I have been reliably informed that I can not use my Nigeria master card to do such payment, and barter shut down their virtual dollar card service recently.

I have not collected my eligibility letter that's why i have not sent my application to Verna..

I want to collec eligibility letter, legalize before applying. Though my school only requested for eligibility letter now. After acceptance letter i can legalise and translate then scan and send.

My question is,

1) Can i apply by December 5th and still meet up and join February intake?

Can i finish the whole process in 2 months? From applying for admission and getting my visa? I really want to join by February 2023

My school says acceptance letter will be out after one week. You must have written online exam and did an interview.

They are not really big on intake like that. Once the school provides you with the required documents, go ahead with you visa application.


2) How long does Bulgarian ministry of education take before approving the legalised documents sent to them?

Not sure.. That have specific times that they sit for approval tho.

3). Does visa D still take up to 45 days

Give or take. 45 days is enough


4) Do i still do walk in visa application without booking appointment? I'm asking because your response on this, I'm quoting is from 2019.

You cannot walk in, you need to request for an appointment visa email.

5) You said you had 3million in your bank statement and still got visa... How much do you think will be OK now? Is 5 million in my name enough? I don't have a sponsor and I'm going for Bsc, not Masters.

5 million is good.

I hope the previous comment before mine answered your question. In addition to that, Bulgaria is not very organised per say as you would have to sort your way to get things done.
Before you settle for PR in Bulgaria or Citizenship make sure the country is worth it.

There are 2 possible route that I am very sure will get to Schengen zone.

1. Apply to a school in any of the Schengen countries and move there.

2. If you are a skilled person (IT) then you can find jobs across Europe and the organisations will take care of your arrival.

I believe he shared his concerns here to get advice on what to do about his situation, so in my opinion I’d suggest you get your documents to match or back it up with affidavit. You can also ignore believing it’s nothing just like the other guys did.

Started job from 04/2018, vetasses approved from 04/2029 to 2021. Still with that job.

Wrote to vetasses and they advised renewal application so the months from 2021 till date will count. I'm about doing that but only hope the ITA which elapses 21st October will still be there when the renewal results show. Unfortunately no priority for vetasses renewal.

Is there something else I can do? Has anyone had this experience before?

I am very pleased with many successful travel and visa process stories here. I will also contribute mine too as I embark on this journey. I have been in Nigeria since 2010.I lost my previous passport in 2011 through a visa agent (he died and no info to recover the passport). I WANT TO FOLLOW THE DIY route. I can raise a bank cash balance of 5 - 6million. What are my chances of getting a tourist visa to any of the countries above and the requirements. I am 42years, married with three children. I am an engr(B. Eng) with 2.1. I have personal properties on my name e.g lands, house(the hotel)
