Guys, I believe by now, you should know that if you use money and gifts to kickstart a love interest, you will need to sustain it with more money. And when you stop monetising the relationship, it will turn sour.

Have some dignity. Learn to say no to billing from potential or new girlfriends. Let them quickly leave you so that you will find the one who actually thinks you’re a good choice for her.

And if the babe is only nursing you for later billing, just like we feed chicken for Christmas Day, at least it’s still better than the dismissive, disrespectful billing you get in the first few days or weeks of meeting.

You’re a man. You deserve to be with someone who actually likes you. Don’t buy affection.

I don’t like to make excuses for leaders who have well paid and well read assistants.

The slightest “mistake” or lie should warrant a sack to keep others on their toes.

And as for otedolas ordeal then, he partly contributed to it. Just like most Nigerian companies and even government agencies, basic information that should be on their websites is shrouded in secrecy. And when all you do is secrecy, any lie against you or your company can fly.

It’s not an excuse. It’s the simple truth.

As president, you will not have time to independently check what is going on in the country.

You don’t even have time to rest.

You have to depend on the information your team feeds you. And they will feed you what they deem important. Not lies. Just incomplete information that will direct your focus onto things that matter to the team, according to how they interpret your vision.

This is why most presidents fail to see the real situations on the streets.

If Otedola didn’t have access to the presidency, he would have been unable to make his case and explain the truth on ground.

I can’t say I’m surprised that it’s a woman, considering how the pilot threw caution to the wind and nearly ended the lives of those standing next to the plane.

I hope other Yoruba obidients have sense.

PDP and APC have multiple ethnicities running the show but LP is overrun with igbos. The youth arm, obidients are an igbocentric group who believe they are the only ones allowed to use ethnic slurs against Yorubas.

Instead of them to focus on the president, they always find ways to insult the entire Yorubas as collateral damage.

Next election, they will be wondering why they are walking alone.

Middlebelt people have said they won’t join an alliance of obi with elrufai. Guess who obidients have started to attack?

By 2027, they will walk alone and soon after, resume chanting the myth of marginalization.

What is the governor doing about this?

Isn’t this the reason Akeredolu formed the amotekun? Aren’t they meant to protect the vast forests of the state, so criminal elements cannot hide?

Honestly, I believe a romantic relationship—one where both partners expect loyalty from each other — should end the moment that cheating is confirmed. Should the individuals decide at a later time to restart the relationship, they should both review the reason for the cheating, ensure that the partner who had cheated had indeed dealt with and matured at that point before moving forward. Otherwise, expect a repeat performance.
