Denn:
How do you determine a tint from a factory?

Which section of the law states explicitly that the tint must be 'factory tinted'?

So much misinformation.

Download the law and read it.
If its from the factory it will be part of the glass with no seams, bubbles, or gaps. After market tends to be a coating of some kind on the inside of the glass that has all of these things. If you can scratch it off or if it looks like plastic wrap on the inside of the pane with slight gaps around the edges it's after market.

The only after market way around removable coatings is to replace the glass itself. This is usually only done with higher end cars or ones that have been clearly modified because its rather expensive and most people won't do it.

If you have the permit and it's genuine, you are good to go. My brother's infinity FX35 is tinted and with permit. Once the men in black stops you they only ask for the tinted permit. if you present it , you are good
Your permit is useless if your tint is nylon based and not from the factory. A nylon tint is easy to identify.

@OP

Remove the nylon and save yourself the harassment. I'm very sure the tint permit you were given is fake.

There are over 20 open drug markets scattered across the country. These markets retail drug products under conditions that contravene local and international drug regulations. The stakeholders started work in 2009 and all have been informed on the need to create a streamlined drug distribution system in Nigeria.

Please take time to download the document and read.

The late Dora Akunyili would smile wherever she is if this policy is fully implemented.

Open drug market allows for sale of adulterated pharmaceutical commodities. There's no place in the world where you sell drugs as if you're selling rice and beans.

One major factor Akunyili identified as responsible for the madness of drugs in the hands of unauthorised persons was the chaotic drug distribution system in the country. To address this, NAFDAC under her leadership had proposed an organised distribution network via drug marts which would ensure that drugs would not only be in the hands of authorized persons alone, but would also ensure that drugs were tracked for ease of identification of possible problem areas including ease or recall if necessary. This however did not see the light of day due to the politicization of the idea among stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.

Politics › Re: Warri Refinery To Resume Operations Tomorrow 18th June, 2015 by aieromon(m): 6:50pm On Jun 17, 2015
FORMER President of Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) and Trade Union Congress (TUC), Comrade Peter Esele disclosed yesterday that the major problem of the country's refineries is lack of adequate crude allocation to refine.

Speaking in an interview with The Guardian, he said that the country's refineries are working, and wondered why crude is not being allocated to Warri Refinery often by the authorities concern.

"The Warri Refinery is not as bad as it is being painted. The major problem is that it has no crude to refine often. Port Harcourt Refinery worked for 21 days in November last year and generated billions of naira. What has happened since then? I cannot confirm, but there is a school of thought which says that the refineries are being painted bad so that they can be sold to some vested interests at a give-away prices.

"Why is crude not allocated to our refineries often, whereas we export crude often to refine abroad? Why do we believe so much in carrying crude outside to refine? This is a food for thought for the incoming government", he queried.

Just came across this..... Let us wait and see if the information is indeed factual.

Succour may finally have come for Nigerians, after months of harrowing experiences occasioned by the ongoing scarcity of petroleum products, particularly petrol across the country.
Strong indications emerged Tuesday, that the Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC) would within a fortnight begin production at 50 per cent installed capacity.

According to Daily Independent investigation, the first consignment of crude oil for production at the company’s bay arrived on Monday, a development said to have sent members of staff of the company into wide jubilation after seeing barrels of crude oil being discharged for the first time in more than two years.

A barrel of crude would produce 73.8 liters of petrol when refined. This means that the Warri Refinery, with an installed capacity of 125,000 barrels per day would now be producing 62,500 barrels per day (at 50 per cent capacity), translating to 4,612,500 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (petrol) per day.

Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Joseph Dawha had last week announced that the Port-Harcourt Refinery would next month commence production of petroleum products.

A source close to the WRPC who spoke on condition of anonymity, confirmed that some barrels of crude have been received in preparation for full production.

The source who added that the establishment received crude oil consignment last in 2012, noted that crude oil supply to the refinery was stalled by the immediate past government. This, the source added, resulted in massive importation of refined products by the Federal Government in preparation for their full privatisation.

He further disclosed that all the machines for the take off of production were also last Sunday switched on in readiness for production works in the company.

According to the source: “Yes, it is true that the Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company limited is set to commence the refining of petroleum products. The production will start within the next 14 days from now. All the production machines were since last Sunday switched on in readiness for the production.

“I also want to inform you that the management has received crude oil for that purpose this week Monday. For over two years now we have not received crude oil as it was being sent to foreign refineries from where they were been imported back to the country as refined products.

“This started soon after the alleged planned privatization of the refineries by the immediate past administration which was also said to have targeted the sales to its selected cronies thereby placing the workers of the refining and petrochemical company on permanent state of redundancy for the past two years,” he added.

The source also alleged that minor turnaround maintenance was being carried out by those who had been allocated the refinery but was immediately put on hold soon after the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) lost the presidential election.

It was however gathered that technical staff of the company who have been idle are already on hand, anxiously warming up to resume production as the management is determined and working hard to ensure that the anticipated two-week target is met
