Fabric was brought into Africa by Europeans.

Except you are naive and not exposed, you would have noticed that every tribe along the coast of west Africa tied the two pieces wrapper.
so the Yoruba's do they tie the two faced wrapper, the illejas, the people of port novo do they do the same?

Even if, it was only the east that adopted it because it matched with their way of life.

Maybe you should show me a European tying 2 piece of wrapper since you claimed we copied it from them.

Our people are named after God the creator in the east ,is that also a European influence
no mind the goat

Which two piece rapper

Where did they get the fabric

The two piece rapper came with the European influence, don't deceive yourself.
the Europeans asked your mother's in your village to tie one instead of two? or they said the same with Fulani or the bayerebes in the South West?

I'm not in anyway supporting the killings in southern Kaduna. I'm 100℅ against any act of criminality. People are been murdered almost everyday in different parts of the North but it rarely make headlines.

Just 2 days ago, almost 70 people were killed in Sabon Birni Local Government Area of Sokoto state but you cant find the story on any blog or our celebrities timeline.

Is it because the lives of those killed in southern Kaduna are more important or precious than those killed in Sokoto?

Most people are trying hard to turn the killings happening in southern Kaduna into religious crisis in order to bring an end to the peaceful coexistence between the 2 main religions in Northern Nigeria.

What people don't know or maybe choose to ignore is that the same people that are carrying different attacks in southern Kaduna are the same people killing innocent lives almost on everyday in Sokoto, Katsina and Zamfara.

Why do Bloggers and Nigerian Celebrities choose to give more emphasis to the killings in southern Kaduna?
Is it because they don't know about the ongoing killings in Sokoto, Katsina and Zamfara or do they have a hidden agenda that they want to achievehuh
op am replying you because one single reason, that you spoke with humility and concern..you see my brother, I am personally touched at the death of any Nigerian at the hands of some wicked elements that call themselves fulsnis.

its been long that we have been calling the attention of Nigerians on the existence of a deadly terrorists group that masquerade as heardsmen but no one tend to take us seriously.

Nigeria as a state is a state filled with hypocrites and self centred people who only think about there interest and what they stand to gain..they only view the world from the prisims of what they can grab.

The earlier we come together and chase this Fulani's away the better for us..but rather we are busy chasing away imaginary enemies that are not even existing but was created by our selves at the instigation of our killers.

so Mr op we are not oblivious of what is happening up north but its that our leaders and our youths have allowed themselves to be used by the same people who have marooned our destiny as a people.

https://www.tori4town.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Muhammadu-Buhari-Buhari-debt-cancellatioin-640x300.jpg

President Muhammadu Buhari Thursday said global solidarity was the hope for humanity and called on developed countries and international financial institutions to see the need for the cancellation of the debt of ”needy countries” especially in Africa to enable them to reverse the devastations of COVID-19 to the human race.

Why Buhari Pled For Debt Cancellation For African Counties
President Buhari renewed the appeal for debt cancellation for African counties in a virtual meeting tagged ”High-Level Event on Financing for Development in the Era of COVID-19 and Beyond”, convened by Canada, Jamaica and the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

Equally, the President urged major nations to provide free additional resources through an international consensus to assist poor countries to fight the coronavirus pandemic.

The Nigerian leader cautioned major nations against adopting a ”me first” and ”every man for himself” attitude, warning that the consequences for all of us in the 21st century can only be imagined.

His words: ‘‘The world has changed through COVID-19 and so must the global financing architecture for development financing and the response to the current pandemic. There is an urgent need for weak and needy countries especially those of Africa, to receive a fresh reprieve.

”This is a historic plague affecting every corner of the globe. In the circumstances, the response needed must be global, unconditional, comprehensive, and rapid. Debts must be forgiven and canceled. Free additional resources are needed urgently through an international consensus to enable poor countries to work to reverse the devastations of COVID-19 to the human race.

”Rising now and standing together in true global solidarity to my mind is the only hope for humanity, the best approach to safeguarding the 2030 SDGs and the only way we can build back for more resilient economies and societies. ”

The President also used the occasion to apprise the international community on the devastating impact of the pandemic on the Nigerian economy, the health sector and efforts by his government to mitigate the crisis.

”For Nigeria, the shocks are multiple, including the sharp decline in international oil prices which has negatively impacted revenues and growth, worsened external and domestic positions, and further increased banking sector vulnerabilities, resulting in the enormous human and economic toll on the country.

”We have been proactive in implementing a number of strong measures, including fiscal, monetary and structural policies, and a multi-front response to the health crisis created by COVID-19 which captures all tiers of Government as well as the private sector.

”Our objective is to revert to the government’s planned medium-term fiscal consolidation path once the crisis is over. Our strategy for macroeconomic stability is anchored on our home-grown Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP), ” he said.

Furthermore, President Buhari said Nigeria had revised its 2020 budget downwards and shifted emphasis to response activities towards bridging the critical gaps in the health infrastructures to strengthen national response to COVID-19 and other diseases...Keep Reading
