raumdeuter: Man Utd lost the league in January and no one gave a fucck either. You are so inconsequential that Fraudiola didnt remember to give you a music track to swallow your L
The only L wey remain na under the box he dey, the track don scratch sef so manage this This wack track from Vic-O
Vic-o classic
Yeh men, money is take niggas, yeh men, money in my pocket What does niggas say, come one nigga, what does niggas say You are playing with me and you feel I am playing with you, If you must know what I am I am a man of VIP, I am not a motherfucker, I am a man of God I just to let you know that life is hard
Leeds United are actually bigger rivals than all these indomie generation premier league era rivals: Arsenal Chelsea Spurs.
The hatred between United and Leeds fans is real. Folks won't appreciate it since their decline.
I remember when they got to the Champions League and UEFA Cup semis in successive years I think under David O'Leary. Rio was bought directly from them too.
Chop knuckle. Respect
Nice one. Do you know that whenever Leeds United loses a match (esp a big one) they show the scores at Old Trafford if we have a match going on. That is just so United fans can celebrate the Yorkshire club’s misery. The rivalry is more than football. Rooted in a clash of styles as well as centuries of rivalry between the 2 regions. Same way Liverpool is more than football.
bettercreature: I personally knows the man he is a wonderful man, a Pastor,he has 5 wonderful children all female He has a very beautiful wife who is a secondary school teacher. He is a man with integrity but i know at the end truth will set him free They have destroyed his over 30years career
Then thunder with big prik has to fire the kpekus of all his daughters. I have friends who were his students and have confirmed he has been doing this for about 20yrs.
Like MRTA7 has said, Pogba's problems go beyond mere change of formation. His attitude and work rate has to improve, he can't keep ambling around like a chairman when KDB, Silva, Messi, Salah, Kante e.t.c are constantly pressing and pushing their opponents especially when required.
A formation change to 4-3-3 would help though as Pogba is not a 10, and this formation change is what i have pushed for for sometime now. All over Europe most of the successful teams are playing 3 midfielders and do not have a 10. The change would work better if the 2 other 2 midfielders had pace, energy and ball passing skills AND that is where i believe for Pogba to thrive we need players a bit different to Matic and Herrera to play with him.
neezar: This is my 5th year in Mado.....If u were me, u won't even think of studying medicine in mado....No equipments at all, it's Just our O&G ward that's trying a little, Paediatrics ward don wash, That's why we no dey hesitate to go on posting
Mehn, if na like that you should better find your way. I spent 6yrs and 7 months total in uni and that was because of the little strikes here and there. It was not as crazy as now, look at UI kicking out their own students like Donald Trump. I can't imagine spending 8-10yrs for a 6yr course because of all these useless naija factors. Nigerian students are some of the most rugged in the world. Those lecturers also do not help, in saner climes if so many students are failing your exams it is you the lecturer that would be called to question.
neezar: I have China in mind sa, Already gotten my international passport, Did it last year September, I went to Abuja for the visa interview but Madonna don't wanna gimme transcript
I am frustrated, I won't lie 2 u Bro, My mom also came 2 the school but they refused, The school over there gave me an option of starting from 200l if I don't come with the transcript slip.
If you are in 400L it might be a better idea to complete your education in Naija before you move. Nigerian university education is still recognized, it is the post-grad training that is difficult to transfer. You have to think long term about where you want to live and practice for the rest of your life not just about getting a degree from China. If i were you i would use that China university money to sit for foreign professional exams like USMLE, PLAB, AMC, MCCEE.
Good. You still have time, my advice is that you start developing a plan A and plan B of how to leave the country now. You shouldn't be distracted from your immediate studies but in the back of your mind you should have at least 2 options of where you want to move to and how you want to get there.
raumdeuter: I dey look am, You bought Barkley for 18M he has been in the hospital since then and you wan sell am for 20M? Are you going to sell the hospital with Barkley
Cahill 15M to retire or what value is he to anyone? laundry man for 15M
Hazard for 35M just to dance? Kaffy wey be professional dancer no dey collect pass 35k,Patapaa wey sing "one corner" sef no go ask for that kain money
Hazard 16.2Million to be paid in 38 installments
Hahahaha. So what you are saying is that dancing "one corner" can't be more valuable than singing "one corner". I can't argue with that, after all most people value Paul more than Peter and Eddy Remedy was more crucial than Tetuila.
elrony: Nihi- L -ist ate his L and is still having it.
