Its a sorry situation you can hide behind a keyboard and type that to me. Seriously? I pay artist to perform at my private and corporate events. Forget all the hype. How do you think they respond or react when they meet the CEO of a corporation they want to perform or make an appearance for? Looking at the demography of nairaland I'm sure you are one of those kids. Some of us should just be here to read the news and never make comments. I will have to ignore you.

If you know the true lives of video vixens and the popular girls you see on Instagram. You really gonna be disgusted. Anyone will be stupid to think he's the only one she's dating. They only use celebs to get popular. And the real big men will notice them. This fake ass Nigerians artist ain't that rich. And this girls want a lot. They go on trips with politicians in private jets. How many of this fake dudes can give them the life they live with those real big business magnates? And as you know most of these men are married etc these girls are just escorts. Nothing more.

Romance / Re: Am I Wasting My Time With This Guy? Pls Help!!!!!! by ajayi1(m): 10:19am On Jan 08, 2016
He is savings himself some heartache. Based on the fact that most people believe uni-girls usually will have their campus boyfriend. So to save himself from the roller-coaster he chooses to pend the relationship till you meet again. He probably tried distance relationship earlier and didn't work out. Especially with a girl in school who could be living with another man in the hostel.

Family / Re: MY Wife Left Me For Her Politician Exboyfried. by ajayi1(m): 9:12am On Jan 08, 2016
Women dont like gentleman. See the guy replies too. Him mumu gentle well. When you dont give her peace of mind she should be the one on nairaland complaining not you. Dont you know that even the government put the citizens in confusion just to distract them. Dont dull. I know several men like you they always get the bad side. Women dont want gentle men. THey think they do. But the usually just want the opposite of what they desire. The politician is likely to have numerous mistresses and even a wife in the house. Women like to flex too. Party dance etc. If you are that type of man thats too gentle never go out with her take her out. Even a 20 year old boy will take her out and bang her just for that. They will always want to pay back favors with f*ck. Thats why drivers, houseboy, gardeners .. etc be banging 'em regardless of their social status.

And on the other side they are very difficult to please. They get bored easily. And its not your fault nothing you can do about it. If its an eyinbo woman it could be better they can be outspoken and let you know they sick of f*cking you. end the relationship. Nigerian woman will jsut start f*cking your neighbors etc. Dont be fooled 53% of men cheat. 47% women cheat. so whats the difference?
Romance / Re: My Wife To Be Is Addicted To Her Phone by ajayi1(m): 9:51am On Jan 07, 2016
Marriage is not for the faint hearted man. You need man up and ask her to give you the phone in her presence there check who it is. Dont go behind her. Ask questions instantly if there are questions to be answered. Dont fall for he is a church member. My uncle and people you dont know. Man up and get a d*ck. She don see you finish. And mabe you are just one boring attention sicking husband sisi type of man. Women will take the piss you give them 2 inches they go 2kilometer just to test your patience and till things fall apart. They will then put the blame on you. Grab the bull by the horn. Take control be a mans man. And a womans man. They like the mafian boss. Your wife is friendzoning or houseboyzoning you in your house your coming to nairaland to type rubbish.

She will keep chatting and food will burn in the kitchen. House will be dirty. Kids wont be looked after. As a matter of fact from 10pm a married woman should set her phone to "DO NOT DISTURB" same with you. Both of you. YOu pick up the phone again 8am. Thats my rule of THUMB
Crime / Re: Policeman’s Widow Commits Suicide One Month After Husband Death (photo) by ajayi1(m): 2:12pm On Jan 06, 2016
Ok here is another conspiracy:

The person that the husband killed via accidental discharge has a strong juju family who went ahead and "ro the oku" yoruba put jazz on the dead person to avenge death. Then husband dies. Then maybe all the curses Nigerians have cursed husband based on bribes he received got ripple effects sometimes people curse their generation. You dont know what pain the police officer have caused several tanker driver, danfo driver, regular citizens.

Business / Re: How Much Do I Need To Start Up A Beer Parlour Business by ajayi1(m): 1:49pm On Nov 30, 2015
@labete3000 you are so lazy to do the simple math yourself. Depending on your area you can get young SSCE type waiters to OND or interns for 10k to 18k monthly. Setup the place first. Then you put out the VACANCY people will come in. You ask them in the interviews how much they were getting earlier and minimum they will be willing to get paid.

An open bar ... depending on your area

1. rent an open space. empty plot of land with easy road access. recommended to be on a major road network. or any compound with big space.

2. get white plastic chairs by the dozens. maybe do 3 dozen for a start.

3. get in contact with local guiness and nb distributors. same for cigarretes

3. two deep freezers / slid freezers (get those at west minister) used ones cheap. big freezers are around 50k to 60k. whiel chest slide chillers 35k

4. get a cook that can do pepper soup, nkwobi,

5. 2 waiters . 1 bar man

6. music is very important - if you have a good loud hometheater in the house. you should use that. else you will chunk out another 30k +

Its similar to starting a small church wink white plastic chairs. one pastor. rent open ground. you just have to compare the profit. remember church is tax free though.
