the strategy am working on is based on draw outcomes in all matches played on each day.

however, we all know that some national/international leagues/competitions may have reached the knockout, quarterfinal, semifinal and even final stage. at the stages, a winner must emerge. even if match ends as a draw, penalties will be played. so the strategy may not really work in this scenerio.
is there any site i can get an immediate list of leagues in the aforementioned stage so i can completely avoid them?

Your bet is for normal time. Extra time and penalties do not count. The matches are even more likely to end in draws in normal time.
