Men! Dear Lord what should we do to them?
@op I am sorry you had to get it that way. But my counsel for you is never to give up on them. Yours is soon to come. Count it as an experience. All guys aren't the same except their 3rd leg. |

topcube: Thank you for your positive contribution. I had previously taugt of that also, and I had taugt of setting her up for recharge cards business.
The other time she said she knew how to do bid (local jewries), I gave her money to buy the materials & start, within a month, the lucrative business became a tale, there was another day she suggested starting a Computer Business Center, I sent her to a Comp. training school, but, she couldn't cope due to her low IQ, I'm currently putting her through on some applications i.e. Ms Word, CorelDraw, Excel etc after paying for her 6 months training. All of this are eaten me up. That's why I am here for matured mind like you to advice.
I cannot imaging some people thinking, I don't love her or I am kettle calling pot black, I do not need to write an Autograph for me to prove a case or seek counsel. You are a good man. Don't get weary of looking for a way to help her. The recharge card business may be great too. |

Why not make her self-employed, if you can?
That way she could be less of a burden and an embarrassment to you. |

I don't subscribe to that trend.
Why not do a fertility test if you want to know if she is barren or not.
And it annoys me more to see that it has become a way of life.
Sometimes, I don't want to blame the guy, he may act on his family's instructions.
Now, churches don't see it as a big deal anymore, it's so unfortunate. |

thorpido: Google result: entitlement mentality.Typical of Nigerian girls with poor minds. Beg your pardon. striktlymi: He is not even partially responsible!
He can decide to help the girlfriend in one or more areas but this is not saying that it is his responsibility.
Before my ex got a job some years ago, I decided to give her a monthly stipend to take care of herself.
I didn't take that as my responsibility. It is more or less like giving to charity. Weldone sir. You try! |
Romance › Re: My Boyfrnd And My Salary!! by Agybabe(f): 4:42pm On Jan 16, 2015 |
Adaeze003: Husband is a far cry from boyfriend missy... a boyfriend has no financial responsibilities for/towards you, believe it or not. Don't get me wrong, gifts, dates and occasional allowances are not bad but it his strictly his own choice and not your entitlement.
You see where I've arrived? We are referring to the same thing at the bolded hunie. |

Adaeze003: A boyfriend has "financial responsibilities" Tell me more biko?
Why should a working girl still beg for money? Ha! Excuse me, it's not begging (ask Mr. Dictionary) Why do working class wives have to still ask for money from their husbands. Sweetie, what are you driving at? |
