduct, I also fell to. He was simple in looks and intelligent in stature. You would think he was my Dad, I was completely in cloud nine, when he was announced governor. Did you admire Erelu like I did? Bisi was a natural beauty, wasn't she?

I fondly agree with the popular opinion that Dr. Fayemi fell short of expectations. In fact, some days before his fall, I only saw a monster in clothes. It was painful.Kayode bleeped up. But, despite my reservations on his four years, Fayemi did, at least, something right. I regret criticising his excellency for changing our motto from 'Fountain of Knowledge' to 'Land of Honour.' It was a beautiful step! The fountain had long dried up. Something terrible had happened.

Do you know, that while France ignored her Old kings and elected young Macron, president, Ekiti people were still shouting the names of their forefathers? Would you believe that the coming into sight of Saleh Ali al-Sammad, 38, in Yemen; Emil Dimitriev, 38, Macedonia; Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, 37, Bhutan; Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, 36, Qhatar; Kim Jong Un, 34, Korea and Vanessa D’Ambrosio, 29, San Marino has left Ekiti youths with nothing to grab? They still canvass for one senator who tiled some 4km road. Ekiti people still argue in favour of some former governors. Our people are still desperately licking the boots of some former ministers. Where is our knowledge then?

Ekiti Youths would still not dissociate from the Fayoses, the Fayemis and Segun Onis of our crippled economy. The citizens are still in love with the Elekas, the Adeyeyes, the Ojudus, the Olujimis, the M.O.Bs of our 10th world state. Students would still die for those, whose children have never studied outside Europe. Old politicians, of first world nations, have worked day and night to secure the future of the masses, yet, they were voted out to give room for dazzling brains. But, here, in the fountain of knowledge, It is our pleasure to retain those who have secured the future of up to their fifth generations unborn, at the expense of our decent three square meal.

I was told, how world class Scholars emerged from Ekiti in the past. I was told how Nigerians used to doff cap for our human resources. Isn't it ripe that Ekiti, fountain of knowledge, chats a new trend in Nigerian politics? Isn't it beautiful that Citizens, well read, forsake petty rewards, ignore those who have failed tests of power and provide a soft landing for young and smart brains who have volunteered to help put things in order? I know of God, who has heard the cries of the masses. I know of Tosin Ajibare, 35, who is struggling to help dethrone the demigods that we have ignorantly enthroned. I know of a movement, working tirelessly to set Ekiti youths on fire. I just can't see a willing populace, ready to make the sacrifice of their votes. I can't spot many, who would fight for what Europeans and Americans enjoy. Anyways, Fayemi was right. Ekiti is fast losing her fountain. I just hope she still has up to a bucket of knowledge.

Christianity EtcShould We Criticize Bbnaija? by Africlegend(op): 9:39pm On Feb 05, 2018
Should We Criticize BBNaija?

BBNaija is, in point of fact, a crowd-pleasing reality show in Nigeria. It got people talking in 2017, but, the unfinished third edition, double wahala, seems going extra miles to steal Citizens' time. it is trendy, I actually don't know what to say. The few gossips that have escaped the house so far, are not meant for house fellowships. "I have had sex with many men," Anto. "I had an abortion at 16," Alex. Then, Miracle and Ennanda humped away in everyone's presence, when asked to engage in 10 sex positions, during a truth and dare game. Alex was caught hot dogging her bare breasts. Nina and Miracle were also captured in the night, caressing one another. All these in the first week?

What is BBNaija out to sew up? With What mores will the housemates doll up Nigerian teens? I don't know. If you call this Boobs, Butts, Erections and kisses rolling out show, Entertainment, who am I to argue? I'm only a writer, who had waited days for the right people to come down on the show in its entirety, but the Nigerian airwaves seem in love with the porn. The housemates are trotting it. They let it all hang open, but, save few Nigerians, who have expressed dissatisfaction online, all eyes are glued to the screen, expecting the next act from Miracle. Anyways, BBNaija helps set Nigerians in the mood, but I would suggest, that it is tagged 'an adult reality show' so that all these 15yrs Old University girls would concentrate on their Calculus and Maths 101. What do you think? Should we Criticize BBNaija or just let the drama be? Is the show going really fine with you?
