what do want to go and do in India ?Well that visa should be around 60k unless things have changed in Nigeria ,its possible it might have increaed if you want them to bring for you,but you can also get it your self,if you are confident.But india is for the tough people,i i will tell you to look for other places.So many Nigerians in prison in that place,they are over 500 Nigerians in jail

The statistics you got from world factbook are all correct. You were just making mistake in your judgement. If you are looking for a country to migrate and you wish to depend on Unemployment rate then you will be making a big mistake. Countries like Belarus always has 1% unemployment rate but their wages are very poor and standard of living is low as well.
To assistance you a bit as regard to your quest for country to migrate, at this present time you should be aware that most countries are facing difficulties in terms of their economy. At present and in reality there are little or no country without high unemployment rate. You mentioned that you have permit in Spain and I don't know if you have work permit there also. If that is correct then it will be much better for you to remain in Spain and continue to search for job than to migrate to a country you don't have work permit. You can only move to a country that you are sure to obtain a work permit. Owing to the high rate of unemployment in most countries employers hardly high people without work permit. I don't know much about Australia, Canada, and USa, perhaps you may have some luck over there.

Situation got better in 2010. If Your friends aren't legal, they would find it hard to get a job.
They wouldn't even be considered part of the population and of course, they wouldn't be included in the estimate. Yes, accomodation in Milan is expensive and I believe it's so, in Italy as a whole.

i am sure that in Italy document is not a problem because, for the women it takes them only 1 or 2 months to get Carita's document which is humanitarian and can work. the males go to adoro commission for refugee document so almost every body is documented.some said they bought work contract with their money in other to renew their document.so their problem is work not document
