nograv: Wow Sanwo really managed to turn around his slavish obedience to Buhari.
After the Sars protests, he went to Buhari and said 'I turned on my own people during Sars protests and my city was destroyed, please give me more funds?'
And in truth he got it. But how long before the Northern Cabal turns off the tap again.?
Lagos is good for now, but give it another 5-10 years. Lagos will again be stagnating and Abuja/Kano and Sokoto will be rolling in federal funds.. Explain to us how you came to this conclusion that Lagos will stagnate? |

michlins: You call 10gb a heavy user. LoL
I use almost 50gb monthly and I don't consider myself an average user.
Na MTN 24gb for 3,500 I dey use two to three times monthly. I'm thinking of upgrading to 5k for 40gb I've been very unlucky with that 24gb for 3500, I used it only once and since then it's been evading me. I use *121# to access it but oftentimes, the option for 3500 doesn't come up. It's probably after I've used the other option 2k for 9GB then it'll show up for me. |

So launching a roadmap by another ministry will prevent the justice ministry for getting justice to deserving victims. |

Lol I was expecting from the report an elaboration of what the governor without state meant by this "The central bank governor explained the technical challenges involved should there be a further postponement of the deductions." I guess it's his way of holding the governors with state by the balls if one of their own doesn't recant his statement |

If you do, your thinking would be limited just as it is now better still read up why some presidents, mayor etc world over are being tried for mass killings, genocide, bombings etc. This one is just filled with emotions and I can understand where it is coming from. The lagos sars panel is active and they're doing what's required of them. If you have other issues, go and take it up with them. Ranting and lamenting on Social media and making obnoxious claims won't get the desired justice for the victims. Sanwoolu will still be in office and those behind the incident will still be walking freely. Let's not also forget Wike and Obigbo |

jaxxy: U secure peaceful protesters, u contain violent ones and restored sanity. It’s a simple task bt the opposite was what happened. As the governor of the state responsibility is on him.
Some protesters where even providing food to the police. That’s how peaceful and organized it was until the intolerant government stepped it and infiltrated and escalated it.
It’s a national disgrace. Oga all these are BS. The judicial panel was inaugurated on the 19th, if we had given the govt an opportunity and participate in ensuring justice was done, the incident at LTG won't have happened. Well it has happened, and everyone has learnt their lessons the hard way. No need being overly emotional on social media. It won't change a thing |

It's high time the government demolished and rebuilt the slums on the mainland to give the city a real 21st century look. That will cost a lot. It's better the standard of living is improved via the economy so that the masses will do that themselves |

Honestly it's all Ambode's fault, the $50 million USD spent on Oshodi interchange would have finished blue line
Right now Sanwo-Olu can't even start his own projects he is busy fixing Fashola and Ambode's mess with many abandoned project all over
. Seriously I thought I was the only one that thought that way. Ambode got paris club fund share and he sunk it into those new BRTs and oshodi interchange. Well, I guess his priorities were different from the rest |

iamdapsyj: People don't always trust politicians because of the antecedents they have created for themselves. The vigor at which they inaugurated the blue light rail, you will think that it will be commissioned the following year but they kept awarding and rewarding contracts. I wouldn't be surprised if this red line doesn't go the same way. By next year when they are supposed to commission it, Sanwo olu will be singing another tune that there's no funds and that is how it will drag (awarding and rewarding contracts) till another administration comes in. It's how they do bro, not that people are cynical for the fun of it. I can understand your pessimism and I'd have shared same view with you if not that I kinda have a better understanding of the funding plans for the projects. The govt isn't doing enough in terms of transparency to lay out the funding plans for the completion of these projects that's why folks who aren't in the know are concluding it won't be completed as scheduled. |

MejiLoyon: Taking agriculture by storm. Just today someone received a letter from the ministry of agriculture to come for a months training. In a few years Lagos go don dey produce anything. Guess they learnt their lesson from meat pepper and onions scarcity They really did. Also when there was a temporary blockade of cows to the South which affected the price of meat. Now Lagos wants private investors to start ranching in the state and reduce dependence. |
