Good evening everyone,I’m writing here on behalf of a friend who was denied visiting visa and now he want to use student route. Will they grant him if he uses student route.

Yes they do through a codeshare agreement. You can book flights on riwanda air website from Lagos to London.

One of the options is that Riwanda Air will take you from Lagos to Kigali to Brussels then Brussels airlines will fly you to London.

u will get a stamp when you enter Nigeria and as for when you left the UK, home office has access to all flights, vessels etc that leave the Uk. For your application you can also attach your boarding pass + tickets etc

Cambridge is one of the official bodies that conducts IELTS.
Similarly Cambridge offers English test where you could use for migrational purposes.
Which is best, depends on you, which you are able to achieve the required grade for your visa category.

Yes. Since you got married in 2018, the cheapest (it is actually free) and less stressful visa to apply for, is the EUSS Family Permit. You probably don't need a lawyer, the application is straightforward, requiring the marriage certificate, your husband Settled or Pre-settled status, evidence of subsisting relationship etc.

The only shortcoming is that since the UK is out of the EU, it may take some months before they respond. Spouse Visa is another option, but may be a bit challenging, with your husband showing proof of funds, accommodation and you, evidence of English etc and it is not free.

Hence they are requesting for your husband’s account statement, then a dependent visa may be appropriate. For spouse visa, you would need to submit your bank account statement (1 month with a closing balance of at least 6Million)

Is he british? Does he have settled status or he is on temporary visa?

If you are in the UK already then I don’t think you would need to submit TB test hence they didn’t request for it in your recent visit. Please go with whatever your lawyer in the UK tells you as I believe he’s an expert.

please check what exactly you are applying for. Some people will say spouse visa when they are applying for dependent visa and vice versa. Check so you can be advised properly

Under EU settlement scheme family permit and travel permit.

And English test was not a requirement.
It’s a free Visa you don’t have to pay any fee
As far as your spouse is a citizen under Eu and ur applying for this type of visa it’s free

It’s not going to affect your application, relax, lol. If you like, stay 5 months, so far it is spousal visa you are applying for next, it’s not going to affect your application.

on your next application. Plans can always change and you're still within your legal stay period. You're damn too good to go. Nothing to worry about.
