Same thing happened to me. I started calling their customer care lines and sending Email messages to them because the money involved was much. After three hours, I just got Email message with the tickets.

If by end of today you dnt see your ticket find a way to their Lagos office first thing in the morning. Alot of people have been complaining about their late replies with tickets and then the booking expires.
But as long as u drag them and the money was in their account before booking expired they will reissue the ticket. Dnt waste time and dnt allow it get to that. Send someone to them today if you not in Lag

Sorry, i heard from an airline agent that this route doesn't go through, the lady mentioned the two airlines involved i.e Asky and ET, that they'll both be dribbling the passenger, and none of them will likely want to take responsibility for the ticket bought. So OYO!

long journey. Avoid the exhaustion if you can as it’s Heathrow you flying to. Are there no txs on Turkish airline, egypt air, qatar air, royal maroc, british airways and virgin say with max 1 stopover?

The reason was that the third trip from instabul to Heathrow is Turkish Airline. And the Ethiopian Airline staff told me to avoid any trip with third party Airline on the site.
