As it stands, APC can easily get 25% in Rivers (through Wike if negotiation goes well), Bayelsa (Jonathan & Lyon), Cross River (The governor), Delta (Omo Agege and Itsekiri area), and Edo (Oshiomole and Edo North).

Tinubu paid for our WAEC and NECO Exams when I was in SS3, in Year 2000. When I gained admission to higher institution in Lagos State, we students use to collect allowance (Bursary) from Lagos State when Tinubu was Lagos State governor.
There is nothing anybody can tell me, I will surely vote for Tinubu because I have seen his performance.

I have read a lot of people saying "no to Muslim-Muslim ticket" even before Asiwaju emerged. Now that he has emerged as the standard bearer of APC with Atiku as the major challenge to him, I wonder why a Muslim-Muslim ticket of Tinubu presidency is not better than a return of the presidency to north possibly for another eight years after 8 years of PMB.

Like or loathe APC, it has demonstrated being a truly progressive party by standing with a return of the presidency to the South even after Atiku had emerged as PDP's candidate. PDP damned everything common sense by making Atiku emerge with possibility of keeping the presidency in the north and a lot of people seem not to care because PDP is doing what they need to do to win the election without considering fairness and equity.

I am strongly convinced that when the time comes, majority of voters will side with an APC' Muslim-Muslim ticket which returns presidency to the south and reject a Muslim-Christian ticket which keeps the presidency to the north for another eight years to make it 16 straight years of Northern dominance.

APC will pick a Muslim~Muslim ticket. Tinubu is not interested in islamization of Nigeria, whatever that means. They need the votes from the North against PDP and that can mainly happen with a northern Muslim. Either Kaduna, Kano or Borno.
As for PDP, it's a dicey situation really. Wike may decamp if not picked. Ihedioha and Okowa are not strong candidates outside their states.
Obi stands no chance, except there's some magic combination with Kwankwaso.
Other parties can stop at end of the year party.

You know I'm just wondering, about the 5% south east votes that has been further divided by APGA, APC, PDP, and LP?? Because most of Eastern governors and leaders won't work for Obi in 2023. Most of them have already swear thier loyalty with Tinubu. See how everything went down during this primaries, even thier politician brothers are very tired and lost hope about Nigeria politics now. They have now resulted in supporting major contenders. VP is not even sure for them anymore.

Dogara is a Christian from Bauchi. There are actually many Christians like him that can be VP. He probably speaks fluent Hausa and should have a wide political base in the North. As a former speaker, this is a given. I used to think like you that there was no possible "Christian" VP candidates.

Secondly, a Muslim Muslim ticket can still win the election. Yorubas are swing voters and a Muslim Muslim ticket won't be that of a big deal since it's their kinsmen vying for the presidency.

GEJ won in all Southwest states in 2011 except in Osun state where Aregbesola's popularity was just too much at that time. By 2015, GEJ dismal performance and Buhari's resurgence was his waterloo.

I watched Shettima speaking on Channels TV. He was able to pass his message maturely without throwing tantrum. He should be a good candidate for VP.

Shettima is from NE same as Atiku, as long as Buhari and co in NW will keep to their promises, NE votes would be shared. NC are the election deciders in Nigeria, SW have been maintaining their friendships with them.

Pdp and LP would share SE/SS votes, Apc should at least be gett6 25% from those 2 regions, SW is secured
