Millions of Nigerians have not entered an aeroplane before let alone fly economy class.

Normal. I don't praise people when they do what's required for them to do. Its like clapping for workers for coming to work. A worker deserves his/her wages/allowances and promotion. #IstillstandwithBuhari for better Nigeria.

Fayose met three months unpaid salaries when he became governor not minding that his predecessor in office(Kayode Fayemi of APC) was their during oil boom era. Rather, like Aregbesola of APC he that even succeeded himself in office, Fayemi plunged the Ekiti state into debt. This man(Fayose) is trying for his people. I have gone on a state tour to that state of recent.

Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state, yesterday said young people ought to be groomed well before handing over leadership to them.

He stated this in Owerri, as part of his christmas goodwill message for the people of the state, through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Sam Onwuemeodor.

The release gave some reasons why the governor made the statement,”what Nigerians and of course the leaders in particular need to do now, is to unite and begin to build a country of our collective dreams and aspirations.”

He added that,”The leaders cannot afford to hand over to the next generation what we have at the moment as a nation, in which ethnicity, religious bigotry and zoning of political offices are still the orders of the day.”

It was his view that,”Nigerians must endeavour to hand over to the next generation a united and prosperous nation, all the ethnic and religious groups can be proud of.”

He however, called on the Nigerians not to find it difficult to accept that the current recession in the country was only a “national challenge.”

“Nigerians especially the leaders should appreciate themselves and see the current recession as a national challenge.”

“Christians in the state in particular to pray more than they had never done before, for the good of the state and her people” Okorocha said.

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has stated that no power can bring him down because he is solidly and comfortably rooted in God.

Governor Wike spoke at the Rivers State Headquarters of Living Faith Church in Port Harcourt during a Special Christmas Church Service on Sunday .

He was accompanied to the Christmas Church Service by his wife, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Nyesom-Wike and their children.

The governor said that Rivers State will continue to overcome trials and oppressive tendencies because of God’s grace.

According to him, while other states are battling with economic downturn, Rivers State is operating a Jesus economy, which entails Divine provsion and sustenance.

“If God be for us, nobody can be against us. We have had turbulent times, but we have always come out victorious.

“This state is a Christian State. Therefore, we shall continue to collaborate with the Church”, the governor said.

He informed that the State Government will support schools owned by Churches with grants. He added that the ongoing construction of the State Ecumenical Centre will be completed by May, 2017.

He noted that the Church stood by him right from the campaign period till date,a when he is transforming the state.

The governor called on the Church to continue praying for his administration for God’s protection and wisdom.

In his sermon, Resident Pastor of Living Faith Church, Rivers State Headquarters, Pastor Peter Ogbondemin said that Christmas is relevant because Jesus Christ came to restore Divine presence to man.

Highpoint of the Christmas Celebration was the Special Prayers for Governor Wike and Rivers State by the congregation.

They succeded themselves in office. The two useless APC governors you mentioned were there during oil boom and they could not save rather the unfortunate Aregbesola (otherwise known as Aregbese) plunged the state into monumental debt.

This is wonderful.
This Fayose met months of unpaid salaries accrued by the shameless APC Fayemi despite the fact that he was governing the state during the oil boom era. Fayemi, as useless and wasteful as he was, could jot save for the raining days but rather put the Ekiti state into monumental debt without any tangible things on ground to show for it.

Gov. Ayo Fayose of Ekiti has given approval for the immediate promotion of 15,772 public servants in the spirit of Christmas.

A statement issued in Ado Ekiti on Sunday and signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mr Idowu Adelusi, said the promotion cuts across workers in the local governments, teaching service and the core civil servants.

The statement said that the beneficiaries consisted mainly of those whose promotions were due since 2012, 2013 and 2014.

It said the governor had consequently ordered that letters of promotion be given the affected workers without further delay.

The statement, however, clarified that the promotion status still remained nominal, as the cash backing for the exercise would be effective only from March 2017.

It announced that all categories of workers in the state had been paid two months salaries in December, while Christmas bonus would be paid immediately after the Christmas holiday.

The statement quoted the governor as saying that, though, the state was currently grappling with economic challenges, it did not mean that deserving workers should not be recognised for hard work.

“We won’t deny our workers their dues and entitlements, economic recession or no economic recession, as leaders of the state, we must be fair to all and that is what we are doing

“Our administration is resolute in giving the best to all Ekiti people, including those in the public service.

“This month alone, we have paid two salaries, we are also paying Christmas bonus after the holiday

“We deliberately spaced the payment of the bonus so that after the Christmas holiday, workers will still have something to fall back on,” it said

I am sorry to say, it seems as if President Buhari is an economy terrorist to Nigeria.
Can you imagine, 1.7 millions lost their legitimate jobs in just nine months and not to talk about those that lost their jobs between June - December, 2015.
If we talk now, some useless blind supporters of the biggest scam administration will be talking of 10,000 police jobs and 200,000 palliative jobs (N-power).
They promised to create jobs but rather they are destroying legitimate jobs.
At the moment, President BUHARI is they greatest threat against our survival and sovereignty as a nation.
As it is now, for every 10,000 jobs create by this Buhari administration, there are lost of 100,000 legitimate jobs elsewhere. It seems that Buhari administration is cursed.

This news is coming from NBS and the lost of job is from January to September alone. Buhari might be the biggest failure ever. Some mediocre are celebrating 10,000 police recruitment and 200,000 palliative jobs while over 1.5 million people are losing their jobs under this useless administration.
