Can this form truly prevent VIO and FRSC officials from harassing me on the road with the "can't approve form" and "endorsement not available" boldly written on it?

The documents seem to show that processing started on the day you got to the VIO office i.e 31/08/2016. The form should have been processed long before you were called to come for capture and that probably explains why the application was not approved.

From all indications,it seems the lady is not a VIO or FRSC staff and Richard appears to be her insider in the VIO office.

The form still covers you from police or FRSC harassment as long as your personal details were captured on it (regardless of the comment written on it).

Somebody has just lost her reputation on Nairaland over nothing.

True....it is proof that your license is under processing and covers the driver just like the temporary license.

I downloaded 160dpi but after the apk installed it didn't give any area where the app could be opened. The apk is found in my device but when u click on it, it doesn't open. What's the problem, I use Droidpad 7c pro. Techno.

Was it the 16271 variant you installed? Try reinstalling again.

Simple and decent app,works pretty well.
