To answer your question, It's not a new account as far as I know, it's just a card. And yes, you apply for it online. You can also visit their website, All-To-Know is there.

You have given half-baked answers to all enquires made about this elusive virtual dollar card.

The only card I can see when you login to the internet banking website is Virtual Naira Mastercard.

You also mentioned that the mobile app has the request virtual dollar card feature which is untrue.

This is not Gulder Ultimate Search. You cannot give what you don't have/know.

Buy brand new OEM belt and make sure the pulley/tensioner is free of wear and tear.

Yes, sir, I did. GTbank virtual card to be precise (I was surprised). I still don't understand the rationale behind it, though. And I don't know if there are people here who use it, too, who can confirm what I'm saying.

I didn't replace ooo. My mechanic repaired it and so far it's getting to 2months now and it is working perfectly.

I was really short of funds so I couldn't replace. I am still observing it though, but so far, it's been awesome

It takes at least 6 months for gas to go bad. Most people fill their gas tank every week. So, 26 tanks of gas in 6 months. There would be almost no old gas in the car because most of that gas is newer good gas. You keep burning off most of last weeks gas that is still good gas anyways. After 26 tanks of gas, there would not be much gas in the tank that was 6 months old. There would not be enough old bad gas to cause any problems at all.

Manufacture date appears to have been changed to demand high sales price from unsuspecting clients. Did the seller advertise the vehicle as a 2007 Matrix?

I repeat - I do not know. Your vehicle is Nigeria specs with part number 39127 while the available 39110 is US specs.

Most being seen are 39110-2BAS9 and other 39110 series can they also work?

This ECU is specific for Accents sold in the US market. I do not know the extent of their compatibility with the models marketed in Nigeria.

This is enough grounds to open a dispute. Let's hope that SYMxxx package is meant for you. If you paid for shipping, ask for a refund.
