Savic was a slender and powerless defender in his spell with City. He has looked better lately at Atletico (tougher and more wily), but then again playing with Godin would make most defenders look good.

He is very hotheaded and has a bad rep, if not a bigger team would have come for him much earlier. Attitude matters especially when it comes to English players, Ravel Morrison's story always comes to mind.

If we offload Herrera and get Grealish it won't be a great crime sha. We already have Matic, McTominay and now Fred the Red to do all the dirty work, we need players that can control and move the ball in midfield and attack. I am tired of all the perpetually mediocre players we have in our squad.

Players like Herrera, Fellaini and Darmian will always be mediocre and we have too many of them. We need more players who are comfortable with the ball in our team.

Jack Grealish is talented but has disciplinary issues and anyway i don’t think he has the muzu and work rate that JM wants from his players.

The issue is deeper than that. If everybody is waiting for somebody else to speak out first no one will speak out.
It does not matter who addresses the issue first, what matters is that it is addressed at the right time.
I have many friends who schooled and worked in Russia and i know if this matter is not addressed before the World Cup it will mar the tournament.

More noise has to be made about this so that both FIFA and the Russian authorities ramp up pro-active measures to prevent problems.

You no well, lol. I was against buying Pogba from the onset cos i envisaged something like this would happen i.e lots of structureless strolling upandan and showboating then chipping in with occasional goal/assist THEN thinking you have arrived.

SIX years of top flight football and people are still scratching their heads to name your best position. If Deschamps has any sense and/or courage he should not be in the starting 11 for France. Pogba needs copious doses of reality check to recalibrate his brain.

When we said United should have added some jara to that Pogba money and bought 2 solid central midfielders some wanted to fight us here.
Now they have bought Fred to free Matic who was bought to free Pogba. When he is not Mandela!

2 seasons and nobody is sure what his best position is or even what formation the team should play to unlock him. The fact that he is mentioning goals and assists tells you he is still clueless about his responsibilities as a midfielder.

The only way forward is to buy enough talented players so that the team functions well as a unit with or without him, i.e make him a complementary piece rather than the centrepiece of the team. If he keeps doing stronghead sell him off to Madrid or somebody else in 2 years.

Sane or Julian Brandt? Reus is an OG and when fit your most talented attacking player in my opinion so that is understable.