E still dey him name.. check well
OMG! Are you saying the pastor misled me? So someone like Nihi-L-ist can be b-L-oated and be-LLe-fu-LL with Ls and still have it? That is deep bro, real deep. Like the sunken p-L-ace in the wi-L-derness.
Nobody has come up with the season Ferguson spent more than other EPL teams in the 90s. From 1992 to 2001 almost a decade can some one list the years Ferguson dominated the transfer market? We have 2 years out of 2 for Pep.
The story has changed from "Ferguson outspent other teams most of those seasons to win all those titles" to "no he already had the best team so he didn't have to outspend everybody.
You can't have it both ways, it is either he outspent everybody to win the titles or he built great teams so he didn't have to outspend everybody.
Choose one side, in the immortal words of Skimpledawg, "YOU CAN'T EAT YOU L AND HAVE IT".
Ibime: There is a difference between having experience of that era and reading about it later.
Your twisted perspective comes from viewing Cantona transfer through the lens of todays desperation where a desperate club might pay £200m for Neymar (which makes £50m for Kyle Walker look relatively cheap) . . . and lead you to compare Cantona transfer to Kyle Walker.
You are even comparing worldwide to equate Cantona to Walker which is nonsense. In 1992 Lentini, Vialli and Papin were sogned for upwards of 10m in Serie A. Intermilan also bought players in that price range. And you are busy comparing 1.8m for Cantona to that. You would have to compute about 30 transfers made in Serie A first before you start to think of British transfers. So no, Cantona was no Kyle Walker. He was more like Mario Lemina. That should give you some perspective first and foremost.
Then if you need better perspective, consider within Britain that Chelsea paid 3m for Robert Fleck, Arsenal paid the same 3m for Martin Keown, Leeds 3m for Rocastle, Man City 3m for Terry Phelan, Villa 3m for Dean Saunders, Blackburn 2m for Stuart Ripley, even 2m for phucking Kevin Gallacher. . . . you will see that you have goofed strongly comparing Cantona transfer to Kyle Walker. That was a peanut sum for that level of player and was a giveaway from Leeds who wanted Cantona off their books due to his attitude.
There is difference between real life experience and Wikipedia extrapolations and assumptions. Don't goof like the erudite trying to do Mathematics ontop football. Those who were around that era know where to place Cantona, it was a middling signing for peanuts and cannot make the top 30 worldwide signings of that year.
All you need to know about Roy Keane transfer fee of £3.75m is that Daniel Amokachi moved for not too dissimilar amount 12 months later. British transfer market has always been a conservative one where transfer prices move up by a couple of grand each year in the early 1990s. Roy Keane fee will not enter top 50 worldwide transfers to that date and was not dissimilar to what other EPL clubs were paying at the time.
Nihilist does not know what he is on about here. About 20 players in serie A cost more than Cantona that season, about 9 players in EPL cost more. Actually Cantona's transfer was the 38th biggest transfer of that season worldwide, the 38th biggest transfer of this season is Andre Gray to Watford. LOL
In 2016/17 season Pep was the biggest spender, in the 2017/2018 season Pep was the biggest spender. In the league for 2 seasons, biggest spender in each of the 2 seasons. From 1992/1993 season to 2000/2001 season tell me how many seasons Fergie was the biggest spender and specify those seasons.
raumdeuter: So which of his analogies or logic do you have a problem with?
Its only reasonable to compare the highest in one time to the highest in this time.
Manchester United under Ferguson was one of the biggest spender in the league and this can be shown by the numerous transfer records they broke
From relaxer to record are you now a DJ?
