Watermark all your images and rename them so anytime someone searches for your brand, all your previous photos will appear on Google. The images you post online should not only be high-quality but also the kind of images you want to be taking to attract the kind of work you want to be doing. Avoid contentious social media posts, and keep your language positive. Keep your LinkedIn profile and contact information on all sites up-to-date.

3. Service fee;
Fees may vary depending on the location you find yourself, Research the fees people take around you and offer at least 5% Discount for your services. Make them understand why you’re more beneficial than other Photographers around you.

Finding your niche market not only allows you to focus on a specific skill set but also offers the opportunity to find networking prospects in a specific genre. Wedding and infant photographers are abundant. You can still book these types of service, but if you can offer something that others do not, you may find more work.

The product you offer may cover a specific genre, such as sports, or even a style or mood, such as humorous photos. Or perhaps you are also a writer and can create beautiful picture books with family stories. Maybe you work in the medical industry and have the knowledge to create quality educational medical photography.



5. How to get clients;

Well, there are many US based websites who buy photos but I think they go through various reviews and long processes so it's kind of difficult getting good cash. If your photos are more of journalistic then brands like "Reuters, France 24" and others may buy them.
The only sure way is if you compile them in a book, write stuff then publish it as an Ebook on Amazon kdp or any other publish site. The photos must be yours and not downloaded.

Some of these niches of photography will overlap with others. For example, weddings and events are very similar in practice, but what goes into marketing and so on will differ how you approach them.

The wedding industry is very competitive and very lucrative. Now just looking at your Excellent jamb score, you’ve already told yourself you’ve been admitted into your first choice but what if you make a mistake in the POST-UTME and loose your chance of getting admitted?
Every year, Millions of students attempt the POST-UTME for their various university choices but only about 10% of all these students are admitted, there factors usually are responsible for this;
1. Poor O-Level results (Less than 5 credits)
2. Poor JAMB UTME score
3. Poor POST-UTME scores.
In this content, I’ll be writing about the third factor and how to overcome it.
In Most Nigerian Universities, you must score the required Cut off Mark or above to qualify for the Post UTME Screening and then offered admission, so I’m assuming you’ve acquired the necessary jamb score.
First of all, you have to be organized when presented with a task – especially educational task and if you’ve not mastered the art of organization through secondary school, university is going to be difficult for you.
You have to take note of the various Aggregate cut off points for the departments in your aspiring school, and from the previous Cut off published, you can determine the cut off for your admission year. Schools usually change them with a margin of ±5 points with respect to the applications received and jamb scores of Applicants. When you’ve succeeded in noting this down, you should divide your jamb score by 8, and the value you get is the first half of your Aggregate. Assuming you scored 400/400 in jamb; 400÷8 will equal 50% so if your course is Electrical Engineering and the cut off is 80%, you need 30/50 as your POST UTME grade. Try as much as possible to pass the previous cut off with 5 points so even if the aggregate cut off is Increased, you’re sure of admission.
Now with this in mind, I’ll enumerate the various tips and techniques for acing your Post UTME scores!
I’m Studying Electrical Engineering which is one of the most difficult courses of securing admission in the Engineering faculty, therefore if you follow my tips, you shall get admitted into any university and your preferred course -

Proven techniques to Pass Your POST UTME for Any School In Nigeria;
1. Get as many past question compiled as possible;
This will give you clear insight of how their questions are structured, the number of questions you should expect and in some cases – the time! When Practicing, if the usual time for 50 questions is 30 minutes, you must be able to answer 50 questions in 25 minutes. Then with the remaining five minutes, revise all your answers and spot the errors. Almost all the Post UTME boards don’t set new questions, they just pick the same questions, reshuffle them, rephrase them and present to you. If you’re able to answer questions from 5 years, then post UTME won’t be an issue.

2. Read through your secondary school textbooks extensively;
The truth is that no matter how good you are in answering questions from UTME compiled, you can’t be so sure of those answers. Some errors may be present in the past questions and if you don’t make note of these and correct them using Recommended textbooks, you may loose some marks. Also, it isn’t 100% affirmative that new questions won’t be made so in order to be on the safe side, consult your recommended text books and study them very well. This is needed for you to understand some questions you might be having difficulty to answer. Once you are able to understand it, it has become part of you.



3. Work on your speed and accuracy;
As I’ve mentioned in point one, you need to work on your speed and not just that – accuracy! You are going to be graded base on the number of questions you are able to answer. This means you must be fast and accurate. This is a competition and an opportunity to get your chosen course. You have thousands of people competing with you and you need to work your way out so as to be among those that will be offer admission.



4. Ask questions;
Nowadays, everything is on Facebook or Google or Nairaland. Instead of you spending hours sharing memes and photos, consult your seniors, join Facebook groups to get more information about your aspiring school and I’m very sure there are many good people willing to answer all your honest questions.

5. Be confident and believe in your retentive abilities;
Sometime people study very well for tough exams but because of the prestige of the exam or bad news you’ve heard from people, you totally black put your mind and then loose confidence, this is very wrong! Many people have written the test and passed very well, so don’t allow fear to steal away your chance of gaining admission, the people who fail or tell you passing is impossible aren’t worth your peace of mind, be optimistic!

6. Strengthen your subconscious mind;
This isn’t very popular but the few that know about it use it very well for their benefits. This can be done through prayer, affirmative words or just good wishes from your loved ones. If everyone around you wishes you success, and you also believe in it, then you will be unstoppable.

