Please house I need your ideal on this. I was issued a.m but on submission of my international passport,
my application was rejected based on irregularities on my passport and passport was seized and sent to Nigeria immigration service abuja. I went to immigration to resolve the issue and a new passport was issued to me and a letter of authentication. I sent an appeal to the embassy 3weeks ago and I have receive thier decision on my appeal in German which I have translated to English. I want to know if I am banned and also can I reapply with my new passport and a new application. Also I mailed the alien office in Germany about the irregularities on my passport and they requested a submit a new application. Below is the translation of the letter I received from my appeal. On 05.10.2018 they applied to the Consulate General Lagos to issue a visa for the Federal Republic of Germany for the purpose of studying according to Art. $ 16 of residence permit (hereinafter referred to as Residence Act). For the processing of the visa, the general conditions for granting were met. $ 5 reviewed. According to $ 5 para. 1 no. 2 . residence pays to these eligibility requirements also the absence of basically expulsion. Am sorry to say man. they would Banned you for 4years from entry to any schengen countries.
Since they pointed that. You shouldn't have got a new passport, rather a document from NIS Head quarter's.

If the embassy are returning your appealed and other documents, it's a BANNED straight for 4years.

Thanks for the information bro but 1 more thing NIS gave me a letter of authentication to submit with my passport which I did. Also if am banned won't a letter of ban be issue with that of my rejection letter received

The irregularities was not specified. Embassy just said due to irregularities on the passport. I had a Malaysia visa on the passport but I didn't make use of it because I couldn't travel that period due to I lost my mum so I gave it to some1 to help stamp in and out on it.

Please house I need your urgent help on this matter. I was given approval mail on October 6 to submit my passport, insurance and travelling date. After submission of my passport, the embassy mailed me via my prepared envelop to pick up my document. My passport was seized and transferred to Nigeria immigration in abuja and my application was now rejected by the embassy due to irregularities on my passport. I got to immigration in abuja and I was re issued another passport and a letter of authentication. I used both to appeal since November 24th. I mailed the alien office in munich and send them letter and supporting document of my appeal, they replied and told me to re apply for new intake or appeal to German embassy in Nigeria. Please house I just want to know if I have been banned by German embassy and also if some1 is banned does the embassy issue a letter to that effect as I have gotten a new admission letter from my school and also my new international passport is still with the embassy.