In 2016/17 season Pep was the biggest spender, in the 2017/2018 season Pep was the biggest spender. In the league for 2 seasons, biggest spender in each of the 2 seasons. From 1992/1993 season to 2000/2001 season tell me how many seasons Fergie was the biggest spender and specify those seasons.
raumdeuter: The hatred of Guardiola is making otherwise smart people sound foolish.
Cantona was signed for 1.2M that was at the time the highest spent on a player by an English club was probably about 1.5M
How was that peanut in that age. Thats like saying a man earning N2,000 in 1965 was earning peanuts when the highest earner earned just N3,000
Don't let your idolatory of Pep make you sound foolish. The highest spent for a player then was 5.5m Gazza followed by 3.6m Shearer. So when Cantona was bought for 1.2m, there were English players going for 5.5m, 3.6m.
In that Cantona transfer period while Cantona was bought for 1.2m, the following players were bought for more money, Shearer, David Rocastle (midfielder), Martin Keown (defender). Martin Keown with his bushy eyes cost more than Cantona, Dean Saunders, Paul Stewart (midfielder), Darren Anderton, Stuart Ripley (midfielder). Yes Stuart Ripley cost more than Cantona. Dayo stop associating with amoeba, you need to educate yourself.
In Fergies' first EPL season he had only 1 player in the top 10 transfers and that was Cantona and in his 2nd season only Keane in the top 10.
Pep had 2 players in the top 10 in his first season and 3 the next season.
Furthermore Pep spent more than all his rivals his first 2 seasons, whereas Fergie did not outspend all other clubs for almost a decade.
It is very illogical and ridiculous to compare those Fergie seasons to what Pep is doing now.
Its foolish to compare the numeric value of the fees spent by a man 30yrs ago to what he spends now.
A loaf of bread in 1991 cost 50k, the same bread of the same size cost N100 now. So can i give you 50kobo to go and but the bread in 2017 because 50kobo bought me that bread in 1992 So saying Fergie spent 5m and a total of 20M and expect Guardiola to do the same 20yrs later is not sound logically
Is there any place where i argued that one with him? The people who argued it with him asked him to convince them he wasn't pulling his conversion figures out of his bum like David Blaine he started changing shape like an ogbanje in a cheap Nollywood movie. That one no even concern me sef. It was when he started leaping from net spend, to total spend, to pre-EPL spend like an Atilogwu dancer (all the while chopping big, fat Ls) that made me know he was just a brightly coloured blom blom (full of air and nothing else).
Ibime: No mind that clown. I just dey read his half-baked analogies.
Fergie would only break the bank for few first teamers. Fergie teams always contained the Solskjaers, Ronny Johnsens, David Mays, Roy Keanes, Park Ji Sung, Schmeichel, Vidic, Evra, Rafael, Fabio, Sheringham, Denis Irwin, Cantona etc who he bought for relative peanuts. Ocassionally he would the break the bank for Veron, Ruud, Rio, RVP etc. . . but he would only make one big signing per season usually.
Them want compare to Fraudiola than will sign 5 or 6 blockbusters per year, but gets disgraced when not afforded the opportunity to have 11 blockbusters like last season.
His analogies are at best quarter-baked and his logic is puerile. That is why he disappeared like the fart of a leprous witch. Comparing Fergie that did not top the expenditure table for almost a decade to Pep that tops it every year and is loading 5, 6 blockbuster signings like you said almost every year. Nigga thought he could just come here, blow plenty grammar and plenty nonsense like Obahiagbon and get away with it.
Did he break a mirror or walk under a ladder? Abi did he see a black cat?
Lol
See how he avoided the first part of your summation about Fergie not topping the spending chart till 2001.
This is the same fellow who said United never had an inferior side to any premier league rival apart from 2013 title winning side.
Lol Nihilist is my guy, i can't use obeah on him like that. But his beef with Fergie must have surfaced from all those years of EPL domination and the Ls chopped at the end of the season, season after season (imagine supporting Leicester those days). The 2 people with such hatred for Fergie i am sure they can cannibalize his body are Dayo and Nihilist. Every time they besmirch his reputation an unbelievable joy flows through me like a pure strain of Purple Kush.