Each applicant for registration under the continuous registration system shall appear in person at the registration venue with any of the following documents;

Collection of TVC:
“Temporary Voters Card (TVCs) will be issued to registrants at the point of registration, while the PVCs of those registered in Quarter 1 (Q1) should be ready for collection in Quarter 3 (Q3), and Quarter 2 (Q2) will be ready in Quarter 4 (Q4) etc.

The last week of each quarter will be for display, hearing the Claims and Objections and housekeeping (Data backup, Consolidation, Reporting etc.)

The Permanent Voters Card (PVC) enables registered voters exercise their civic right to vote in the General Elections. The PVC stores information such as biometric data i.e. physical attributes, thumbprint, etc. It protects the information stored in the card. The information on the PVCs are electronically programmed and can only be read /assessed electronically with a card reader.
In order to collect your PVC, You need to present your Temporary Voter’s Card to the INEC Officials.
Only citizens with PVC can vote during elections, so make sure you submit your TVC and obtain a PVC.

How do I Obtain the PVC
According to the INEC’s Guidelines for Permanent Voter Card Distribution 2014, a person is eligible to receive a PVC if he or she
1. Has registered before
2. Is in the register of voters displayed
3. Has a temporary voter card (TVC)
4. Has lost his/her TVC but his/her identity can be confirmed.
5. Is physically present at the collection center
6. There shall be no collection of PVC by proxy.

, in order to collect the PVC an individual must present their TVC. If an eligible voter is no longer in possession of their TVC but their name is included in the voters’ register, they will be required to fill out an attestation form in order to collect the PVC.

What is contained in PVC?

1. The voter’s name
2. The name of the state the voter is registered in
3. The name of the LGA
4. The Registration Area/Centre and code
5. The voter’s Identification number.

How To Vote
Opening of the Polling Units:
On each Election Day, polling stations will open for Accreditation and Voting from 8:00 am to 2.00 pm. However, voters on the queue before the close of poll at 2:00pm will be accredited and allowed to vote.

Voting Procedure:
Voting at the polling unit will be as follows:

Step 1:

At the polling unit, join the queue. An INEC official will check if you are at the correct polling unit and confirm that the PVC presented belongs to you.

Step 2:

An INEC official will confirm if your PVC is genuine using the card reader. You will be asked to place your finger on the card reader.

Step 3:

An INEC official will ask for your PVC and confirm you are listed in the Voters Register. Your name will be ticked and your finger will be inked to confirm you have voted. If your name is not found you cannot vote.

Step 4:

The Presiding officer will stamp, sign and endorse your ballot paper. You will be given the ballot paper rolled with the printed side inwards and directed to the voting cubicle.

Step 5:

Stain your finger with the ink given and mark the box for your preferred candidate/party. Roll the ballot paper in the manner you were given and flatten it.

Step 6:

Leave the voting cubicle and drop the ballot paper in the ballot box in full view of people at the Polling Unit.

Step 7:

Leave the Polling Unit or wait if you so choose, in an orderly and peaceful manner, to watch the process up to declaration of result.

N.B: The result of each Polling Unit shall be pasted at the unit for everyone to see.

Access the polling station
Receive information on the voting procedures from the poll officials
Vote in secret.
Responsibility of the Voter:

Obey all lawful instructions from the INEC and Security Officials on election duty.

Step 1: You need to check the type of oil your car consumes;


Check your car's manual for the type of oil your car engine uses and buy that particular oil type. Step 2: Let the oil warm-up for easy flow;


Let your vehicle cool down for a bit if you've been on the road with it - if the car has been sitting around for more than two hour, you should just start the car and leave it idle for about 10 minutes. This gives the oil enough time to warm up.

Warm oil flows easily. Cold oil doesn’t. Hot oil flows easily but it could burn you violently.

Step 3: Jack up your car with a lift or ramp;




Here’s the next thing you need to do. Jack up your car or drive it onto a ramp that gives you access to underneath the car. Make sure the car is properly balanced on the jack or ramp, inspect the tires for any dynamic position and wage it Properly.

Step 4: Drain the oil;



You definitely have to crawl underneath your car to find your drain plug. It's usually less than 1 meter from the front of your car. The drain plug is often located underneath the oil pan which is also underneath your engine.

Next, slide the drain pan under the plug and open the plug with a fitting wrench in a counterclockwise direction. Make sure the drain pan is big enough to contain the oil without spilling. You should wait for the oil to drain out completely. Close up the plug after you’re done.

Step 5: Replace the oil filter

After draining the oil in the oil pan, the next thing to do is to locate the oil filter and replace it. The oil filter position varies from car to car. It shouldn’t be too far away from your oil pan though.




Place the drain pan beneath the oil filter before you remove it by turning it in a counterclockwise direction. The oil filter is usually black, blue or white. It stands out from the rest of the engine so you can easily spot it.

On the new oil filter, dip your hand in the replacement oil and smear the oil thinly on the gasket of the filter. You could say it is done to prepare the oil filter to get to work. Pour some oil in the oil filter too. Screw the new oil filter tightly to replace the former one.

Step 6: It’s time to pour in the new oil

You can get out of underneath your car now. Your time underneath the car is over. Locate the oil cap on top of the engine. Open it, place a funnel and pour in the new oil.




Screw the oil cap tight and check for any leakages underneath your car. If there are, try to clean it up. You are supposed to use the dipstick to check the oil level about 5 minutes after you put in the oil. But while you wait, you can go to the next step.

Step 7: Start your engine




When you start the engine, check your dashboard to see if the check-oil-pressure light is on. If it isn’t, you’re good to go. If it is, it simply means there’s probably a leak somewhere or the oil level is just not high enough. Leave your engine on idle and check for what is causing the light to be on.

Don’t forget to check the oil level with the dipstick to confirm that the oil is on the appropriate level.
